Claims (16)
1. Afstandsholder til isoleringsruder med flere glasplader omfattende mindst én kom-posit (7) af: a. et glasfiberforstærket polymergundlegeme (1) omfattende to parallelt forløbende glaspladekontaktflader (la, lb), en klæbeflade (lc) og en rudeinder-rumsflade (ld), hvor glaspladekontaktfladerne (la, lb) og klæbefladen (lc) er forbundet direkte eller over forbindelsesflader (le) med hinanden, b. en isoleringsfolie (2) på klæbefladen (lc) eller klæbefladen (lc) og forbindelsesfladerne (le), hvor isoleringsfolien (2) omfatter mindst én polymerfolie (2a), og hvor isoleringsfolien (2) er opbygget i flere lag med metalliske lag (2c) og/eller keramiske lag (2d), kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene polymerfolie (2a) har en tykkelse på fra 10 pm til 100 pm, og at isoleringsfolien (2) desuden omfatter mindst ét polymerlag (2b) af en tykkelse på fra 5 pm til 80 pm, mindst to metalliske lag (2c) med en tykkelse af hvert lag på fra 10 nm til 1500 nm og/eller mindst to keramiske lag (2d) med en tykkelse af hvert lag på fra 10 nm til 1500 nm, hvor de mindst to metalliske lag (2c) og/eller de mindst to keramiske lag (2d) er anbragt skiftevis med det mindst ene polymerlag (2b).
2. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 1, hvor polymerfolien (2a) og polymerlaget (2b) består af det samme materiale.
3. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor kompositten (7) omfatter en PSI-værdi på mindre end 0,05 W/mK, fortrinsvis mindre end 0,035 W/mK.
4. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 3, hvor polymerfolien (2a) og/eller polymerlaget (2b) omfatter polyethylenterephthalat, etylenvinylalkohol, polyvinylidenklorid, polyamid, polyethylen, polypropylen, silikone, akrylonitril, polymethylacrylat og/eller copo-lymerer eller blandinger deraf.
5. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 4, hvor hvert metallisk lag (2c) indeholder jern, aluminium, sølv, kobber, guld, krom og/eller legeringer eller blandinger deraf.
6. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 5, hvor hvert metallisk lag (2c) omfatter en tykkelse på fra 10 nm til 400 nm, fortrinsvis 10 nm til 300 nm, særligt foretukket fra 10 nm til 200 nm.
7. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 6, hvor hvert keramisk lag (2d) fortrinsvis indeholder siliciumoxid og/eller siliciumnitrid eller blandinger deraf.
8. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 7, hvor hvert polymerlag (2b) omfatter en tykkelse på fra 10 pm til 80 pm.
9. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 8, hvor isoleringsfolien (2) omfatter 2 til 4 metalliske lag (2c) eller 2 til 4 keramiske lag (2d), som er anbragte på polymerfolien (2a).
10. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 9, hvor isoleringsfolien (2) omfatter 1 til 4 polymerlag (2b), som er anbragte på polymerfolien (2a).
11. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 10, hvor grundlegemet (1) langs klæbe- fladen (lc) og rudeinderrumsfladen (ld) omfatter en længde eller bredde på fra 5,5 mm til 8 mm.
12. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 11, hvor grundlegemet (1) langs glaspladekontaktfladerne (la, lb) omfatter en længde på fra 5 mm til 30 mm.
13. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 12, hvor grundlegemet (1) indeholder et tørremiddel, fortrinsvis kiselgeler, molekularsier, CaCI2, Na2S04, aktivt kul, silikater, bento-nitter, zeolitter og/eller blandinger deraf.
14. Afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 13, hvor grundlegemet (1) indeholder polyethylen (PE), polykarbonat (PC), polypropylen (PP), polystyrol, polybutadien, polynitril, polyester, polyurethan, polymethylmetacrylat, polyacrylat, polyamid, polyethylenter-ephthalat (PET), polybutylenterephthalat (PBT), fortrinsvis acrylnitril-butadien-styrol (ABS), acrylester-styrol-acrylnitril (ASA), acrylnitril-butadien-styrol-polycarbonat (ABS/PC), styrol-acrylnitril (SAN), PET/PC, PBT/PC og/eller copolymerer eller blandinger deraf.
15. Isoleringsrude omfattende mindst to glasplader (5a, 5b), en afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 14 fattende om glaspladerne og et ydre isoleringslag (4).
16. Anvendelse af en afstandsholder ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 15 i ruder med flere lag, fortrinsvis i isoleringsruder.
