Abstract
Un aparato para detectar fallas en la parte superior de un recipiente transparente que tiene un eje central y una boca abierta, que incluye:un medio 954) en una estación de inspección para rotar el recipiente 932) alrededor de su eje,una primera fuente de luz (34 o 440 para dirigir la primera energía luminosa hacia una energía luminosa hacia una primera porción de la parte superior del recipiente a medida que rota, un primer sensor de luz (36 o 460 colocado con respecto a dicha primera fuente de luz y la parte superior del recipiente en dicha estación de inspección para recibir porciones de dicha primera energía luminosa reflejada desde fallas horizontales o fallas verticales en la parte superior del recipiente, y un procesador de información 960) acoplado a dicho primer sensor para detectar fallas en la parte superior del recipiente, caracterizado porque el dicho aparato incluye adicionalmente una segunda fuente de luz (4) para dirigir una segunda energía luminosa hacia una segunda porción de la parte superior del recipiente a medida que rota, y un segundo sensor de luz (42) colocado con respecto a dicha segunda fuente de luz y la parte superior del recipiente en dicha estación de inspección para recibir porciones de dicha segunda energía luminosa reflejada desde las fallas verticales en la parte superior del recipiente, y porque dicho procesador de información (6) acoplado a ambos de dicho primer y segundo sensores para detectar fallas en la parte superior del recipiente como una función de dichas porciones reflejadas de dichas primera y segunda energías luminosas. Donde dicho procesador de información comprende un medio para escrutar dichos primer y segundo sensores a incrementos de rotación del recipiente, y un medio para determinar posiciones angulares de fallas en la parte superior del recipiente que reflejan energía luminosa hacia dichos primer y segundo sensores.<EMI FILE="00091776_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >
