Description
Gegenstand dere Erfindung sind substituierte Trifluormethylphenoxyverbindungen, die herbicide
Eigenschaften besitzen und als Zwischenprodukte
für die Herstellung von Verbindungen mit höherer herbicider
Wirksamkeit dienen können.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind 5-(2-gegebenenfalls
substituierte-4-Trifluormethyl-6-gegebenenfalls
substituierte phenoxy)-2-Nitro- oder -Halogen-
oder -Cyan-substituierte Phenylverbindungen
und entsprechen der allgemeinen Formel
in der die allgemeinen Symbole folgende Bedeutung
haben:
Xist Nitro (-NO₂), ein Halogen oder Cyan (-CN),
Yist Wasserstoff oder Chlor,
Zist Chlor, wenn Y Chlor ist, oder Z ist Wasserstoff,
wenn Y Chlor oder Wasserstoff ist,
Rist Wasserstoff oder ein Alkylrest mit bis zu
drei Kohlenstoffatomen und
Aist O oder NOH.
Carbonylverbindungen gemäß der Erfindung besitzen
die allgemeine Formel II
in der X, Y, Z und R die bereits angegebene Bedeutung
haben.

Oximverbindungen gemäß der Erfindung entsprechen
der allgemeinen Formel III
in der X, Y, Z und R die bereits angegebene Bedeutung
haben.

Der in den Patentansprüchen und in der Beschreibung
verwendete Ausdruck "Verbindung" und der
Name dieser Verbindung bezieht sich auf die
syn- und anti-Isomeren der Verbindung und
auch auf andere Stereoisomere der Verbindungen.
In den erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen ist Z bevorzugt
Wasserstoff, X ist bevorzugt Cyan, bevorzugter
Chlor und besonders bevorzugt Nitro, Y ist bevorzugt
Chlor und R ist bevorzugt ein Wasserstoff oder in
Methylrest.
Eine besonders geeignete Gruppe von erfindungsgemäßen
Aldehyden, Ketonen und Oximen der allgemeinen Formeln
II und III sind diejenigen der nachstehenden allgemeinen
Formeln IV und V:
bei denen Y, Z und R die bereits definierte
Bedeutung haben.
Beispiele von sehr geeigneten Ketonen und
Aldehyden der allgemeinen Formel IV sind solche, bei denen
- I. R Wasserstoff ist, zum Beispiel:
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyd,
5-(4-Trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyd,
5-(2,6-Dichlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldehyd. - II. R ein Alkylrest mit bis zu drei Kohlenstoffatomen
ist, zum Beispiel:
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon,
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitropropiophenon,
5-(4-Trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon.
Beispiele von sehr geeigneten Oximen, die der allgemeinen
Formel V entsprechen, sind solche, bei denen
- I. R Wasserstoff ist, zum Beispiel:
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldoxim,
5-(4-Trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldoxim,
5-(2,6-Dichlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldoxim. - II. R ein Alkylrest mit bis zu drei Kohlenstoffatomen
ist, zum Beispiel:
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-oxim,
5-(4-Trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-oxim,
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobutyrophenon-oxim,
5-(2,6-Dichlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitropropiophenon-oxim.
Obwohl die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen durch beliebige
bekannte Verfahren hergestellt werden können,
wird ein geeignetes Syntheseverfahren beschrieben
und durch einige Beispiele für diese Synthese erläutert.
Das entsprechend substituierte p-Chlorbenzotrifluorid
wird mit einem Natrium- oder Kaliumsalz, bevorzugt mit einem Kaliumsalz,
eines 3-substituierten Carbonylphenoxids
oder seines Ketals oder Acetals
umgesetzt, um eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel II zu
bilden, bei der X Wasserstoff ist. Diese Verbindung
wird dann mit Hilfe von üblichen Verfahren
halogeniert oder nitriert, um eine Verbindung der allgemeinen
Formel II zu bilden, die dann aus der Reaktionsmischung
abgetrennt wird.
