Abstract
Изобретение относится к самофлюсующимся заготовкам для пайки. Заготовка содержит композиционный материал, содержащий по меньшей мере один неорганический материал, распределенный в матрице металла или сплава металла, причем неорганический материал образует при пайке флюс, способствуя образованию термически индуцированного металлического связующего слоя. Матрица может представлять собой алюминиево-кремниевый припой, а неорганический материал может представлять собой флюс фтороалюмината калия. Заготовку изготавливают путем струйного формования.
