Abstract

Métodos para la producción rápida de células efectoras inmunológicas genéticamente modificadas tales como células T. Los métodos permiten la producción rápida (< 1 día) de células efectoras inmunológicas genéticamente modificadas tales como células CAR-T. Reivindicación 1: Un método de producción rápida de una población de células T modificadas genéticamente, que comprende: obtener una población de células mononucleares mixtas; de manera sustancialmente simultánea: activar una población de células T comprendida en la población de células mononucleares mixtas; y exponer la población de células mononucleares mixtas a un vector viral adaptado para transducir por lo menos la población de células T comprendida en la población de células mononucleares mixtas con un nucleótido extraño.