Die Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel II, bei denen
X Cyan ist, können durch Reduktion der 2-Nitro-Carbonylverbindung (oder ihres Acetals oder Ketals) der allgemeinen
Formel II (wobei X=Nitro) zu Aminoverbindungen
(X=NH₂), anschließende Diazotierung und Behandlung
mit CuCN unter Bildung der Cyanocarbonylverbindung
(allgemeine Formel II mit X=Cyan) erhalten werden.
Die anschließende Umwandlung zum Oxim (allgemeine Formel III
mit X=Cyan) kann durch hier beschriebene Arbeitsweisen
erreicht werden.
Wenn R Wasserstoff ist, wird ein geeigneter Aldehyd
der allgemeinen Formel II verwendet, bei dem R Wasserstoff ist,
zum Beispiel werden 0,001 Mol des Aldehyds in 20 ml
Tetrahydrofuran (THF) und 12 ml absolutem Äthanol
hergestellt. Zu der Lösung werden unter Rühren 0,012
Mol Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid in 1 ml Wasser gegeben
und dann 0,015 Mol (0,6 Gramm) Natriumhydroxid
in 5 ml Wasser. Die Lösung wird über Nacht bei Umgebungstemperatur
gerührt, und das Tetrahydrofuran
und das Äthanol werden im Vakuum abgetrieben, wobei
ein zweiphasiges System zurückbleibt. Die Ölphase
wird in Chloroform gelöst und dann von der
wäßrigen Phase abgetrennt. Die Chloroformschicht
wird dann mit Wasser extrahiert und mit einer gesättigten
Natriumchloridlösung und wird dann über
wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet. Durch
Filtrieren und Verdampfen erhält man das rohe
Produkt des Oxims der allgemeinen Formel III, wobei R Wasserstoff
ist. Das rohe Produkt kann dann in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff
umkristallisiert werden.
Es wird eine alternative Arbeitsweise verwendet,
wenn R in der allgemeinen Formel II einer der obengenannten
Alkylreste ist. Bei diesem Verfahren werden wasserfreie
Bedingungen angewandt. Es werden zum
Beispiel 0,0056 Mol der geeigneten Carbonylverbindung
der allgemeinen Formel II, bei der R der genannte
Alkylrest ist, in 20 ml einer 1 : 1-Mischung von
absolutem Äthanol und trocknem Benzol gelöst. Zu
dieser Lösung werden 0,77 Gramm Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid
in 15 ml absolutem Äthanol und 1,12 Gramm
eines organischen tertiären Amins, vorzugsweise
Triäthylamin, gegeben. Die Lösung wird unter Rückflußkühlung
erwärmt, und das durch die Reaktion
gebildete Wasser wird azeotrop entfernt. Nach
einer Umsetzung von 18 Stunden unter Rückflußkühlung
wird das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum entfernt,
der Rückstand wird in Chloroform gelöst, mit
Wasser und mit gesättigter Natriumchloridlösung
extrahiert und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat
getrocknet. Durch Filtration und Verdampfen
erhält man das rohe Produkt des Oxims der allgemeinen
Formel II, bei der R ein Alkylrest
ist.
Ein geeignetes Oxim der allgemeinen Formel III,
das wie vorstehend hergestellt wurde, wird in
einer Menge von 0,004 Mol in 4 ml eines Alkanols
mit bis zu 4 Kohlenstoffatomen gelöst und zu
einer Alkoxidlösung (0,0045 Mol Natrium) gegeben.
Zu dieser Lösung werden 0,0045 Mol einer geeigneten
alpha-Halogen-substituierten Carboxylatverbindung
gegeben, wobei das Halogen Chlor, Jod und bevorzugt
Brom ist. Die Umsetzung wird durch Dünnschicht-
Chromatographie verfolgt. Die Lösung kann unter
Rückflußkühlung erwärmt werden, wenn die Umsetzung
träge ist. Das Produkt
wird entwender durch Filtration des Produktes oder
durch Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels und Auflösen
des Rückstandes in Chloroform, Extrahieren mit
Wasser; Trocknen und dann Verdampfung des Chloroformlösungsmittels
erhalten.
