Abstract

发明背景
1.发明领域
本发明涉及硬质涂膜。更特别地,本发明涉及电阻膜型触摸板和光盘的表面保护用的硬质涂膜。
2.相关领域的说明
硬质涂膜因此在各种图象显示装置如LCD(液晶显示器)、触摸板、CRT(阴极射线管)、PDP(等离子显示板)、EL(场致发光显示器)和光盘中用于表面保护。
触摸板用作近年来广泛使用的便携式信息终端用的输入装置。触摸板是通过用手指或笔直接触摸显示器的表面而输入数据的装置。整个触摸板的约90%是电阻膜型触摸板。电阻膜型触摸板一般具有下述结构:触摸侧的塑料基材和显示侧的透明基材同位于这两个基材之间的绝缘隔板一起排列的方式使得在这两个基材内的透明导电薄膜彼此面对,其中所述触摸侧的塑料基材具有层压到透明塑料基材一面上的透明电导(其后称为“导电”)薄膜,如用锡掺杂的氧化铟膜(ITO),和所述显示侧的透明基材具有层压到透明塑料基材材料如玻璃板的一面上的透明电导薄膜如ITO膜。对于输入操作来说,用笔或手指按压通过触摸触摸侧的塑料基材而输入用的平面(该平面相对于具有透明电导薄膜的平面),和触摸侧的塑料基材的透明电导薄膜与显示侧的透明电导薄膜彼此接触。
然而,电阻膜类触摸板的问题在于在触摸侧的塑料基材的透明导电薄膜和显示侧的透明基材的透明导电薄膜反复彼此接触之后,触摸侧的表面受到损坏,和破坏触摸侧的塑料基材(基材材料膜)内的透明导电薄膜,具有裂纹或跟基材分离。为了克服上述问题,广泛进行的是,将合成树脂的硬质涂层排列在触摸侧的表面上和排列在透明塑料基材与透明导电薄膜之间。
提出极化膜,在该膜中,防反射的膜排列在硬质涂层上,所述硬质涂层含有用辐射等可固化的树脂和二氧化钛的超细颗粒,而二氧化钛在表面上用金属氧化物等处理,以改进触摸侧的表面(日本专利申请特开No.2000-171603)。
具有硬质涂层(所述涂层是通过加热或辐射离子束进行固化,在基材膜上形成并保持的)的常规硬质涂膜显著地显示出因固化引起的收缩和在高温和高湿度条件下的收缩,并倾向于引起卷曲现象,其中硬质涂膜的终端部分卷起,这是由于在常规技术内的构成组分大多数是多官能团的聚丙烯酸酯所致。此外,由于基材膜与硬质涂层之间折射指数的差别,所以有时形成光学干扰条纹,和额外要求克服该缺点的方法。常规硬质涂膜的缺点是因固化引起的收缩,在较高温度和高湿度条件影响下的收缩和卷曲,以及光学干扰条纹。
发明概述
本发明的目的是提供硬质涂膜,它显示出优良的抗划伤性、因固化引起的收缩很少和在高温和高湿度条件下很少收缩和卷曲,以及不形成光学干扰条纹。
本发明者进行了深入的研究,结果发现,当在硬质涂层内包含特定用量的可聚合的二氧化硅微粒,和形成硬质涂层的组分包含具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,以及在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物,可实现上述目的。基于该发现,从而完成本发明。
本发明提供:
(1)一种硬质涂膜,它包括用涂料液涂布基材的至少一面而形成的硬质涂层,其中涂料液包括形成硬质涂层的组分,它包括(A)通过将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和(C)在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物,和通过用电离射线辐照,固化在基材平面上形成的涂料液层,其中硬质涂层包括20-60wt%的二氧化硅,和具有1.53或更大的折射指数;
(2)根据(1)的硬质涂膜,其中粘结到化合物(A)内的二氧化硅微粒上的具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物是具有(甲基)丙烯酰基和至少一个选自烷氧基和异氰酸酯基中的基团的化合物;
(3)根据(1)或(2)的硬质涂膜,其中具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯(B)是丙烯酸二环戊基酯;
(4)根据(1)-(3)任何一项的硬质涂膜,其中化合物(C)内的至少一个芳基是苯基;
(5)根据(1)-(4)任何一项的硬质涂膜,其中基材是聚碳酸酯膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜;和
(6)根据(1)-(5)任何一项的硬质涂膜,其中形成硬质涂层的组分包括100重量份(A)通过将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,5-20重量份(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和45-200重量份(C)具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物。

优选实施方案的说明
