Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及乘客侧安全气囊。
背景技术
图1示出了显示对于坐在座椅24上的汽车乘客22展开的现有技术惯常的乘客侧安全气囊20的俯视图。座椅靠背26是座椅仅有的示出部分。安全气囊20具有由来自气体发生器28的气体充气的单级制气体发生腔30。安全气囊的面部或面板32撞击乘客的胸部、肩部和头部。如果乘客在安全气囊充气时由于采取更靠近汽车仪表板的位置而偏离正常座位位置,安全气囊撞击乘客的速度会增加。如果充气时乘客的身体在或靠近安全气囊模块的盖板,安全气囊对乘客的相互作用增强。
现有技术例如JP2005162195、JP2005247118、US2003/0218326A1、US2004/0232681A1、和US2004/0155439A1已提出了一种安全气囊(如图2所示的标号20a),其由被沟槽或间隔36分开的隔开距离的圆形凸出部34a,34b形成。当安全气囊20a充气时,间隔或沟槽36位于处于正常坐姿的乘客前面,由此避免了与乘客头部的接触。安全气囊与乘客的相互作用主要相对乘客躯干的左右侧以及乘客的左右肩在侧圆形凸出部34a,34b之间,减轻了如果乘客在安全气囊充气开始不处于正常坐姿时的碰撞。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供了一种安全气囊,其可以使安全气囊与非正常坐姿或正常坐姿的乘客之间的作用最小化。
安全气囊有一个具有面部面板部分的主面板,其充气时呈现隔开距离的凸起部,所述凸起部由沟槽隔开,该沟槽构造成安全气囊充气时面对乘客,其中,面部面板部分包括一开口,该开口具有边缘;织物的杯形结构安装在开口内并缝合或以其它方式固定到主面板开口的边缘上,杯形结构位于安全气囊内主面板外表面下方;系带一端锚定,另一端固定在杯形结构的一部分上,系带的长度构造成防止杯形结构移动超出主面板的外表面,在安全气囊展开时杯形结构和安全气囊的其余部分形成相对的凸起部,其中杯形结构形成位于凸起部之间的沟槽或凹陷。
借助本实用新型的安全气囊,可以减轻安全气囊与非正常坐姿或正常坐姿的乘客之间的碰撞。在初始展开时,安全气囊或气垫沿着乘客的左右肩展开。气垫的展开显著地降低了对坐得靠近尚未展开的安全气囊模块的乘客的作用。

