Description

für das Sammeln einer gereinigten Konzentration irgendeines erwünschten Proteins geeignet, solange eine immunologische Reaktion mit dem gewünschten Protein vorhanden ist. Durch leichtes Modifizieren seiner Wirkungsweise kann der Apparat der Fig. 4 auch dazu verwendet werden, selektiv ein spezifisch unerwünschtes
Protein aus einer Mischung, wie einem Serum, zu entfernen. Um dies zu bewirken, läßt man den Apparat der Fig. 4 einfach für
eine längere Zeit ohne Erneuerung der Lösung 53 und mit periodischen Erneuerungen, soweit sie erforderlich sind, der Lösung 59 laufen. In diesem Falle wird beim Abzugsrohr 67 das Serum erhalten, aus dem das unerwünschte Protein bis zu jedem erforderlichen Grad, abhängig nur von der Betriebszeit des Systems, entfernt worden ist.
