Claims (31)
1. Selvflussende lodningsstykke, hvilket stykke omfatter et sprøjteformet kompositmateriale omfattende mindst et uorganisk salt fordelt i formen af stivnede partikler i en aluminiumlegeringsmatrix, hvor det uorganiske salt er i alt væsentligt uopløseligt og i alt væsentligt ikkeblandbart i aluminiumlegeringsmaterialet i dets smeltede tilstand, hvor det uorganiske salt eller uorganiske salte danner et flusmiddel under lodning for at fremme dannelsen afen termisk induceret metalbinding, hvor stykket er en sprøjteformet knippel.
2. Stykke ifølge krav 1, hvor stykket er blevet bearbejdet, for eksempel, ved smedning eller valsning eller ekstrudering.
3. Stykke ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor oxygenindholdet af matrixen er ikke mere end 350 ppm efter vægt, fortrinsvis ikke mere end 250 ppm efter vægt, mere fortrinsvis ikke mere end 100 ppm efter vægt og mest fortrinsvis ikke mere end 50 ppm efter vægt.
4. Stykke ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvor lodningslegeringen har aluminium og silicium som hovedbestanddele, hvor siliciumindholdet fortrinsvis er 5 til 15 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis 6 til 13 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis 9 til 13 vægtprocent og siliciumindholdet kan være 10 til 12 vægtprocent, i hvilket stykket kan indeholde siliciumpartikler og siliciumpartiklerne kan have en gennemsnitsdiameter på mindre end 10 mikrometer, fortrinsvis på mindre end 5 mikrometer, mere fortrinsvis mindre end 3 mikrometer.
5. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor et kalium-aluminium-fluorid-flusmiddel er tilvejebragt som det uorganiske salt eller to eller flere uorganiske salte er tilvejebragt der under lodning danner et kalium-aluminium-fluorid-flusmiddel eller et kalium-fluor-aluminat-flusmiddel er tilvejebragt som det uorganiske salt eller to eller flere uorganiske salte er tilvejebragt der under lodning danner et kalium-fluor-aluminat-flusmiddel.
6. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kompositmaterialet har et uorganisk saltindhold på 0,2-10 vægtprocent, og kan have et uorganisk saltindhold på mindst 0,9 vægtprocent, og eventuelt har et uorganisk saltindhold på mindst 1,2 vægtprocent og kan have et uorganisk saltindhold på ikke mere end 5 vægtprocent og eventuelt har et uorganisk saltindhold på ikke mere end 4 vægtprocent og kan have et uorganisk saltindhold på omkring 2-3 vægtprocent.
7. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det eller hvert uorganiske salt har et lavere smeltepunkt end aluminiumlegeringen.
8. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske salt eller salte danner partikler i kompositmaterialet mindre end 1 mikrometer i størrelse.
9. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske salt eller salte danner partikler i kompositmaterialet på mellem 5 og 200 mikrometer i størrelse.
10. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske salt eller salte danner partikler i kompositmaterialet og mellempartikelafstanden mellem tilstødende saltpartikler er mindre end 10 mikrometer og kan være mindre end 5 mikrometer.
11. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor oxygenindholdet af stykket er ikke mere end 1000 ppm, fortrinsvis ikke mere end 500 ppm, mere fortrinsvis ikke mere end 300 ppm, mest fortrinsvis ikke mere end 250 ppm.
12. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor stykket har en ikke-partikelformig mikrostruktur.
13. Stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske salt eller salte er fordelt i formen af ikke-makrosegregerede partikler i aluminiumlegeringsmatrixen, således at mellempartikelafstanden mellem saltkrystaller er mindre end 20 mikrometer.
14. Komponent omfattende mindst et stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav fastgjort til en metalgenstand, såsom en råblok, knippel eller slab, hvor det eller hvert stykke kan være valsebundet på metalgenstanden og hvor to sådanne stykker kan være fastgjort til metalgenstanden på modstående sider deraf, og hvor komponenten kan bearbejdes for eksempel ved en eller flere af varmvalsning, koldvalsning, ekstrudering og smedning og hvor komponenten kan være en komponent til at blive forbundet ved lodning i en varmeveksler, såsom en bilkøler, kondensator, fordamper, oliekøler, ladeluftkøler eller brændstofkøler, eller en stationær varmeveksler, og komponenten kan være en ribbe, plade eller rør, der skal loddes på plads i en varmeveksler, såsom en bilkøler, kondensator, fordamper, oliekøler, ladeluftkøler eller brændstofkøler, eller en stationær varmeveksler.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13 eller en komponent ifølge krav 14, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene at smelte aluminiumlegering, og, i en inert atmosfære at udsende en strøm af den smeltede aluminiumlodningslegering, at forstøve strømmen af smeltet aluminiumlodningslegering til en spray af dråber under anvendelse af en inertgas, at indføre det eller hvert uorganiske salt i strømmen eller sprayen, og at konsolidere aluminiumlodningslegeringen og det eller hvert salt ved sprøjteforming for at danne et kompositstykke i hvilket det uorganiske salt er fordelt som partikler i en aluminiumlodningslegeringsmatrix.