具体实施方式
如图3、3a、4和5所示的安全气囊100包括具有面部面板部103的主面板102,其面对所要保护的乘客,以及多个侧面板104a、104b。各面板通常由包括尼龙或聚酯的安全气囊织物制成。侧面板104a、104b基本上相同并相互镜像。侧面板104a、104b各包括颈部120和气垫部122。主面板还包括多个相对的颈部124和气垫部126。面部面板部103是气垫部126的一部分。气垫部在面部面板部103附近包括一开口130,其用于形成充气的安全气囊的凹槽。安全气囊通过将侧面板104a的边缘132缝合到面部面板103的边缘134上形成。同样以已知方式将边缘132a缝合到另一边缘134a上提供安全气囊100的总体形状。通过各面板的连接在安全气囊的颈部放置一个气体发生器(未示出)。在充气之前安全气囊折叠存放在安全气囊模块300的壳体306内,安全气囊100是安全气囊模块的一部分。壳体内的气体发生器308为安全气囊充气。
另外的安全气囊织物片的结合形成一凹槽,其固定在主面板的气垫部分的面部面板部分开口边缘的周围。凹槽构造成形成向内延伸入面部面板内的凹槽或凹穴110。凹槽具有固定在面部面板开口130的边缘左部140d的左凹槽(或沟槽)面板部150,和固定在面部面板部边缘的右部140c的右凹槽(或沟槽)面板部152。凹槽还包括固定在各左右凹槽面板部和主面板上的中心凹槽面板部160。系带固定在凹槽中心部分用以限制凹槽的中心部分向外运动以使安全气囊(在充气后)具有凹槽的一侧形成的可充气第一凸起部112a和凹槽的另一侧形成的可充气的第二凸起部112b和面部面板。面部面板的开口可采用不同的形状包括矩形、椭圆形和顶部为矩形下部为三角形的混和形。
主面板102上的开口130具有一个或多个边缘140a、140b、140c和140d。尽管所示的开口130形状为矩形,但是开口130也可为长椭圆形。图6示出了另一个具有椭圆形开口130a的面部面板102a。面部面板的开口130b可为不规则形,例如梯形或三角形的组合131和矩形131a。这样一种形状(如图6所示)可最小化对儿童或青少年的作用,所述儿童或青少年处于非正常坐姿,他们的头部或胸部靠近或在未展开安全气囊模块盖板上。
安全气囊100包括一凹形或杯形结构149、150、152、160的织物,其安装在凹槽130内并缝合或其它方式固定到主面板开口130的边缘140上。杯形结构149位于安全气囊内主面板外表面下方并用于(和系带和其它面板织物一起)形成相对的凸起部112a、112b之间的沟槽或凹槽110。杯形结构149由成形的单面板或将一个或多个面板织物缝制到开口130的边缘140上形成。
在图4所示的实施例中,安全气囊100包括左沟槽面板150和右沟槽面板152。左沟槽面板的边缘150a缝合到另一边缘104d而另一边缘152a缝合到主面板102的边缘140c上。左沟槽面板150和右沟槽面板152都还包括与边缘150a、152a相对的侧边缘156、158。当侧面板150、152缝合到主面板102的开口上时,它们开始提供开口130、以及开口130a、130b的深度。安全气囊100还包括一个具有边缘162a、162b、162c和162d的中心沟槽面板160。一般而言中心沟槽面板160跟随开口130、130a、130b的形状。边缘162d缝合到左沟槽面板150的边缘156上,而边缘162c缝合到右沟槽面板152的边缘158上。此外,边缘162a缝合到边缘140a上,边缘162b缝合到开口130的边缘140b上。左右沟槽面板150、152和160形成杯形或凹形结构。凹形结构149可由例如成形褶状物163适当位于平坦织物片165上形成。
当包括三个沟槽面板150、152和160的杯形结构149缝合到主面板102上之后,通过开口130向后推,一个凹槽结构,即凹槽110形成。如果一个或多个面板150、152、160的移动在安全气囊充气时不受限制,凹形结构149,在安全气囊充气时,会在面部面板之前向外充气。为了防止这种充气,安全气囊100还包括一个或多个系带或系带180。图4示出了一根系带。系带180包括边缘182a、边缘182b和中间点184。系带180可固定在模块300的一部分如壳体306上。

当展开的动态情况下安全气囊100最初向外展开时,充气的凸起部112a、112b之间的空间可能比稳态空间尺寸大。图7示出了一补片400(最好用和安全气囊同样的织物制成)位于主面板的面部部分103,其连接两个凸起部112a、112b并用来限制充气中和充气后凸起部间的距离。用于补片选择的织物,除了安全气囊织物,也可为例如一段座椅安全带织物或任何能够吸收拉力负载的织物。在一个实施例中,一补片400a连接两个凸起部的顶部且以虚线形式示出,并且充气的安全气囊将一般而言在凸起部之间水平延伸。在一个优选实施例中,一补片400连接凸起部相对的中间部分。一般而言,当乘客处于非正常坐姿,而其胸部在安全气囊模块的盖板上时,选择降低的补片400以在6岁乘客胸部以下,以及在处于正常坐姿的50%成年乘客颈部下方。

Claims (4)

1.一种安全气囊(100),包括具有面部面板部分(103)的主面板(102),所述面部面板部分在充气时呈现由沟槽(110)隔开距离的凸起部(112a,112b),所述沟槽构造成在所述安全气囊充气时面向乘客,其特征在于,所述面部面板部分(103)包括一开口(130、130a、130b),所述开口具有边缘(140)织物的杯形结构(150、152、160)安装在所述开口内并缝合或以其它方式固定到所述主面板开口(130)的所述边缘(140)上,所述杯形结构位于所述安全气囊内所述主面板外表面下方;以及一系带(80),其一端锚定,另一端固定在所述杯形结构的一部分上,所述系带的长度构造成防止所述杯形结构移动超出所述主面板的外表面,在充气时所述杯形结构和所述安全气囊的其余部分形成相对的凸起部(112a,112b),其中所述杯形结构形成位于所述凸起部之间的沟槽或凹陷(110)。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,所述主面板(102)的所述面部面板部分(103)内的所述开口(130、130a、130b)的形状为矩形、椭圆形或混和形。
3.如权利要求2所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,在所述主面板(102)的所述面部面板部分(103)内的开口(130b)包括矩形上部和形状为三角形或梯形的下部。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的安全气囊,其特征在于,还包括一系带(400)连接所述相对的凸起部(112a,112b),用以限制所述凸起部之间的距离至所述系带(400)的长度。
