La invención se refiere a una pieza de soldadura fuerte auto-fundente; la pieza comprende un material compuesto que comprende al menos un material inorgánico distribuido en un metal o matriz de aleación de metal, el material inorgánico forma un flujo durante la soldadura fuerte para promover la formación de una unión metálica térmicamente inducida; la matriz puede ser una aleación de soldadura fuerte de aluminio silicio y el material inorgánico puede ser un flujo de fluoroaluminato de potasio; la pieza es hecha mediante formación por rociado.