可通过用涂料液涂布基材的至少一面,和通过用电离射线辐照将基材平面上形成的涂料液层固化来形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层,其中涂料液包括形成硬质涂层的组分,它包括(A)一种化合物,该化合物包括二氧化硅微粒和具有可聚合的不饱和基团且粘结到二氧化硅微粒上的有机化合物,(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和(C)在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物。
以下将参考附图描述本发明。附图示出了本发明的实施方案,和本发明并不限于该附图所示的实施方案。
图1示出了在电阻膜型触摸板的表面上的层压材料部分的剖视图。本发明的硬质涂膜可用于电阻膜型触摸板的表面上的层压材料部分。在图1所示的实施方案中,硬质涂层1和1`排列在基材膜2的两个平面上。可单独提供具有排列在基材膜2的一个平面上的硬质涂层1的硬质涂膜作为本发明的另一实施方案。
触摸侧3的透明导电薄膜和显示侧3`的透明导电薄膜通过绝缘空间4和排列在薄膜之间的绝缘隔板5彼此面对。当用笔或手指按压触摸面时,通过基材膜2和触摸侧1的硬质涂层传递的压力,使触摸侧3的透明导电薄膜和显示侧3`的透明导电薄膜彼此接触,并可进行输入操作。在电阻膜型触摸板表面上的层压材料部分可与通过手指触摸到显示侧的玻璃基材6的平面上的硬质涂层1中的层材一起形成。
图2示出了在光盘表面上的层压材料部分的剖视图。本发明的硬质涂膜可用于保护光盘如CD和DVD的表面。
在图2所示的实施方案中,具有排列在基材膜2的表面上的硬质涂层1的硬质涂膜通过粘合剂7与光盘基材8相连。
作为,用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层1的组分的二氧化硅微粒,可使用含二氧化硅作为主要组分、在微粒表面上具有羟基(硅烷醇)且平均直径为0.005-1微米的二氧化硅。优选在胶态条件下,悬浮在分散介质内的胶态二氧化硅。
作为具有可聚合的不饱和基团且粘结到二氧化硅微粒上的有机化合物(它用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分),可使用的有机化合物在分子内具有可聚合的不饱和基团和与以上所述的二氧化硅微粒表面上的羟基(硅烷醇)反应的官能团。可聚合的不饱和基团的实例包括(甲基)丙烯酰基。与羟基反应的官能团的实例包括烷氧基和异氰酸酯基。
将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分,它主要有助于显示在高温(约80℃)条件和在较高温度和湿度(60℃的温度和90%的相对湿度)条件下抑制本发明硬质涂膜的卷曲效果。为了充分显示上述效果,需要本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层在固化之后包括20-60wt%,和优选25-40wt%的二氧化硅。当硬质涂层内的二氧化硅含量小于20wt%时,不可能维持抑制卷曲的效果。当二氧化硅的含量超过60wt%时,难以形成硬质涂层。
具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分,它有助于提高本发明硬质涂层的折射指数,和尤其抑制与固化本发明的硬质涂膜所引起的收缩相伴随的卷曲。
具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分,它是通过缩合具有脂环结构的醇和(甲基)丙烯酸而获得的酯。具有脂环结构的醇的实例包括饱和脂环醇如环丙烷基醇、环丁烷基醇、环戊烷基醇、环己烷基醇、环庚烷基醇、环辛烷基醇和环十二烷基醇,它们各自可具有取代基。
具有脂环结构的醇在分子内可具有不饱和基团。在分子内具有脂环结构和不饱和基团的醇的实例包括不饱和脂环醇如环丙烯基醇、环丁烯基醇、环戊烯基醇、环己烯基醇、环庚烯基醇、环辛烯基醇、环十二碳烯基醇和降冰片烯基醇,它们各自可具有取代基。
在以上所列举的脂环醇当中,可优选使用环戊烷基醇、环己烷基醇、环戊烯基醇、环己烯基醇、和降冰片烯基醇。具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的具体实例包括(甲基)丙烯酸二环戊基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二环戊烯基氧基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异冰片酯和(甲基)丙烯酸叔丁基环己酯。
本发明的硬质涂层的折射指数范围是1.53-1.70。当硬质涂层的折射指数小于1.53时,有可能不能抑制光学干扰条纹。使用本发明所披露的技术,难以获得折射指数大于1.70的硬质涂层。
