Abstract

Устройство для резки и намотки горячего проката толщиной от 0,5 до более 5 мм, содержащее приспособление (11) для резки и устройство (10) для намотки, содержащее поворотный узел (12), поворачивающийся вокруг оси (13) вращения, ортогональной оси подачи проката и лежащей в плоскости, преимущественно параллельной плоскости (14) подачи проката, в котором поворотный узел (12) поддерживает два намоточных барабана (15a, 15b), расположенных диаметрально противоположно друг другу и оси которых параллельны оси (13) вращения, причем поворотный узел (12) имеет, по меньшей мере, первое рабочее положение, в котором первый барабан (15a) находится в положении ожидания переднего конца проката и готовности к началу намотки, преимущественно взаимодействуя с плоскостью (14) подачи, и, по меньшей мере, второе рабочее положение, повернутое на 180° относительно первого рабочего положения, в котором первый барабан (15a) находится в положении, в котором прокат полностью намотан, и рулон (30) готов к удалению, а второй барабан (15b) находится в положении ожидания переднего конца проката и готовности к началу намотки, и в котором приспособление (11) для резки имеет возможность перемещения между рабочим положением, в котором он выровнен относительно плоскости (14) подачи проката, и нерабочим положением, расположенным на некотором расстоянии от плоскости (14) подачи.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
