Abstract

Description
本发明涉及含有镧系元素III络合物的油墨组合物,用隐藏的标记对物体进行标记的系统以及在物体上提供隐藏的标记的方法。
出于多种原因,需要在多种物品上施加只有暴露于UV下才能显示的隐藏标记。
因此,在信封、支票、银行票据、证券、邮票、身份证、护照、门票、证书等上需要保密标记。
对织物也提供了这种可以用作保密标记或只有在UV辐射下才变为可见的特殊装饰的隐藏设计。
WO 97/10307公开了一种适合在白色或浅色基底上进行标记的喷墨组合物,其包含油墨载体和稀土金属有机螯合物的荧光着色剂。那些荧光着色剂可在约275nm-约400nm的UV辐射下激发并在可见光范围内发出荧光。然而,其发光强度和量子产率未满足最高要求。
因此,本发明的目标是提供一种油墨组合物,其包含的着色剂是肉眼不可见的,但在UV暴露下会产生出强发光,而且该组合物可以用于在各种基底上进行的所有的已知印刷用途,所述基底诸如织物,包括皮革、纤维素材料、金属、塑性材料、其它涂覆了低聚物或聚合物基体的基底和其它多孔材料。
本发明涉及一种油墨组合物,其含有
(a)式I化合物
Lm-Ln3+(Ch-)n (I),
其中Ln代表镧系元素,
Ch-是含有至少一个吸收UV的双键的带负电的配体,n表示3或4,m表示1-4的数字,当n是3时,m表示1-4的数字且L是2,2’-二吡啶基以外的含氮、氧或硫的中性单齿或多齿UV吸收配体,或者当n是4时,m表示1且L是单电荷阳离子;和
(b)液态油墨载体。
式I化合物基本上可以含有任意的含氮、氧或硫的单齿或多齿UV吸收配体如,例如未取代或取代的吡啶、吡嗪、喹啉、苯胺、菲咯啉、三联吡啶、咪唑、苯并咪唑、联咪唑、联苯并咪唑、嘧啶、联嘧啶、1,5-二氮杂萘、三嗪、联三嗪、噁唑、二噁唑、噁唑啉、二噁唑啉及其取代的衍生物和上述配体的所有相关(多)N-氧化物衍生物。
由于L可以是多螯合配体像,例如4,4’-二吡啶基,式I和II的化合物包括多金属螯合物如,例如式(XIV)化合物,其含有通过双齿配体相连的两个MIII-(二酮)3或MIII-(羧酸根)3单元:

优选L是含氮配体。

其中R4、R5和R6分别相互独立地为氢、卤素、C1-C6烷基C5-C24芳基、C6-C24芳烷基、C1-C6烷氧基、二烷基氨基或环氨基和R7是氢、C1-C6烷基、C5-C24芳基或C6-C24芳烷基。
作为取代基R1-R7的烷基可以是直链或支链的。可以提及的例子为甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、新戊基、异戊基、正己基和异己基。
作为取代基R4-R6的烷氧基可以为,例如,甲氧基、乙氧基、正丙氧基、异丙氧基、正丁氧基或叔丁氧基。
C5-C24芳基的例子为苯基、甲苯基、基、isityl、联苯基、萘基和蒽基。优选苯基。
杂芳基优选含有4或5个碳原子和一或二个选自O、S和N的杂原子。例子是吡咯基、呋喃基、噻吩基、噁唑基、噻唑基、吡啶基、吡嗪基、嘧啶基、哒嗪基、吲哚基、嘌呤基或喹啉基。