在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物用于形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分,它有助于提高硬质涂层的折射指数。可聚合的不饱和基团的实例包括乙烯基和(甲基)丙烯酰基。芳基的实例包括苯基、甲苯基、二甲苯基和萘基。上述化合物的实例包括二乙烯基苯、二乙烯基萘和具有苯基的多官能团(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物优选具有的性能使得通过固化单独的该化合物获得的聚合物的折射指数为1.55或更大,这是因为硬质涂层的折射指数可容易地变为1.53或更大的数值。
在本发明中,形成硬质涂层的组分优选包括100重量份(A)化合物,它包括二氧化硅微粒和具有可聚合的不饱和基团且粘结到二氧化硅微粒上的有机化合物,5-20重量份(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和45-200重量份(C)具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物。
当组分(B)的具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的用量小于5重量份时,有时不可能充分抑制因固化所引起的收缩而导致的卷曲。当组分(C)的具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物的用量小于45重量份时,难以形成折射指数为1.53或更大的硬质涂层。
当组分(B)的具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯的用量超过20重量份或组分(C)的具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物的用量超过200重量份时,有时不可能充分抑制在高温条件下或在高温和高湿度条件下的卷曲。
在本发明中,可单独或结合使用各类可光聚合的单体和可光聚合的预聚物。
可光聚合的单体的实例包括多官能团的丙烯酸酯如1,4-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,6-己二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇己二酸酯二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇羟基新戊酸酯二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二环戊烷基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、用己内酯改性的二环戊烯基二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、用环氧乙烷改性的磷酸二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、用烯丙基改性的二(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯、二(甲基)丙烯酸异氰脲酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、用丙酸改性的二季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、用氧化丙酸(propionic acid oxide)改性的三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三(丙烯酰氧基乙基)异氰脲酸酯、用丙酸改性的二季戊四醇五(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯和用己内酯改性的二季戊四醇六(甲基)丙烯酸酯。可单独或结合两种或多种使用上述可光聚合的单体。可光聚合的单体可与可光聚合的预聚物结合使用。
可光聚合的预聚物的实例包括聚酯丙烯酸酯-基预聚物、环氧丙烯酸酯-基预聚物、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯-基预聚物和多元醇丙烯酸酯-基预聚物。可例如通过缩合多官能团的羧酸和多元醇获得具有端羟基的聚酯预聚物,接着用(甲基)丙烯酸酯化所得预聚物内的羟基;或通过将环氧烷加成到多官能团羧酸上获得具有端羟基的聚酯预聚物,接着用(甲基)丙烯酸酯化所得预聚物内的羟基;从而获得聚酯丙烯酸酯-基预聚物。可例如通过与(甲基)丙烯酸反应,酯化具有相对低分子量的双酚型或线型酚醛清漆型环氧树脂内的环氧乙烷环,从而获得环氧丙烯酸酯-基预聚物。可例如通过使聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇与聚异氰酸酯反应,获得聚氨酯预聚物,接着用(甲基)丙烯酸酯化所得预聚物,从而获得聚氨酯丙烯酸酯-基预聚物。可例如通过用(甲基)丙烯酸酯化聚醚多元醇内的羟基,从而获得多元醇丙烯酸酯-基预聚物。可单独或结合两种或多种使用上述可光聚合的预聚物。

