Es ist bekannt, Epoxypolyadditionsprodukte durch Weise durchgeführt, wie z. B. mit Peressigsäure, PerReaktion
zwischen mehr als eine reaktionsfähige ameisensäure, Perbenzoesäure, Monoperphthalsäure
Epoxydgruppe im Molekül enthaltenden organischen oder auch mittels in suti gebildeter Persäuren.

dukte bei Temperaturen von etwa 150 bis 200° C
und in der die Kohlenstoffatome des Cyclohexen- durchgeführt. Es entstehen dabei Formkörper, welche,
rings durch niedere aliphatische Reste substituiert sein verglichen mit anderen, aus bekannten Epoxydverbinkönnen.

substituierten, so erhält man die entsprechenden fiuorid-Amin-Komplexe. Ferner können Alkalisalze
substituierten Oxacyclobutanderivate der Formel (a). 60 von Phosphorsäuren als Beschleuniger eingesetzt

56 g Vinylcyclohexendiepoxyd (Epoxydsauerstoffgehalt 21,4%) wurden mit 107,6 g Methylhexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid
und 5,6 g 2,4,6-Tris-(dimethylaminomethyl)-phenol gemischt und in Formen der Abmessung 120 χ 15 χ 10 mm gegossen. Die Mischung
wurde 5 Stunden bei 1100C und 16 Stunden bei
15O0C gehalten.
Versuch B
63 g 2 - Oxa - 6,7 - epoxy - [3,5] - spirononan (Epoxydsauerstoffgehalt
17,0%) wurden zusammen mit 95,8 gMethylhexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid und 0,36g 2,4,6-Tris-(dimethylaminomethyl) -phenol gemischt und
bei 1100C 5 Stunden geliert und anschließend bei 1500C während 16 Stunden erhitzt.
Der Vergleich ergibt, obwohl die im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Epoxydverbindung
einen etwas geringeren Epoxydsauerstoffgehalt aufweist, folgende Unterschiede:
Rühren und Kühlen auf —100C 24,8 g in 100 ml
Chloroform gelöster Peressigsäure zugesetzt. Vor der Zugabe der Persäure wurde die Chloroformlösung noch
mit 20 g Melamin versetzt. Va Stunde nach Zugabe der Persäure ließ man das Reaktionsgemisch sich auf
25° C erwärmen und beließ es noch weitere 6 Stunden bei der gleichen Temperatur.
Nach Abfiltrieren des Melamins und Waschen der Chloroformlösung mit Natriumbicarbonatlösung und
ίο gesättigter Kochsalzlösung wurde mit Natriumsulfat
getrocknet. Anschließend wurde das Chloroform abdestilliert. Der Rückstand, 27 g eines farblosen Öles,
besaß einen Epoxydsauerstoffgehalt von 9,4% (berechnet 10,4 %). Das Rohprodukt wurde durch einmalige
Destillation gereinigt. Die analysenreine Verbindung ging bei 1,7 Torr zwischen 90 und 93°C über.
Sie erstarrte nach der Destillation bald zu einem weißen Pulver eines Schmelzbereichs von 35 bis 400C.

Im folgenden wird beispielsweise die Herstellung des Ausgangsmaterials beschrieben, für die im Rahmen
dieser Erfindung kein Schutz begehrt wird.
Herstellung der eine Epoxydgruppe enthaltenden Oxa-
cyclobutanverbindungen
A) Zu einer Lösung von 24,8 g von 2-Oxa-[3,5]-spirononen-6
in 80 ml Chloroform wurden unter Rühren und Kühlen auf -1O0C innerhalb 1^ Stunde 16,7 g
Peressigsäure, gelöst in 50 ml Chloroform, getropft. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde unter weiterem Rühren
nach Entfernung der Kühlung langsam auf 250C erwärmt
und 6 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur gelassen. Anschließend wurde die Reaktionslösung mehrere
Male mit Wasser und mit Natriumbicarbonatlösung sowie gesättigter Kochsalzlösung gewaschen. Nach
dem Trocknen mit Natriumsulfat wurde das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert. Es wurden 16,5 g eines
fast farblosen Öles erhalten, Epoxydsauerstoff 9,6% (berechnet 11,4%).
Nach Destillation im Vakuum lag die Substanz in analysenreiner Form vor, Siedepunkt bei 0,5 Torr:
70 bis 71°C, der Brechungsindex nsg = 1,4857, Epoxydsauerstoff 11,4%.
Analyse für C8H12O2:
Berechnet ... C 68,54, H 8,64%;
gefunden ... C 68,50 und 68,62%,
H 8,32 und 8,60%.