对于特定的用途,可以推荐采用不同镧系元素的组合,例如Eu和Tb。这样的混合物提高了隐藏标记的安全程度、安全水平的复杂性并倍增了编码概率。
式I化合物可以从例如WO96/20942知悉,或者可以通过本身已知的方法制备。例如,可以在适当的条件下使配体如乙酰丙酮、苯甲酰丙酮、二苯甲酰甲烷、二叔戊酰甲烷、水杨酸、戊酸或己酸与稀土金属卤化物如三氯化铕反应以生成稀土金属螯合物。其它的细节可见于美国专利No.4,736,425。
可以使这样获得的稀土金属螯合物进一步与含氮、氧或硫的单齿或多齿配体L反应以产生式II、III、和IV的稀土金属螯合化合物。
该反应描述于例如WO 96/20942中。
在印刷组合物领域内任意已知的油墨载体,包括含水的和有机载体及其组合可以用来制备本发明的油墨组合物。对于式I和II化合物和在适当的情况下油墨组合物的附加成分,载体应具有充分溶解度。此外,载体应易于从印刷物品上通过蒸发和/或基底吸收而得到散逸。合用的有机载体包括醇、二醇、醚醇、亚砜、酰胺、胺、杂环溶剂、酮、醚、酯、腈和脂肪族、环脂族和芳香烃。
合用的有机溶剂的实例是甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、二丙二醇、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙二醇单乙醚、乙氧基丁醇、二甲亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、丙酮、2-丁酮、二乙基醚、二正丙基醚、四氢呋喃(THF)、乙酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、乙腈、吡啶、正戊烷、正己烷、环己烷、苯和甲苯。
优选油墨载体(b)是有机溶剂、二或多种有机溶剂的混合物或者水和一或多种有机溶剂的混合物。
对于基于溶剂的用途,建议采用醇、酮、酯、多醚或芳香烃或上述溶剂的混合物作为油墨载体。
将可与水混溶的溶剂如醇、二醇、醚醇、腈、DMSO、DMF、DMA、NMP、THF和丙酮有目的地用于水溶性用途。
优选的有机溶剂是脂肪族醇、二醇、醚醇、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、脂肪族或芳香酮、芳香烃、羧酸酯和脂肪族多醚。
丙三醇、乙二醇和丙二醇是特别优选的有机溶剂。
本发明的油墨组合物可以另外包含一或多种粘合剂树脂(c)。
粘合剂树脂用来固定或提高着色剂的粘附作用,特别是粘在非多孔性物品上如,例如塑料、金属材料和玻璃纸材料。可以采用任何适合的粘合剂树脂。优选所述粘合剂树脂可以溶解于、分散于或乳化于油墨载体中。进一步优选该粘和剂树脂在油墨载体散逸后对基底具有充分的粘附作用。
合用的粘合剂树脂的实例包括醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸乳胶、环氧树脂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚氨酯、乙烯基树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯丁缩醛、PVC、氯化橡胶、聚己酸内酯、聚脂肪酸乙二醇酯、聚烯烃如聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯,聚苯乙烯、聚-α-甲基苯乙烯、聚乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物、聚砜、聚酯、聚硅氧烷、苯乙烯丁二烯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯如聚丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、硝化纤维素和纤维素醚如甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素及其混合物。
本发明的组合物与本领域内已知的常规水性或基于溶剂的印刷制剂可以良好地相容。这些印刷制剂中的一些是可以商购的。
在本发明的优选油墨组合物中,粘和剂树脂(c)选自聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、硝化纤维素和乙基纤维素。
特别优选含有聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯或聚氨酯-丙烯酸作为粘和剂树脂(c)的水性喷墨制剂。
在本发明的组合物中,组分(a)和(b)和适当的时候的(c)的量可以在宽范围内变化。
优选的组合物含有0.01-70.0%,更优选0.05-30%并特别是0.1-10.0%重量的组分(a),和30.0-99.99%,更优选70.0-99.95%和特别是90.0-99.9%重量的组分(b),基于组分(a)+(b)的总量计。
高含量的组分(a)通常很适合于基于溶剂用途的油墨浓度。
组分(c)的量取决于印刷用途,其确定了所需的粘度和所需的向基底的固着性能。优选地,组分(c)的量为0.5-70%,更优选为1-50%并特别是1-30%重量,基于组分(a)+(b)+(c)的总量计。
可以存在于本发明的油墨组合物中的其它成分是例如天然或合成的增稠剂、染料、颜料、光学增白剂、用来将pH调节至所需值的酸、碱和/或盐、阴离子、非离子或阳离子表面活性剂、消泡剂和抗冻剂、杀生物剂、杀菌剂、电解质、保湿剂、香料、软化剂和固定剂。
特别优选的本发明组合物还含有(d)一或多种着色剂。
合用的着色剂是熟知的颜料和染料,包括各种颜料和染料的混合物。
本发明的油墨组合物可以通过任何本领域技术人员已知的方法来制备。例如,可以在适当的混合器或掺合器中将组合物的各组分结合并混合。
本发明还提供了用只有暴露在UV下才能显示的隐藏标记为物体进行标记的系统,其包含将所述标记印刷在所述物体上的印刷设备,其中所述印刷设备采用了上述的油墨组合物。
所述标记系统还可以包括将物体向印刷设备运输的运送系统。例如,可以采用传送带将所述物体运送到喷墨印刷机的印刷头下面。
本发明还涉及在物体上,优选在织物材料上提供隐藏标记的方法,包含将上述油墨组合物施用到所述物体上并通过蒸发或吸收到所述物体中或上以除去全部或基本上全部的所述油墨载体。
也可以通过在可见标记上套印或采用染色制剂将隐藏标记隐藏在可见标记中,如实施例所述。
可以通过使物体经受波长为约275nm-约400nm的激发辐射使隐藏标记变得可见;发射的荧光辐射在可见范围内,优选为约450nm-约700nm。发射光谱含有尖发射峰。
本发明可以用于所有的常规印刷用途中,如橡皮版印刷、胶版印刷、丝网印刷、喷墨印刷、转移印刷和织物印花。
用本发明的荧光着色剂可以对多种基底进行标记,如织物材料(羊毛、棉、皮革、丝、聚酰胺、聚酯、混合纤维、聚丙烯腈、莱卡)、纤维素材料(木材、纸张)、金属以及塑性材料(聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、多孔材料,任何涂覆了接受性聚合物和低聚体基体的基底或可以用作为粘和剂体系(c)提供的聚合物或低聚体基体涂覆的基底。
本发明使向无色、白色、浅色或深色基底施用无色或彩色隐藏标记成为可能,所述标记可以暴露在UV下而显示。本发明的组合物与相似的现有技术组合物显著不同,其具有优异的发光量子产率、长时间发光和高发光强度。