对形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层1的涂布方法没有特别限制,只要可实现形成本发明的硬质涂层的目的即可,和可使用常规工艺如棒涂法、刮刀式涂布法、Mayer棒涂法、辊涂法、刮板式涂布法、冲模涂布(die coating)法和照相凹印涂布法,形成涂层。当有机溶剂包含在涂料液内时,在涂敷涂料液之后通过干燥除去溶剂。
作为固化本发明的硬质涂层1内的电离射线固化型树脂用的电离射线,可使用具有能量量子在电磁波和放电粒子束当中的电离射线。电离射线的实例包括紫外光和电子束。优选紫外光。
可由高压汞灯、熔融(fusion)H灯或氙灯获得形成本发明的硬质涂层1所使用的紫外光。辐射所使用的光的用量一般在100-500mJ/cm2范围内。
可由电子加速器获得形成本发明的硬质涂层1的电子束。辐射所使用的电子束的用量一般在150-350kV范围内。当使用电子束时,可在没有添加聚合引发剂的情况下获得固化膜。
至于本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层1的硬度,当铅笔硬度为H或更高时,硬质涂膜可提供充足的抗划伤性。优选硬质涂层具有3H或更高的铅笔硬度,以便更充分地显示出抗划伤性。选择硬质涂层的厚度在2-20微米范围内。当厚度小于2微米时,硬质涂膜的抗划伤性不足。当厚度超过20微米时,有时形成裂纹,和从生产的角度考虑,这一厚度是不利的。优选硬质涂层的厚度范围为2-15微米。
可在本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的表面上形成毛坯形状,以提供防-眩目性能。为了形成毛坯形状,例如在涂敷电离射线固化型树脂组合物之后,将具有毛坯形状的成型膜层压到通过涂敷形成的未固化层上。在通过加热固化处理或用电离射线固化处理使未固化层固化之后,除去成型膜。
视需要,在本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层表面上可形成防反光的层如硅氧烷-基涂膜和氟-基涂膜,以提供防反光的性能。防反光层的厚度范围合适地为约0.05-1微米。通过排列防反光层,可防止因太阳或荧光中的光线反射对显示器上图象的干扰。
从显示图象的质量(可见度)、透光率和透明度的角度考虑,本发明的硬质涂膜的雾度值优选在10%或更小的范围内,和更优选在5%或更小的范围内,和总的透光度范围为80%或更大,更优选为85%或更大,和最优选在85-95%范围内。
本发明的硬质涂膜所使用的基材膜2可合适地选自常规的塑料膜,它们在光学硬质涂膜内用作基材膜。优选与形成本发明的硬质涂膜内的硬质涂层的组分所使用的电离射线固化型树脂组合物显示出优良亲和力的塑料膜。
塑料膜的实例包括聚酯膜,所述聚酯如聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二酯、和聚碳酸酯,聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜、玻璃纸、二乙酸纤维素膜、三乙酸纤维素膜、乙酸丁酸纤维素膜、聚氯乙烯膜、聚偏氯乙烯膜、聚乙烯醇膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物膜、聚苯乙烯膜、聚碳酸酯膜、聚甲基戊烯膜、聚砜膜、聚醚醚酮膜、聚醚砜膜、聚醚酰亚胺膜、氟树脂膜、聚酰胺膜、丙烯酸树脂膜、聚氨酯树脂膜、降冰片烯-基聚合物膜、环状烯烃-基聚合物膜、环状共轭二烯烃-基聚合物膜、和乙烯基脂环烃聚合物膜。
优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜、聚碳酸酯膜和降冰片烯-基聚合物膜。
基材膜的厚度没有特别限制。厚度一般在20-300微米范围内,和优选在50-250微米范围内。当将硬质涂膜用于触摸板时,若厚度小于20微米,则机械强度不足,和用笔输入的变形可能性过大,和耐用性不足。当将硬质涂膜用于触摸板时,若厚度超过300微米,则使膜变形所要求的压力增加。因此在上述范围之外的厚度不是优选的。
视需要,可对聚酯膜2的一个或两个表面用底漆处理或进行表面处理如氧化或形成毛坯表面,以便增加与排列在表面上的层材的粘接。通过氧化进行表面处理的实例包括电晕放电处理、铬酸处理、火焰处理、热空气或在臭氧存在下用紫外光辐射处理。形成毛坯表面的处理的实例包括喷砂处理和溶剂处理。根据基材膜的类型合适地选择表面处理。从效果和可操作性角度考虑,一般优选电晕放电处理。
本发明的硬质涂膜可具有排列在与具有硬质涂层的平面相对的基材平面上的粘合层。对粘合剂没有特别限制,和可使用常规的粘合剂如丙烯酸粘合剂、橡胶-基粘合剂和硅氧烷-基粘合剂。
