Σνάκ με ανυψωμένα τοιχώματα (φουσκωμένο), με βάσητο τυρί και το άμυλο πατάτας, παραγόμενο με ειδική μορφοποίηση ζύμης (άνοιγμα φύλλου), ψημένο στο φούρνο και συσκευασμένο σε προστατευμένη ατμόσφαιρα. Στερεό τρόφιμο τύπου σνάκ παραγόμενο με συνδυασμό μηχανικών μερών κατασκευασμένα για την βιομηχανία τροφίμων. Προϊόν με ιδανική τραγανότητα λόγο τελικής υγρασίας και λιπαρών, χρωματισμένο με φυσικέςμεθόδους, (προσθήκη ορού γάλακτος και γεύσεων) και τέλος παραγόμενο με προσθήκη 53 τοις εκατό και αποδεκτή αναλογία από 30 τοις εκατό έως 60 τοις εκατό τυριού Edam ή τυριού gouda. Προορίζεται ως τρόφιμο για κατανάλωση όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας και σε οποιαδήποτε ποσότητα χωρίς παρενέργειες.
