Abstract
Procedimiento para detectar defectos en el cierre de viales encapsulados que comprende los siguientes pasos: a) Escanear un perfil de la cápsula y del vial mediante un perfilómetro, obteniéndose así una nube de puntos. b) A partir de dicha nube de puntos , calcular al menos uno de los siguientes parámetros: i. Diámetro o radio de la circunferencia de cierre de la cápsula. ii. Ángulo de intersección entre el faldón inferior y el lateral de la cápsula. iii. Longitud del faldón inferior. iv. Distancia del extremo del faldón inferior al cuello del vial. c) Determinar si alguno de dichos parámetros excede un valor límite predeterminado. Y dispositivo para detectar defectos en el cierre de viales encapsulados que comprende un perfilómetro configurado para escanear un perfil de la cápsula y del vial y un dispositivo de control configurado para ejecutar un procedimiento como el descrito anteriormente.