概述通过本发明获得的优点,硬质涂膜显示出触摸板和光盘表面保护用的优良性能,其中显示出优良的抗划伤性、因固化导致的收缩很少和在高温与高湿度条件下的收缩和卷曲很少,且不形成光学干扰条纹。

参考下述实施例,将更具体地描述本发明。然而,本发明不应当限制于这些实施例。
评价硬质涂膜的性能的方法
1)根据日本工业标准K7105的方法,使用雾度计[由NIPPONDENSHOKU KOGYO Co.,Ltd.;NDH2000制造],测量总的透光率(Tt)和雾度值。
2)根据日本工业标准K5400的方法,使用通过铅笔划伤的硬度测试仪[由TOYO SEIKI SEISAKUSHO Co.,Ltd.制造,型号“NP”],测量铅笔硬度。
3)在泰氏耐磨试验中,在500g的负载和100rpm的旋转速度条件下,使用磨轮CS-10F,测试硬质涂膜的抗磨性,并根据在磨损试验之前和之后,硬质涂膜的雾度值的差别进行评价。根据日本工业标准K7105的方法,使用雾度计[由NIPPON DENSHOKU Co.,Ltd.;NDH2000制造],测量雾度值。当雾度值之差为5或更小时,抗磨性(抗划伤性)可评价为良好。
4)为了评价卷曲值,通过将测试用的硬质涂膜切割成100mm×100mm的正方形,制备圆盘,并将它放置在平的玻璃板上,其方式使得具有硬质涂层的一面向上放置。在硬质涂膜样品的四个角落处测量硬质涂膜与玻璃板表面之间的距离(mm),和所得四个树脂的总和用作卷曲值(mm)。[1]在通过切割硬质涂膜制备样品之后进行测量(起始值),[2]将从硬质涂膜中切割出的样品在80℃的温度环境下放置24小时之后和[3]将从硬质涂膜中切割出的样品在60℃的温度和90%的相对湿度环境下放置24小时之后进行测量。在23℃的温度和50%的相对湿度的环境下进行卷曲值的测量。
当卷曲值小于50mm时评价卷曲为“良好”,和当卷曲值为50mm或过大时,评价为“差”。当卷曲评价为差时,硬质涂膜不可能用于实际的应用。
5)为了评价光学干扰条纹,将硬质涂膜放置在黑板上,其方式使得具有硬质涂层的一面向上放置,和在发射3种波长的荧光下,通过目测评价光学干扰条纹的形成。“良好”表示发现形成微弱的条纹,和“差”表示发现形成强的条纹。
6)使用由ATAGO Co.,Ltd.制造的Abbe折射仪,测量硬质涂层的折射指数。
实施例1
在一起混合用量为100重量份的硬质涂料材料([由JSR Co.,Ltd.制造;商标:DESOLITE Z7527];固体组分的含量为52wt%;在固体组分内的二氧化硅浓度为60wt%;它含有光聚合引发剂)作为组分(A)的化合物,该化合物含有二氧化硅微粒和具有可聚合的不饱和基团且粘接到组分(A)的二氧化硅微粒上的有机化合物,5重量份的丙烯酸二环戊二烷酯(由HITACHI KASEI KOGYO Co.,Ltd.制造,商标:“FANCRYL FA-513A”;固体组分的浓度为100wt%)作为组分(B)的具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和54重量份含具有苯基的多官能团丙烯酸酯和光聚合引发剂的硬质涂料([由KYOEISHA KAGAKUCo.,Ltd.制造;商标:“LIGHT PROCOAT HIC-2000”;固体组分的浓度为96.6wt%)作为组分(C)的化合物,该化合物在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基。向所得混合物中加入乙基溶纤剂作为溶剂,其用量使得固体组分的浓度被调节为40wt%,并制备形成含硬质涂层组分的涂料液。当通过用紫外光辐射固化单独的“LIGHT PROCOAT HIC-2000”时,固化产品的折射指数为1.580。
通过Mayer棒将涂料液涂敷到作为基材的厚度为100微米的聚碳酸酯膜[由TEIJIN Co.,Ltd.制造;“PURE ACE C110-100”]的一面上,其用量使得所得硬质涂层在固化之后的厚度为5微米。在100℃下干燥所形成的涂层1分钟之后,用紫外光(辐射用量:300mJ/cm2)辐射涂层,形成硬质涂层,并制备硬质涂膜。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。
实施例2
根据与实施例1中所进行的步骤相同的步骤制备硬质涂膜,所不同的是使用用量为8重量份的组分(B)的丙烯酸二环戊二烷酯,和将基材膜变为厚度为188微米的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜[由TEIJIN DUPONT Co.,Ltd.制造;“TETORON FILM OF5W”]。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。
实施例3
