Claims (10)
1. Ein Plasmid, das autonom in einem Mikroorganismus der
Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium repliziert und das ein Gen für die Resistenz gegenüber mindestens
Streptomycin und/oder Spectinomycin trägt.
2. Ein Plasmid nach Anspruch 1, das aus einem Mikroorganismus
der Gattung Corynebacterium isoliert ist.
3. Ein Plasmid nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Mikroorganismus Corynebacterium glutamicum ist.
4. Ein Plasmid nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Mikroorganismus
Corynebacterium glutamicum 225-250 ist.
5. Plasmid pCG 4, gekennzeichnet durch ein Molekulargewicht von etwa 19 Megadalton, eine Anzahl von Spaltstellen für
die Restriktionsendonukleasen Eco RI, Bam HI, Hind III, Pst I und Sal I von 4, 7, 9, 6 bzw. 6, und daö ein Gen
für die Resistenz gegenüber mindestens Streptomycin und/oder Spectinomycin trägt.
6. Ein Derivat des Plasmids gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein
Bereich des Plasmids entfernt und bzw. oder ein anderes DNA-Fragment eingesetzt ist.
7. Ein Derivat nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Plasmid pCG 11
ist.

8. Eine biologisch reine Kultur des Mikroorganismus Corynebacterium glutamicum LA 103/pCG 11, ATCC 39022,
der das Plasmid pCG 11 enthält.
9. Eine biologisch reine Kultur des Mikroorganismus Corynebacterium glutamicum 225-250 mit den identifizierenden
Merkmalen von ATCC 31830, der das Plasmid pCG 4 enthält.
10. Eine biologisch reine Kultur eines Mikroorganismus aus der Gruppe Corynebacterium herculis ATCC 13868/pCG 4,
Brevibacterium flavum ATCC 14067/pCG 4 und Brevibacterium
lactofermentum ATCC 13655/pCG 4 mit den identifizierenden Eigenschaften von ATCC 31837, 31838 bzw.
31839, der das Plasmid pCG 4 enthält.
