Claims (1)

  1. KAISERLICHES
    PATENTAMT.
    Die vorliegende Erfindung besteht in einer derartigen Verbindung eines Teiles der Strohschüttler mit dem Schüttelkasten, daß hierdurch eine besondere Stützung dieser Schüttler entbehrlich und gleichzeitig eine kräftigere Schüttelbewegung des Schüttelkastens bewirkt wird.
    Bekannt ist die direkte Verbindung des Schüttelkastens mit den Schüttlerwellenlagern
    ίο und die Verbindung des Schüttelbrettes mit Schwingen, welchen die Schüttler angelenkt sind, ferner ist bekannt die Verbindung der Schüttlerwellenlager durch Stoßstangen mit dem Schüttelbrett und mit dem Schüttelkasten oder mit den diese Teile stützenden Federn. Nach diesen Anordnungen werden die Schüttler durch Ausladungen der Wellenlager nach beiden Seiten oder durch die üblichen Hängefedern am Gestell oder durch Böcke auf dem Schüttelbrett und auf dem Schüttelkasten gestützt.
    Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung werden die Schüttler einer Gruppe an ihren hinteren Teilen durch federnde Stoßstangen mit dem Schüttelkasten verbunden. Diese Schüttler bedürfen demnach keiner weiteren Unterstützung an dieser Stelle, und zufolge ihres Druckes bezw. Zuges werden die Stoßfedern durchgebogen und werden daher auf den Schüttelkasten in höherem Grade einwirken, ; als der Fall wäre, wenn sie mit der Schüttlerwelle oder mit deren Lagern verbunden sind. In den Figuren zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht der Einrichtung.
    Die dargestellte Dreschmaschine ist mit sechs Schüttlern versehen, von denen vier ade und/ auf den Kröpfungen der Antriebswelle gelagert sind. Je drei Schüttler bewegen sich in demselben Sinne und sind gleich lang. Die drei längeren Schüttler abc sind vorn durch die Stangen 13 miteinander, hinten durch drei Stoß federn s mit dem großen Siebwerk h verbunden. Da die Schüttler α und c auf der Antriebswelle gelagert sind, so wird vermöge der festen Verbindung der dritte Schüttler b von denselben mitgenommen. Die drei kürzeren Schüttler d ef sind hinten miteinander durch die Stangen 13' verbunden und stützen sich vorn mittels der Feder i auf das Schüttelbrett k und erteilen dem letztereu ihre Bewegung durch zwei an den Lagerböcken / dieser Schüttler befestigte Stoßfedern g. Von diesen Schüttlern sind wiederum d und f auf der Antriebswelle gelagert, so daß der dritte Schüttler e von ihnen mitgenommen wird.

    Dreschmaschine mit Strohschüttler und Reinigung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schüttler einer Gruppe an ihren hinteren Teilen mit dem Schüttelkasten (h) durch federnde Stoßstangen (s) verbunden sind, zum Zweck der Vergrößerung der schüttelnden Wirkung.