Anstelle von Natriumalkoxid kann Natriumhydrid verwendet
werden, und das Lösungsmittel kann auch ein
Äther sein, wie Tetrahydrofuran oder Diäthyläther.
Verbindungen, bei denen R Wasserstoff ist, wie 5-(2-
Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxim-O-essigsäure, werden durch einfache Hydrolyse
der Ester, anschließendes Ansäuern und Extrahieren
oder Filtration des Produktes erhalten.
Verbindungen, bei denen R ein unter landwirtschaftlichen
Bedingungen lösliches Salz ist, werden erhalten,
indem man die geeignete Säure mit einer geeigneten
Base umsetzt. Der Ausdruck "unter landwirtschaftlichen
Bedingungen löslich" ist an sich
klar, doch sei festgestellt, daß darunter Bedingungen
verstanden werden, wie sie an der Oberfläche
des Bodens, der oberflächlichen Bodenschicht und
der Oberfläche der Pflanzen, insbesondere der Unkräuter,
unter üblichen klimatischen Bedingungen
vorkommen.
Die Erfindung wird in den folgenden Beispielen
noch näher erläutert.
In einen 250 ml-Kolben, der eine Lösung von 13,92 g
des Kaliumsalzes von 3-Hydroxyacetophenon in 30 ml
trockenem Dimethylsulfoxid (DMSO) enthielt, wurden
17,12 g (0,08 Mol) 3,4-Dichlorbenzotrifluorid
gegeben. Die Reaktionslösung wurde für 6 Stunden
auf 175°C erwärmt, dann wurde sie abgekühlt und
bei Umgebungstemperatur 18 Stunden gerührt. Die
Hauptmenge des DMSO wurde im Vakuum entfernt, und
der zurückbleibende dunkle Rückstand wurde mit
Diäthyläther für 15 Minuten gerührt und filtriert.
Das Filtrat wurde einmal mit Wasser extrahiert,
einmal mit 1-n Natriumhydroxid, einmal mit gesättigter
Natriumchloridlösung über wasserfreiem
MgSO₄ filtriert, mit Aktivkohle entfärbt und zum
Trocknen eingedampft, wobei 16,04 g eines dunkelroten
Öls zurückblieben, das das 3-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)
acetophenon enthielt. Das Material wurde
durch Hindurchleiten durch eine Kolonne mit neutralem
Aluminiumoxid weiter gereinigt.
In einen 100 ml-Kolben, der eine Lösung aus 26 ml konzentrierter
Schwefelsäure und 16 ml Äthylendichlorid
(ÄDC) enthielt und auf 0°C gekühlt war, wurden
6,28 g (0,02 Mol) des dunkelroten Öls von 3-(2-Chlor-
trifluormethylphenoxy)acetophenon, das wie vorstehend
beschrieben hergestellt worden war, tropfenweise
zugegeben, wobei eine braun-schwarze Lösung
entstand. Nachdem die Zugabe von 3-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)
acetophenon beendet war, wurden
2,0 g (0,020 Mol) trockenes Kaliumnitrat in kleinen
Anteilen im Verlauf von 20 Minuten zugegeben, so
daß die Temperatur der Reaktionsmischung unterhalb
4°C gehalten wurde. Die Reaktionsmischung
wurde 0,5 Stunden bei 0°C gerührt. Sie wurde dann
in 250 ml einer Mischung von Eis und Wasser gegossen,
und die erhaltene Mischung wurde mit 200 ml
Chloroform gemischt. Die organische Schicht wurde
abgetrennt und zweimal mit Wasser und einmal mit
gesättigter wäßriger Natriumchloridlösung extrahiert.
Dann wurde sie über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat
getrocknet und anschließend filtriert.
Das organische Lösungsmittel wurde verdampft,
wobei 6,51 g eines orangefarbenen Öls
erhalten wurden, dessen Analyse zeigte, daß es
sich um eine Mischung von zwei Stellungsisomeren
handelte, von denen eins das 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
2-nitroacetophenon war. Die
Mischung wurde in zwei Fraktionen durch Hochdruck-Flüssigkeits-
Chromatographie getrennt, wobei
Diäthyläther als Eluiermittel verwendet wurde.