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et selvflussende lodningsstykke, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene at smelte aluminiumlodningslegering, og, i en inert atmosfære at udsende en strøm af den smeltede aluminiumlodningslegering, at forstøve strømmen af smeltet aluminiumlodningslegeringmateriale til en spray af dråber under anvendelse af en inertgas, at indføre i strømmen eller sprayen mindst et uorganisk salt, hvor det eller hvert uorganiske salt er i alt væsentligt ikkeblandbart og i alt væsentligt uopløseligt når i sin smeltede form med aluminiumlodningslegeringen, hvor det uorganiske salt eller uorganiske salte anbringes til at danne et flusmiddel under lodning, og at konsolidere aluminiumlodningslegeringen og det eller hvert salt ved at sprøjteforming for at danne et kompositstykke i hvilket det uorganiske salt er fordelt som partikler i en aluminiumlodningslegeringsmatrix.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15 eller krav 16, hvor det eller hvert uorganiske salt smeltes og forstøves til at blive sprøjteformet eller hvor det uorganiske salt indføres som faste partikler, der kan være af en gennemsnitsdiameter på 10 mikrometer eller mindre.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15, 16 og 17, hvor aluminiumlegeringsmaterialet forstøves til dråber med en gennemsnitsdiameter i området 50 til 150 mikrometer.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 18, hvor det eller hvert uorganiske salt har et lavere smeltepunkt end aluminiumlegeringsmaterialet.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 19, hvor det uorganiske salt forårsages til mindst delvist at smelte, når det indføres eller når det sprøjtes og kan være i alt væsentligt fuldkommen smeltet, når sprøjt aflejres på en samleroverflade med aluminiumlegeringsmaterialet.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 20, hvor det uorganiske salt eller salte danner partikler i kompositmaterialet og mellempartikelafstanden mellem tilstødende partikler er mindre end diameteren af aluminium-siliciumdråberne fra hvilke det sprøjteformede kompositstykke er dannet, hvor fortrinsvis mellempartikelafstanden mellem tilstødende partikler er mindre end 10 mikrometer, mere fortrinsvis mindre end 5 mikrometer.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 21, hvor varmeekstrahering fra dråberne af materialerne styres under sprøjtning for at forhindre separation af det uorganiske salt fra aluminiumlegeringen.
23. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 22, hvor oxygenindholdet af stykket er ikke mere end 500 ppm højere end det kombinerede oxygenindhold af den smeltede aluminiumlegering og det uorganiske salt eller uorganiske salte forud for forstøvning og sprøjtning, fortrinsvis ikke mere end 250 ppm højere end det kombinerede oxygenindhold af den smeltede aluminiumlegering og det uorganiske salt eller uorganiske salte forud for forstøvning og sprøjtning og mere fortrinsvis ikke mere end 100 ppm højere end det kombinerede oxygenindhold af den smeltede aluminiumlegering og det uorganiske salt eller uorganiske salte forud for forstøvning og sprøjtning.
24. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 23, hvor sprayet rammer en samleroverflade og opbygges til en knippel, og fremgangsmåden inkluderer trinnet at fjerne kniplen fra samleroverfladen.
25. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 24, hvor stykket bearbejdes, for eksempel ved smedning eller valsning eller ekstrudering.
26. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 25, hvor kompositmaterialet er fastgjort til en metalgenstand såsom en råblok, knippel eller slab og hvor to stykker af kompositmateriale kan fastgøres til metalgenstanden på modstående sider deraf og kompositmaterialet kan fastgøres ved varm- eller koldvalsningsbinding på metalgenstanden eller kompositmaterialet kan fastgøres til metalgenstanden under konsolideringen af aluminiumlegeringen og salt ved sprøjteformning ved at materialerne sprøjteformes på en metalgenstand for at binde dertil og fortrinsvis kompositmaterialet og metalgenstand bearbejdes for eksempel af en eller flere af varmvalsning, koldvalsning, ekstrudering og smedning.
27. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen lodningsforbindelse, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter at placere et stykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, eller at placere kompositmaterialedelen af en komponent ifølge krav 14, eller at udføre fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 26, og at placere kompositmaterialet i direkte kontakt med et andet metaleller metallegeringstykke og at opvarme forbindelsen i fraværet af tilsat flusmiddel.
28. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 27, hvor kompositstykket bearbejdes efter fremstilling og før placering i kontakt med det andet metal- eller metallegeringstykke, for eksempel ved en eller flere af varmvalsning, koldvalsning, ekstrudering og smedning.
29. Lodningsforbindelse mellem to stykker eller dele, hvilken lodningsforbindelse er dannet ved at placere et lodningsstykke ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, eller ved at placere kompositmaterialedelen afen komponent ifølge krav 14 i direkte kontakt med et andet metal- eller metallegeringstykke og at opvarme forbindelsen i fraværet af tilsat flusmiddel.
30. Lodningsforbindelse mellem to stykker eller dele, hvilken lodningsforbindelse er dannet ved at udføre fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 15 til 28, at placere kompositmaterialet i direkte kontakt med et metal- eller metallegeringstykke, og at opvarme forbindelsen i fraværet af tilsat flusmiddel.
31. Genstand omfattende en lodningsforbindelse ifølge krav 29 eller krav 30, hvor genstanden eventuelt er en varmeveksler.
