R_ OH oder Taurin- oder Glycinreste, gegebenenfalls in Salzform, der Formeln -NH(CH )SO-.H und NHCH COOH darstellt;

3. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, wobei St der 3α,7α,12a-Trihydroxy-17-äthiocholanylrest ist.
4. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, wobei SL der 3a,7ß-Dihydroxy-17-äthiocholanylrest ist.
5. Verbindungennach Anspruch 1, wobei St der 3a, 7a-Dihydroxy-
17-äthiocholanylrest ist.

8. Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, wobei η 1 ist und R und R1 Wasserstoff sind.

11. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Taurin- oder Glycin-Konjuga-

ten der Verbindungen von Anspruch 1 (R = nicht OH), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entsprechenden Säuren mit Glycin oder Taurin in Gegenwart von Natriumhydroxid und N-Äthoxycarbonyl-2-äthoxy-i,2-dihydrochinolin in alkoholischer oder hydroalkoholischer Lösung umgesetzt werden.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, wobei m 0 ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß olefinische Zwischenprodukte der Formel

14. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen nach Anspruch 1, wobei m 1 oder 2 ist und η 0 ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verbindungen der Formel
einer Wittig-Reaktion mit geeigneten Phosphor-yliden von Alkylestern unterworfen und die Zwischenprodukte der Formel