Der Diäthyläther wurde von der Fraktion Nr. 1 abgetrieben,
wobei 2,37 g eines organgefarbenen Öls erhalten
wurden, das 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
2-nitroacetophenon enthielt, das folgende Eigenschaften
hatte:
Kernmagnetische Resonanz [ (NMR) (CDCl₃) ]:
2,47δ (Singulett, 3H); 6,78-8,21δ (Multiplett, 6H).
Infrarot (IR): 1710, 1575, 1520, 1400, 1315 cm-1.
Massenspektrum (MS): Molekularion bei m/e 359.

Ein 100 ml-Kolben wurde mit einer Lösung von 2,0 g
(0,0056 Mol) des orangefarbenen Öls von 5-(2-Chlor-
4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenons in
10 ml absulutem Äthanol und 10 ml trockenem Benzol
beschickt. Eine Lösung von Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid
(0,77 g, 0,011 Mol) in 15 ml absolutem Äthanol
wurde zugegeben und im Anschluß daran 1,12 g
(0,011 Mol) eines Säureakzeptors, wie Triäthylamin.
Die Reaktionsmischung wurde unter Rückflußkühlung
zum Sieden erwärmt, wobei ein Anteil des
Lösungsmitteldampfes abdestilliert werden konnte.
Nachdem 20 ml des Lösungsmittels abdestilliert waren,
wurden zusätzlich 15 ml Benzol zugegeben. Das Erwärmen
unter Rückflußkühlung wurde fortgesetzt, bis 15 ml
Lösungsmittel abdestilliert waren, und dann wurde
die restliche Lösung unter Rückflußkühlung für 16
Stunden erwärmt, wobei sich eine Mischung des syn-
und anti-Isomeren von 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
oxim bildete. Das Lösungsmittel
wurde aus der Mischung abgetrieben, und der
Rückstand wurde in Chloroform gelöst. Die Chloroformlösung
wurde zweimal mit Wasser extrahiert, dann
mit einer gesättigten Lösung von Natriumchlorid und dann
über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet.
Die Chloroformlösung wurde filtriert, und das Chloroform
wurde abdestilliert, wobei 2,03 g eines orangefarbenen
Öls erhalten wurden, das 5-(2-Chlor-4-
trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-oxim
(anti- und syn-Isomeres) enthielt. Diese Verbindungen
hatten folgende Eigenschaften:
MS: Molekularion bei m/e 374.
(syn und anti) NMR (CDCl₃): 2,13δ (Singulett, 3H); 6,91-8,17δ (Multiplett, 6H); 9,33δ (Singulett, 1H).
(syn und anti) IR: 3100 (breit), 1605, 1575, 1520, 1400 cm-1.

Eine Lösung von 0,10 g (0,0045 ml) Natriummetall in
5 ml Methanol unter Stickstoff wurde in einen 25 ml-
Kolben gegeben. Nachdem das gesamte Natrium reagiert
hatte, wurden 1,50 g (0,004 Mol) des 5-(2-
Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxims (anti und syn), das wie vorstehend hergestellt
worden war, in 5 ml Methanol gelöst und zugegeben.
Zu der Lösung wurden 0,68 g (0,0045 Mol) Methylbromacetat
zugegeben. Die erhaltene Mischung wurde
bei Umgebungstemperatur unter Stickstoff 18 Stunden
gerührt und wurde dann für zwei Stunden unter Rückflußkühlung
erwärmt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde abgetrieben,
und der Rückstand wurde in Chloroform gelöst.
