Claims (3)
1. Rohr für Wärmeaustauscher (10), mit einer verbesserten Gestaltung der äusseren Oberfläche, wobei
die Verbesserung folgendermassen gekennzeichnet ist :
Sie besteht aus wenigstens einem Rippenprofil (22), wobei das Verhältnis der Höhe dieses
Rippenprofiles zum äusseren Durchmesser des Rohres 0,025 bis 0,075 beträgt, und spiralförmig an der Aussenflache
des Rohres angeordnet ist, und zwar auf die Weise dass 20 bis 30 Rippen pro cm (51 bis 75 Rippen pro Zoll)
vorhanden sind; und wobei
Einkerbungen (23) radial angebracht sind die von 0,2 bis 0,8 der Rippenhöhe in diese hineinreichen
und axial zum Rippenprofil verlaufen und in Abständen in bezug auf den Rohrumfang verlaufen.
2. Das Rohr nach Anspruch 5 wobei
das Verhältnis der Höhe des Rippenprofiles zum Aussendurchmesser des Rohres 0,035 bis 0,053
beträgt;
es gibt 11 Einkerbungen pro cm (28 Nuten pro Zoll) des äusseren Umfangs; und
die Tiefe der Einkerbungen beträgt das 0,4 fache der Höhe des Rippenprofiles
3. Das Rohr gemäss Anspruch 5 hat ausserdem
Wülste (24), die aus dem Material bestehen, welches durch das Pressen der Einkerbungen verformt wurde und
die seitlich aus dem Rippenprofil hervorragen.