根据与实施例1中所进行的步骤相同的步骤制备硬质涂膜,所不同的是使用用量为67重量份的含具有苯基的多官能团丙烯酸酯和光聚合引发剂的硬质涂料([由KYOEISHA KAGAKU Co.,Ltd.制造;商标:“LIGHT PROCOAT HIC-2000”])作为组分(C)的化合物,该化合物在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基,和将基材膜变为厚度为188微米的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜[由TEIJINDU PONT Co.,Ltd.制造;“TETORON FILM OF5W”]。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。
对比例1
根据与实施例1中所进行的步骤相同的步骤制备硬质涂膜,所不同的是使用组分(A)和组分(B),但不使用组分(C)作为形成硬质涂层的组分。在光学干扰条纹评价中,所制备的硬质涂层显示出显著不均匀的颜色分布。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。
对比例2
根据与实施例1中所进行的步骤相同的步骤制备硬质涂膜,所不同的是使用组分(B)和组分(C),但不使用组分(A)作为形成硬质涂层的组分。二氧化硅的含量为0。在高温条件下和在高温和高湿度条件下的卷曲值表明该膜不可能用于实际的应用中。在泰氏耐磨试验中,雾度值之差大,和抗划伤性不足。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。
对比例3
用乙基溶纤剂稀释含聚酯-基丙烯酸酯的紫外光固化型硬质涂料材料[由DAINICHI SEIKA KOGYO Co.,Ltd.制造,SEIKA BEAM EXF-01L(NS)](固体组分的浓度为100wt%),其用量使得浓度被调节为40wt%,并制备形成硬质涂层用的涂料液。通过Mayer棒将所制备的涂料液涂敷到厚度为100微米的聚碳酸酯膜[由TEIJIN Co.,Ltd.制造;“PURE ACE C110-100”]的一面上,其用量使得所得硬质涂层在固化之后的厚度为5微米。于燥所得涂层,并用紫外光辐射,和制备硬质涂膜。二氧化硅的含量为0。所制备的硬质涂层显示出强的光学干扰条纹。起始的卷曲值和在高温条件下以及在高温和高湿度条件下的卷曲值均表明该膜不可能用于实际的应用中。表1示出了所制备的硬质涂膜的评价结果。

Claims (10)
1.一种硬质涂膜,它包括用涂料液涂布基材的至少一面而形成的硬质涂层,其中涂料液包括形成硬质涂层的组分,它包括(A)通过将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和(C)在分子内具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物,和通过用电离射线辐照,固化在基材平面上形成的涂料液层,其中硬质涂层包括20-60wt%的二氧化硅,和具有1.53或更大的折射指数。
2.权利要求1的硬质涂膜,其中粘结到化合物(A)内的二氧化硅微粒上、具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物是具有(甲基)丙烯酰基和至少一个选自烷氧基和异氰酸酯基中的基团的化合物。
3.权利要求1的硬质涂膜,其中具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯(B)是丙烯酸二环戊基酯。
4.权利要求1的硬质涂膜,其中化合物(C)内的至少一个芳基是苯基。
5.权利要求1的硬质涂膜,其中基材是聚碳酸酯膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜。
6.权利要求2的硬质涂膜,其中具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯(B)是丙烯酸二环戊基酯。
7.权利要求6的硬质涂膜,其中化合物(C)内的至少一个芳基是苯基。
8.权利要求7的硬质涂膜,其中基材是聚碳酸酯膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯膜。
9.权利要求1的硬质涂膜,其中形成硬质涂层的组分包括100重量份(A)通过将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,5-20重量份(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和45-200重量份(C)具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物。
10.权利要求8的硬质涂膜,其中形成硬质涂层的组分包括100重量份(A)通过将具有可聚合的不饱和基团的有机化合物粘结到二氧化硅微粒上而形成的化合物,5-20重量份(B)具有脂环结构的(甲基)丙烯酸酯,和45-200重量份(C)具有至少两个可聚合的不饱和基团和至少一个芳基的化合物。