Die Chloroformlösung wurde zweimal mit Wasser und
einmal mit einer gesättigten wäßrigen Natriumchloridlösung
extrahiert und über wasserfreiem Magnesiumsulfat
getrocknet. Die Chloroformlösung wurde filtriert und
das Lösungsmittel wurde verdampft, wobei 1,68 g eines
orangefarbenen Öls erhalten wurden, die die Isomeren
von 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxim-(essigsäuremethylester) enthielten. Das
orangefarbene Öl wurde chromatographisch gereinigt,
indem es in 3 ml Äthyläther gelöst wurde und auf
den Kopf einer 18 cm×2,1 cm-Kolonne, die mit Aluminiumoxid
gefüllt war, gegeben wurde. Die Kolonne
wurde mit Diäthyläther eluiert, und die gewünschten
Fraktionen wurden abgenommen. Das Lösungsmittel
wurde entfernt, und es wurden 0,72 g eines gelben Öls
erhalten, das die anti- und syn-Isomeren von 5-(2-
Chlor-e-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxim-O-(essigsäuremethylester) enthielt. Es wurden
die folgenden Eigenschaften gemessen:
MS: Molekularion bei m/e 446.
syn und anti IR: 1760, 1605, 1575, 1520, 1320 cm-1.
syn und anti NMR (CDCl₃): 2,23δ (Singulett, 3H); 3,67δ und 3,72δ (Singulett, 3H); 4,47δ und 4,67δ (Singulett, 2H); 6,78-8,25w (Multiplett, 6H).
syn und anti IR: 1760, 1605, 1575, 1520, 1320 cm-1.
syn und anti NMR (CDCl₃): 2,23δ (Singulett, 3H); 3,67δ und 3,72δ (Singulett, 3H); 4,47δ und 4,67δ (Singulett, 2H); 6,78-8,25w (Multiplett, 6H).
Nach dem Auflösen des gelben Öls in Äthanol (oder
Methanol) wurden schwach gelbe Kristalle erhalten,
die einen Schmelzpunkt von 89 bis 92°C hatten.
Das unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxim als Zwischenprodukt hergestellte
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitroacetophenon-
oxim-O-(essigsäuremethylester) stellt einen wirksamen
selektiven Unkrautvernichter dar. Nähere Angaben
über diesen und ähnliche Unkrautvernichter sind in der
Patentanmeldung P 30 17 795.8-42 vom gleichen Anmeldetag
vorhanden.
Zu einer Lösung von 80,7 g (0,39 Mol) des Kaliumsalzes
von 3-Hydroxybenzaldehyd-dimethylacetal in
170 ml trockenem DMSO wurden 77,04 g (0,36 Mol)
3,4-Dichlorbenzotrifluorid gegeben. Die Lösung wurde
in einem Ölbad auf 150 bis 155° für vier Stunden erwärmt
und wurde dann über Nach bei Umgebungstempertur gerührt.
Das Lösungsmittel wurde dann im Vakuum abgetrieben,
und der Rückstand wurde mit CHCl₃ gerührt und filtriert.
Das Filtrat wurde mit H₂O, 0,5-n NaOH und
mit gesättigter wäßriger NaCl-Lösung gewaschen
und über Nacht über wasserfreiem MgSO₄ getrocknet.
Nach der Filtration und der Entfärbung mit Aktivkohle
und Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels wurden
114,8 g eines hell-orangefarbenen Öls erhalten, das
das 3-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-benzaldehyd-
dimethylacetal enthielt.
Ein 200 ml-Dreihalskolben wurde mit 10,0 g (0,029
Mol) des zuvor hergestellten 3-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
benzaldehyd-dimethylacetals und 90 ml
trockenem Äthylendichlorid beschickt. Die Lösung
wurde in einem Eisbad gekühlt, und es wurde dann
eine katalytische Menge (etwa 0,2 g) Eisen-III-
chlorid zu der Lösung gegeben. Es wurde dann die
Einleitung von Chlorgas bei mäßiger Geschwindigkeit
aufgenommen und für eine Stunde bei 0°C fortgesetzt.
Dann wurde die Lösung für weitere zwei
Stunden bei 0°C gerührt. Die Reaktionslösung wurde
dann mit Stickstoff über Nacht bei Umgebungstemperatur
gehalten.
