Claims (15)
1. Antistof, der specifikt binder til fibroblastaktiveringsprotein (FAP), hvor antistoffet omfatter en variabel tungkæderegion omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 267 og en variabel letkæderegion omfattende aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 265.
2. Antistof ifølge krav 1, hvor antistoffet omfatter en Fc-region eller en region, der svarer til Fc-regionen af et immunoglobulin.
3. Antistof ifølge krav 2, hvor Fc-regionen er en IgG-Fc-region.
4. Antistof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor antistoffet er et fuldlængdeantistof af IgG-klassen.
5. Antistof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor antistoffet omfatter en human konstant region.

7. Antistof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor antistoffet omfatter en glycomanipuleret Fc-region og har en øget andel af ikke-fucosylerede oligosaccharider i Fc-regionen sammenlignet med et ikke-glycomanipuleret antistof.

15. In vivo-fremgangsmåde til påvisning af tilstedeværelsen af FAP i en biologisk prøve, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at bringe den biologiske prøve i kontakt med et antistof ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7 og at påvise, om der er dannet et kompleks mellem antistoffet og FAP.