实施例1:
用4重量份的标准聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯水性喷墨油墨制剂稀释6重量份的油墨组合物A制备无色的水性喷墨油墨。将上述的准无色制剂印刷在白纸、彩色纸、白色或彩色织物上并在暴露在UV下时得到强红发光。
实施例2:
用1重量份的标准商购聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯颜料黄水性喷墨油墨制剂稀释1重量份的油墨组合物A制备颜料黄水性喷墨油墨。
将上述的黄色制剂印刷在白纸、彩色纸、白色或彩色织物上并在UV暴露下得到强红发光。
实施例3:
用1重量份的标准商购聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯颜料红水性喷墨油墨制剂稀释3重量份的油墨组合物A制备颜料红水性喷墨油墨。将上述的红色制剂印刷在白纸、彩色纸、白色或彩色织物上并在UV暴露下得到强红发光。
Claims (21)
1.油墨组合物,其含有
(a)式I化合物
Lm-Ln3+(Ch-)n (I),
其中Ln代表镧系元素,
Ch-是含有至少一个UV吸收双键的带负电的配体,n表示3或4,m表示1-4的数字,
当n是3时,m表示1-4的数字且L是2,2’-二吡啶基以外的含氮、氧或硫的中性单齿或多齿UV吸收配体,或者当n是4时,m表示1且L是单电荷阳离子;和
(b)液态油墨载体。
3.权利要求1的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式I化合物,其中L是含氮配体。
4.权利要求1的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式I化合物,其中L是式V、VI、VII、VIII或IX化合物:
其中R4、R5和R6分别相互独立地为氢、卤素、C1-C6烷基C5-C24芳基、C6-C24芳烷基、C1-C6烷氧基、二烷基氨基或环氨基和R7是氢、C1-C6烷基、C5-C24芳基或C6-C24芳烷基。
5.权利要求4的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式I化合物,其中L是式V、VI、VII、VIII或IX化合物,其中R4、R5和R6是氢、甲基、吡啶烷子基或二甲基氨基。
6.权利要求1的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式I化合物,其中Ln是Eu、Tb或Dy。
7.权利要求2的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式II、III或IV化合物,其中R1和R3是甲基、叔丁基、正戊基或苯基。
8.权利要求2的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式II化合物,其中R2是氢。
9.权利要求1的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(a)的式X、XI、XII、XIII、XIV或XV化合物
10.权利要求1的油墨组合物,含有作为组分(b)的一或多种有机溶剂或水和一或多种有机溶剂的混合物。
11.权利要求10的油墨组合物,含有作为有机溶剂的脂肪族醇、醚醇、二醇、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、脂肪族或芳香酮、芳香烃、羧酸酯和脂肪族多醚。
12.权利要求10的油墨组合物,含有作为有机溶剂的可与水混溶的溶剂。
13.权利要求10的油墨组合物,含有作为有机溶剂的乙二醇或丙二醇。
14.权利要求1的油墨组合物,其还含有(c)粘和剂树脂。
15.权利要求14的油墨组合物,其中的粘和剂树脂(c)选自聚丙烯酸、聚丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、硝化纤维素和乙基纤维素。
16.前面权利要求中任意一项的油墨组合物,其含有0.01-70.0%重量的组分(a)和30.0-99.99%重量的组分(b),基于组分(a)+(b)的总量计。
17.前面权利要求中任意一项的油墨组合物,其含有0.5-70%重量的组分(c),基于组分(a)+(b)+(c)的总量计。
18.前面权利要求中任意一项的油墨组合物,其还另外含有(d)一或多种着色剂。
19.用只有暴露在UV下才能显示的隐藏标记为物体进行标记的系统,其包含将所述标记印刷在所述物体上的印刷设备,其中所述印刷设备采用了前面权利要求中任意一项的油墨组合物。
20.在物体上提供隐藏标记的方法,包含将权利要求1-18中任意一项的油墨组合物施用到所述物体上并通过蒸发或吸收到所述物体中以除去全部或基本上全部的所述油墨载体。
21.权利要求20的方法,其中所述物体是织物材料。