Sie wurde dann mit Wasser (H₂O) extrahiert, und die
H₂O-Schicht wurde mit Chloroform extrahiert. Die
organischen Schichten aus Äthylendichlorid und
Chloroform wurden kombiniert und erneut mit Wasser
gewaschen, wobei das Wasser auf einen pH von 6 mit
1-n NaOH eingestellt wurde. Die organische Schicht
wurde dann mit einer gesättigten wäßrigen NaCl-Lösung
gewaschen und über wasserfreiem MgSO₄ getrocknet.
Nach der Filtration und dem Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels
wurden 11,74 g eines schwach gelben Öls
erhalten, das 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
2-chlorbenzaldehyd enthielt. Es hatte folgende Eigenschaften:
NMR (CDCl₃): 6,87-7,60δ (Multiplett, 6H); 10,27δ
(Singulett, 1H).
IR: 1695, 1605, 1590, 1415, 1320 cm-1.
MS: Molekularion bei m/e 334.

Ein 100 ml-Kolben wurde mit 3,34 g (0,01 Mol) des
wie zuvor hergestellten 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
2-chlorbenzaldehyd, 20 ml Tetrahydrofuran
und 12 ml absolutem Äthanol beschickt. Zu dieser
Lösung wurden 0,83 g (0,012 Mol) Hydroxylaminhydrochlorid
in 10 ml Wasser und dann 0,60 g (0,015 Mol)
NaOH in 5 ml Wasser gegeben. Nach dem Rühren der
Lösung bei Umgebungstemperatur für etwa 18 Stunden
wurde die Lösung im Vakuum von den organischen
Lösungsmitteln befreit, und der wäßrige Rückstand
wurde in eine Mischung von H₂O/CHCl₃ aufgenommen.
Die organische Schicht wurde getrennt, mit einer
gesättigten wäßrigen NaCl-Lösung gewaschen und
über wasserfreiem MgSO₄ getrocknet.
Durch Filtration und Verdampfen des Lösungsmittels
wurden 3,01 g eines beigefarbenen Feststoffes erhalten.
Dieses Material wurde aus 40 ml Hexan umkristallisiert,
wobei 1,24 g beigefarbene Kristalle
erhalten wurden, die die anti- und syn-Isomeren von
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-chlorbenzaldoxim
enthielten. Es hatte folgende Eigenschaften:
Schmelzpunkt: 109 bis 112°C.
NMR (CDCl₃): 6,83-7,70δ (Multiplett, 6H); 8,45δ (Singulett, 1H); 8,97δ (Singulett, 1H).
IR: 3340-3110, 1605, 1590, 1570, 1485, 1400, 1320 cm-1.

Das erhaltene 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-
2-chlorbenzaldoxim läßt sich zu 5-(2-Chlor-4-
trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-chlorbenzaldoxim-O-
(essigsäuremethylester) weiterverarbeiten, das
ein wirksames selektives Unkrautvernichtungsmittel
ist.
5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-nitrobenzaldoxim,
ein viskoser halbfester Stoff mit folgenden Eigenschaften:
NMR (CDCl₃): 6,93-8,13δ (Multiplett, 6H);
8,13w (Singulett, 1H);
9,49δ (breites Singulett, 1H).
IR: 3310 (breit), 1605, 1570, 1520, 1490, 1400, 1315 cm-1 und
MS: Molekularion bei m/e 360.

Claims (3)
1. Substituierte Trifluormethylphenoxyverbindungen
der Formel II
in der die allgemeinen Symbole folgende Bedeutung
haben:Xist Nitro (-NO₂), ein Halogen oder Cyan (-CN),
Yist Wasserstoff oder Chlor,
Zist Chlor, wenn Y Chlor ist, oder Z ist Wasserstoff,
wenn Y Chlor oder Wasserstoff ist,
Rist Wasserstoff oder ein Alkylrest mit bis zu
drei Kohlenstoffatomen und
Aist O oder NOH.
2. 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-chlorbenzaldehyd.
3. 5-(2-Chlor-4-trifluormethylphenoxy)-2-chlorbenzaldoxim.
