1. Ein neuer Lysozym-empfindlicher Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Lysozym bei einer Konzentration von weniger als 25 pg/ml.
2. Ein Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Mikro-Organismus Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium herculis, Brevibacterium divaricatum oder Brevibacterium lactofermentum ist.
3. Ein Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Mikro-Organismus Corynebacterium glutamicum L-15 (FERM P-5946,
ATCC 31834), Corynebacterium herculis L-103 (FERM P-5947, ATCC 31866), Brevibacterium divaricatum L-204 (FERM P-5948, ATCC 31867) oder Brevibacterium lactofermentum L-312 (FERM P-5949, ATCC 31868) ist.

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Protoplasten eines Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Lysozym bei einer Konzentration von weniger als 25μg/ml mit Lysozym behandelt

und einen Protoplasten des Mikroorganismus bildet.
5. Verfahren zur Transformation eines Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Lysozym bei einer Konzentration von weniger als 25 ug/ml mit Lysozym behandelt, in den erhaltenen Proto plast Desoxyribonucleinsäure einschleust und den Protoplast regeneriert.
6. Verfahren zur Verwendung eines Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Lysozym bei einer Konzentration von weniger als 25 ug/ml als Wirt in der Rekombinant-DNA-Technologie .
7. Ein neuer Lysozym-empfindlicher Mikroorganismus der Gattung Corynebacterium oder Brevibacterium mit einer Empfindlichkeit gegenüber Lysozym bei einer Konzentration von weniger als 25 ug/ml, der ein pCG4 Plasmid enthält.
8. Ein Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Mikroorganismus Corynebacterium glutamicum, Corynebacterium herculis, Brevibacterium divaricatum oder Brevibacterium lactofermentum ist.
9. Ein Mikroorganismus nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Mikroorganismus Corynebacterium glutamicum Li5/pCG4 (FERM P-5950, ATCC 31835), Corynebacterium herculis L103/pCG4 (FERM P-5951, ATCC 31869) Brevibacterium divaricatum L204/pCG4 (FERM P-5952, ATCC 31870) oder Brevibacterium lactofermentum L312/ pCG4 (FERM P-5953, ATCC 31871) ist.