Wenn man bei der Epoxydierung einen Puffer verwendet, können die Ausbeuten gesteigert werden. So
wurde aus einem im übrigen analog behandelten Ansatz aus 40 g 2-Oxa-[3,5]-spirononen-6 unter Verwendung
von 36,8 g Peressigsäure und insgesamt 250 ml Chloroform bei Zusatz von 30 g Melamin 36 g epoxydiertes
Oxacyclobutanderivat erhalten.
Es wurden zu einer Lösung von 30 g 2-Oxa-5-methyl-[3,5]-spirononen-7
in 60 ml Chloroform unter
14 g des nach A erhaltenen epoxydierten Cyclobutanderivates
wurden mit 15,4 g Hexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid bei 3O0C zu einer homogenen Masse
verarbeitet und davon Formkörper gegossen. Diese wurden 3 Stunden bei 1000C und 16 Stunden bei
1200C gehalten. Nach dieser Zeit wurde die Temperatur 5 Stunden auf 1700C erhöht.
Es wurden hellgelbe harte Formkörper erhalten mit einer Kugeldruckhärte von 1000 kg/cm2.
14 g des nach A erhaltenen epoxydierten Oxacyclobutanderivats wurden mit 15,4 g Hexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid
und 0,06 g des Borfluorid-Äthanolamin-Komplexes bei 6O0C gemischt. Die erhaltene Mischung
wurde zu Formkörpern von 120 X 15 χ 10 mm gegossen und 20 Stunden bei 1000C und weitere 8 Stunden
bei 1700C gehalten. Es wurden hellgelbe und harte
Prüfstücke erhalten.
Es wurden 30 g des nach A erhaltenen epoxydierten Oxacyclobutanderivats mit 33,5 g Hexahydrophthalsäureanhydrid
und 0,15 g Lithiumsalz des Bis-a-hydroxy - tetrahydro - benzyl - phosphinsäure - tetrahydro-benzaldehydacetals
bei 4O0C gemischt und von der erhaltenen Mischung Prüfstäbe der Abmessung
120 χ 15 χ 10 mm gegossen. Die Gießkörper wurden 18 Stunden bei 12O0C und anschließend weitere
5 Stunden bei 15O0C belassen.
Es wurden hellgelbe Prüfstäbe erhalten, welche auch durch mehrtägige Einwirkung von organischen Lösungsmitteln
bei Raumtemperatur, wie Methylalkohol, Äthylalkohol, Chloroform, Aceton, Dioxan und Dimethylformamid
sowie von 2 η-Salzsäure, Schwefelsäure und Natronlauge nicht verändert wurden.
Die Kugeldruckhärte betrug 1500 kg/cm2.
Es wurden 21,4 g des nach A erhaltenen epoxydierten Oxacyclobutanderivats mit 3,4 g des durch Umsetzung
von Epichlorhydrin mit Diphenolpropan erhaltenen epoxydgruppenhaltigen Kondensats und 26,2 g Hexa-
hydrophthalsäureanhydrid unter Zusatz von 0,25 g des Lithiumsalzes des Bis-«-hydroxytetrahydro-benzyl
- phosphinsäure - tetrahydro - benzaldehydacetals gemischt und bei 4O0C zu Prüfstäben gegossen
(120 χ 15 χ 10 mm). Die Stäbe wurden 20 Stunden bei 1100C und 5 Stunden bei 1500C belassen. Es
wurden hellgelbe Körper erhalten.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:10Verfahren zur Herstellung von Formkörpern auf der Basis von Polyaddukten durch Umsetzen von Epoxydverbindungen, die zwei Epoxygruppen im Molekül enthalten, mit Dicarbonsäuren und/oder mehrbasischen Carbonsäuren oder deren Anhydriden, gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit von Beschleunigern, bei erhöhter Temperatur, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Epoxydverbindungen solche der allgemeinen FormelCH C OO.CH2CH CH2CH2in der der Cyclohexanrest durch niedere aliphatische Reste substituiert sein kann, verwendet werden.
