Compreendendo, métodos ex-vivo de expansão das células raízes hematopoiéticas de células hematopoiéticas mononucleares que comprometem uma fração maior de células hematopoiéticas comprometidas e uma fração menor de células de raiz hematopoiética e de células progenitoras, as populações expandidas de células raízes hematopoiéticas obtidas por meio destes e seus usos são revelados.
