Claims (15)
1. Afstandsholder (1) til flerrudelagstermoruder omfattende mindst: én polymert grundlegeme (2), der omfatter to rudelagskontaktflader (3.1, 3.2), som forløber parallelt, en indvendig rudeoverflade (4), en klæbeflade (5), hvor rudelagskontaktflader (3.1, 3.2) og klæbefladen (5) er forbundet med hinanden direkte eller via forbindelsesflader (6.1, 6.2), og en isoleringsfolie (10), som er anbragt i det mindste på klæbefladen (5), hvor isoleringsfolien (10) har et metalholdigt barrierelag (12), der vender mod klæbefalden (5), med en tykkelse fra 1 pm til 20 pm, og isoleringsfolien (10) omfatter et polymert lag (13) med en tykkelse fra 5 pm til 80 pm og et metalholdigt tyndlag (14), som grænser op til det polymere lag (13), med en tykkelse fra 5 nm til 30 nm.
2. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor isoleringsfolien (10) består af det metalholdige barrierelag (12), det polymere lag (13) og det metalholdige tyndlag (14).
3. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det metalholdige tyndlag (14) ligger udvendigt, således at lagrækkefølgen i isoleringsfolien (10) udadgående fra klæbefladen (5) er metalholdigt barrierelag (12) - polymert lag (13) - metalholdigt tyndlag (14).
4. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det polymere lag (13) ligger udvendigt, således at lagrækkefølgen i isoleringsfolien (10) udadgående fra klæbefladen (5) er metalholdigt barrierelag (12) - metalholdigt tyndlag (14) - polymert lag (13).
5. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor isoleringsfolien (10) afdækker klæbefladen (5) og forbindelsesfladerne (6.1, 6.2) fuldstændig og afdækker rudelagskon-taktfladerne (3.1, 3.2) delvist.
6. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det metalholdige barrierelag (12) indeholder aluminium, sølv, kobber og/eller legeringer deraf.
7. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det metalholdige barrierelag (12) har en tykkelse fra 5 pm til 10 pm, fortrinsvis fra 6 pm til 9 pm.
8. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det metalholdige tyndlag (14) har en tykkelse fra 10 nm til 20 nm, fortrinsvis 14 nm til 16 nm.
9. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor isoleringsfolien (10) er klæbet sammen med klæbefladen (5) via en polyurethansmelteklæber (11).
10. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvor det polymere lag (13) har en tykkelse fra 5 pm til 24 pm, fortrinsvis på 12 pm.
11. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvor det polymere grundlegeme (2) indeholder polyethylen (PE), polykarbonat (PC), polypropylen (PP), polystyren, polyester, polyurethan, polymethylmetacrylat, polyakrylat, polyamid, polyethylenterephthalat (PET), polybutylenterephtalat (PBT), fortrinsvis akrylonitril-butadien-styren (ABS), akryl-ester-styrol-akrylonitiril (ASA), akrylonitirl-butadien-styren -polykarbonat (ABS/PC), sty-ren-akrylonitril (SAN), PET/PC, PBT/PC og/eller copolymerer eller blandinger deraf.
12. Afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, hvor det polymere grundlegeme (2) er glasfiberforstærket.
13. Termorude omfattende mindst to rudelag (15, 16), en afstandsholder (1), som er anbragt mellem rudelagene (15, 16) rundgående langs kantområdet af rudelagene (15, 16), ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, et tætningsmiddel (18) og et ydre forseglingslag (17), hvor - det første rudelag (15) ligger op imod den første rudelagskontaktflade (3.1), - det andet rudelag (16) ligger op imod den anden rudelagskontaktflade (3.2), - tætningsmidlet (18) er anbragt mellem det første rudelag (15) og den første rudelagskontaktflade (3.1) og det andet rudelag (16) og den anden rudelagskontaktflade (3.2), og - det ydre forseglingslag (17) er anbragt således, at det støder op til isoleringsfolien (10) mellem det første rudelag (15) og det andet rudelag (16) i det ydre kantrum (20).
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, hvor i det mindste - det polymere grundlegeme (2) ekstruderes, - isoleringsfolien (10) fremstilles, hvorved i det mindste a) et polymert lag (13) forsynes med et metalholdigt tyndlag (14) ved hjælp af en PVD-proces (fysisk pådampning), og b) den opnåede lagstruktur lamineres med det metalholdige barrierelag (12), og - isoleringsfolien (10) anbringes på det polymere grundlegeme (2).
15. Anvendelse af en afstandsholder (1) ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12 i flerlagsruder, fortrinsvis i termoruder.
