Description
- Weichmachen von Textilgut Zum Weichmachen von Textilien, z. B. @ der verschiedenen Kunstfasern, wurden bereits verschiedene hochmolekulare Basen vorgeschlagen. Es miiß .als ein Nachteil dieser Verbindungen angesehen werden, daß sie mit den im Gebrauchswasser vorhandenen Phosphaten und Sulfaten, die auch in enthärtetem Wasser noch enthalten sind, Niederschläge geben, welche die praktische Anwendung erschweren. Man kann dieses Verhalten mit dem der Seife in kalkhaltigen Wässern vergleichen.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß die Bildung von Niederschlägen in den Behandlungsbädern für Textilien völlig unterbleibt, wenn man die hochmolekularen Basen, wie z. B. Stearyl-, Oleyl- und Dodecylamin, sowie von ihnen sich ableitende Guanidine, Biguanide, ferner acylierte Alkylendiamine, wie beispielsweise Stearoylm@ethylendim-ethylamin, Imidazolderivate u..dgl., in Gemeinschaft mit Dispergierungsmitteln anwendet, die keine salzbildenden Gruppen enthalte-n. Von solchen Dispergierungsmitteln ist es bekannt, daß sie die Bildung von Kalkseifenniederschlägen verhindern-. Die hierbei gebildete hochdisperse Kalkseife zeigt jedoch keine anderen Eigenschaften als die gewöhnliche Kalkseife.
- Es ist nun überraschend, daß auf. dieselbe "Art dispergierte, _ schwer lösliche Salze von kationaktiven Stickstoffbasen der obengenannten Art ebenso auf Textilien einwirken wie ihre molekular gelösten Salze. Sie verlieren ihre Wirksamkeit - nicht, . wie - dispergierte, schwer lösliche Seifen, sondern behalten sie unverändert bei.
- Beispiel 5oTeile Stearylbiguanidchlorhydrat, 25 Teile. eines nach Patent 605 973, Beispiel q., erhältlichen Dispergierungsmittels und 25 Teile Wasser werden miteinander verrührt. Die erhaltene Paste stellt einen sehr ausgiebigen Weichmacher für Kunstseide dar, der schon in einer Konzentration von o,2 g/1 der behau; delten Ware einen glatten und weichen Grif-, gibt. Das Präparat ist in Köndenswasse ebenso wie in sulfathaltigem Wasser mit gleis' chem Erfolge anwendbar.

- PATENTANSPRUCFI: Verwendung von Salzen kationaktiver Stickstoffbasen, die schwer lösliche Phgs-.phate oder Sulfate bilden, mit Dispergiermitteln, die keine salzbildenden Gruppen enthalten, als Weichmachungsmittel in der Textilindustrie.
