Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la o moleculă de polipeptidă bispecifică care cuprinde un prim lanţ polipeptidic şi un al doilea lanţ polipeptidic care asigură o regiune de legare derivată de la un receptor de celule T (TCR) fiind specifică pentru un epitop peptid viral asociat cu complexul de histocompatibilitate (MHC) major regiune de legare derivată dintr-un anticorp capabil să recruteze celule efectoare imune umane prin legarea specifică la un antigen de suprafaţă al respectivelor celule, precum şi metode de fabricare a moleculei de polipeptidă bispecifică şi utilizările acestora.
