Aus der deutschen Patentschrift 819 998 ist es bekannt, Ester der Phosphorsäure oder Thiophosphorsäure,
die eine Säureamidgruppe enthalten, durch Umsetzen von Salzen der 0,0-Dialkylphosphor- bzw.
-thiophosphorsäure mit co-Halogenf ettsäureamiden herzustellen.
Der Nachteil dieses bekannten Verfahrens besteht darin, daß sich die N-substituierten ω-Halogenfettsäureamide
nur schwer und in schlechten Ausbeuten herstellen lassen. Diese ω-Halogenfettsäureamide werden
nämlich über ω-Halogenfettsäurechloride hergestellt,
die besonders wegen ihrer großen Reaktionsfähigkeit empfindlich sind und sich nur schwer
handhaben lassen.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von 0,0-Dialkyl-dithiophosphorsäureamiden der allgemeinen

einen niedrigmolekularen Alkylrest und bzw. oder durch eine Nitrogruppe einfach oder mehrfach
substituierten Phenylrest und R4 und R5, die gleich
oder verschieden sein können, ein Wasserstoffatom, einen niedrigmolekularen Alkyl-, einen niedrigmolekularen
Cycloalkyl-, einen niedrigmolekularen Oxyalkyl-
oder einen gegebenenfalls durch ein Halogenatom, einen niedrigmolekularen Alkylrest und bzw.
oder durch eine Nitrogruppe ein- oder mehrfach substituierten Arylrest bedeuten, wobei R4 und R5
auch zusammen mit dem Stickstoffatom einen gegebenenfalls ein weiteres Heteroatom enthaltenden
hetreocyclischen Ring, besonders den Äthylenimin-, Pyrrolidin-, Piperidin- oder Morpholinring bilden
können.
Das Verfahren der Erfindung ist ein Zweistufenverfahren, bei dem jedoch die Zwischenprodukte
nicht abgetrennt werden müssen. In der ersten Stufe des Verfahrens wird ein neutrales Salz einer 0,0-Dialkyl-dithiophosphorylessigsäure
bei Temperaturen zwischen —10 und +25 0C jn einem inerten Lösungs-Dr.

säure (0,5 Mol) werden entsprechend der Arbeitsweise 25,8 g Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl-a-methyl-

entsprechend 95% der Theorie. 65 beträgt 19,9 g, entsprechend 60,6% der Theorie.

19 g Morpholin (0,22 Mol) umgesetzt. Die Ausbeute beträgt 22,8 g, entsprechend 69,6% der Theorie.

19 g Morpholin (0,22 Mol) umgesetzt. Die Ausbeute beträgt 22,5 g, entsprechend 68,7% der Theorie.

32,0 g Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl-a-phenylessigsäure
(0,1 Mol) werden entsprechend dem Beispiel 12 mit 14,1 g Benzoylchlorid (0,1 Mol) und 19 g
Morpholin (0,22 Mol) umgesetzt. Die Ausbeute beträgt 38,5 g, entsprechend 99% der Theorie.

35,4 g OjO-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl-a-ip-chlorphenyl)-essigsäure
(0,1 Mol) werden entsprechend dem Beispiel 12 mit 14,1 g Benzoylchlorid (0,1 Mol) und
19 g Morpholin (0,22 Mol) umgesetzt. Die Ausbeute beträgt 41 g, entsprechend 97 % der Theorie.

65 Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl-a-phenylessigsäure-p-toluidid
16 g Ο,Ο-Diäthyl-dithiophosphoryl-ix-phenylessigsäure
(V2O Mol) werden in 50 ecm Methylisobutylketon
gelöst. Es werden 7 g Benzoylchlorid (1I20 Mol) zur
Lösung gegeben und bei einer Temperatur von — 100C
der Reaktionslösung 5 g Triäthylamin (1I20 Mol) langsam
zugetropft, wobei sich das gemischte Anhydrid bildet und Triäthylaminhydrochlorid ausfällt. Die
Reaktionsmischung wird 1I2 Stunde gerührt und
sodann das Triäthylaminhydrochlorid abgesaugt. Unter Rühren werden bei —5°C 10,7 g p-Toluidin (V10 Mol)
in die Lösung des Anhydrids gegeben. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 3 Stunden bei —5 bis 0°C gehalten.
Sodann wird das p-Toluidinsalz der Benzoesäure abgesaugt und das Methylisobutylketon abdestilliert.
Der Rückstand wird in 50 ecm Methylenchlorid gelöst, zunächt mit 20 ecm konzentrierter Natriumcarbonatlösung,
dann mit 20 ecm 2n-Salzsäure ausgeschüttelt, die organische Schicht abgetrennt, getrocknet
und das Methylenchlorid abdestilliert. Es bleibt ein hellgelbes Öl zurück. Die Ausbeute beträgt
g, entsprechend 78,1 % der Theorie.

Claims (3)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von O,O-DialkylditMophosphorylfettsäureamiden
der allgemeinen Formel

s—CH-co—n:
in der R1 und R2, die gleich oder verschieden sein
können, einen gerad- oder verzweigtkettigen Alkylrest
mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, R3 ein Wasserstoffatom, einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen
oder einen gegebenenfalls durch ein Halogenatom, einen niedrigmolekularen Alkylrest
und bzw. oder durch eine Nitrogruppe einfach oder mehrfach substituierten Phenylrest und R4
und R5, die gleich oder verschieden sein können, ein Wasserstoffatom, einen niedrigmolekularen
Alkyl-, einen niedrigmolekularen Cycloalkyl-, einen niedrigmolekularen Oxyalkyl- oder einen gegebenenfalls
durch ein Halogenatom, einen niedrigmolekularen Alkylrest und bzw. oder durch eine
Nitrogruppe einfach oder mehrfach substituierten Arylrest bedeuten, wobei R4 und R5 auch zusammen
mit dem Stickstoffatom einen gegebenenfalls ein weiteres Heteroatom enthaltenden heterocyclischen
Ring, besonders den Äthylenimin-, Pyrrolidin-, Piperidin- oder Morpholinring bilden
können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein neutrales Salz einer 0,0-Dialkyl-dithiophosphorylfettsäure
bei Temperaturen zwischen —10 und +250C in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel
mit einem Säurechlorid der allgemeinen Formel XCl, in der X einen bezüglich der Umsetzung
inerten, zur Anhydridbildung fähigen organischen oder anorganischen Säurerest bedeutet, umsetzt

und das entstandene gemischte Anhydrid der allgemeinen Formel

in der R1, R2, Rg und X die vorstehende Bedeutung
besitzen, vorzugsweise ohne Abtrennen aus dem Reaktionsgemisch mit einem Amin der allgemeinen
Formel

in der R4 und R5 die vorstehende Bedeutung haben, so
bei einer Temperatur von —10 bis +250C umsetzt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man die Umsetzung mit einem Alkalisalz oder einem Salz einer organischen Base, vorzugsweise
mit einem tertiären Aminsalz, einer 0,0-Dialkyl-dithiophosphorylfettsäure durchführt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Umsetzung in einem
Kohlenwasserstoff, in einem höhersiedenden Äther oder in einem Keton durchführt.
