Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a métodos para modificar linfocitos genéticamente y métodos para realizar terapia celular adoptiva que incluyen transducir células T y/o células NK sin estimulación ex vivo previa. Los métodos típicamente incluyen polipéptidos de señalización diseñados por ingeniería genética que pueden incluir un elemento linfoproliferativo, y/o un receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR), por ejemplo un CAR de microambiente restringido.
