Abstract
Se proporciona un método para elaborar un producto desmenuzado con una superficie marmoleada y los productos resultantes. El método incluye cocinar parcialmente una masa cruda en un primer proceso de cocción para formar una masa cocinada parcialmente y luego combinar la masa parcialmente cocinada con un componente de inclusión para formar una masa de inclusión.
