Claims (10)
1. Nukleinsyrekonstrukt omfattende en pyripyropenbiosyntesegenklynge og et markørgen, hvor pyripyropenbiosyntesegenklyngen består af den fulde længde af mindst én nukleotidsekvens udvalgt blandt nukleotidsekvenserne (I) og (II) nedenfor: (I) en nukleotidsekvens fra 2911 til 27797 i SEQ ID NO:266; og (II) en nukleotidsekvens fra 1 til 25000 eller fra 2446 til 27505 i SEQ ID NO:266.
2. Nukleinsyrekonstrukt ifølge krav 1, hvor pyripyropenbiosyntesegenklyngen omfatter et gen af interesse og en ekspressionsstyrende region.
3. Nukleinsyrekonstrukt ifølge krav 1, hvor markørgenet er et lægemiddelresistensgen eller et auxotrofigen.
4. Nukleinsyrekonstrukt ifølge krav 1, hvor markørgenet er et destomycinresistensgen eller hygromycinresistensgen.
5. Mikroorganismetransformant, som er en trådsvamp, der danner pyripyropener, hvor nukleinsyrekonstruktet ifølge krav 1 er blevet indbragt.
6. Mikroorganismetransformant ifølge krav 5, hvori et nukleinsyrekonstrukt omfattende en pyripyropenbiosyntesegenklynge og nukleinsyrekonstruktet omfattende et markørgen er blevet indbragt samtidigt eller særskilt.
7. Mikroorganismetransformant ifølge krav 5, hvor trådsvampen, der danner pyripyropener, tilhører slægten Penicillium. slægten Eupenicillium eller slægten Aspergillus.
8. Mikroorganismetransformant ifølge krav 5, hvor trådsvampen, der danner pyripyropener, er Penicillium coprobium, Penicillium griseofulvum. Eupenicillium reticulosporum eller Aspergillus fumigatus.
9. Mikroorganismetransformant ifølge krav 5, hvor trådsvampen, der danner pyripyropener, er Penicillium coprobium stamme PF 1169 eller Penicillium coprobium stamme ATCC58615.
10. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af pyripyropener, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at dyrke mikroorganismetransformanten ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 9 og at indvinde pyripyropenerne fra en kultur.
