Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及中空高尔夫球杆头，特别涉及木杆型或与其近似形状的高尔夫球杆头(以下简称为球杆头)。
背景技术
作为发球杆和球道杆等的木杆型高尔夫球杆头，广泛采用具有中空的壳体构造的金属制的球杆头。一般地，中空的木杆型高尔夫球杆头具有：用来击球的面部、构成高尔夫球杆头的上面部的冠部、构成高尔夫球杆头的底面部的底部、构成高尔夫球杆头的凸出侧、后侧及跟侧的侧面部的侧部、以及杆颈部。将球杆插入该杆颈部中，然后用粘接剂等固定。再者，最近以来，被称为多用途球杆的高尔夫球杆已经上市，作为该多用途球杆的高尔夫球杆头之一种，具有与上述木杆型高尔夫球杆头类似(即：有面部、底部、侧部、冠部以及杆颈部)的球杆头的各种高尔夫球杆也在市场上出售。
作为构成该中空高尔夫球杆头的金属，采用了铝合金、不锈钢和钛合金，而近年来，特别是钛合金得到了广泛的应用。(例如：日本特开2003-88601号公报)。
一般地，通过增大中空高尔夫球杆头的体积能使球杆头的击球面扩大。当体积增大时，随之而来的是高尔夫球杆头的重量的增加。因此，为了防止其重量的增加，高尔夫球杆头的壳体部分的壁厚正在变薄。
为了降低高尔夫球杆头的重心，一般在底部中安装配重材料。
近年来，体积超过300cc的大型发球杆头已成为主流。在这种大型化的场合中，为了抑制重量的增加往往采取薄壁化的措施，当这样薄壁化时，会出现局部刚性不足的情况。特别是，由于底部是平坦形状，薄壁化后会出现刚性不足，使击球时容易产生大振幅的振动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种底部刚性高的高尔夫球杆头。
本发明技术方案1的高尔夫球杆头，具有中空的壳体构造，至少其面部和底部是金属制，其特征为，在上述底部上设有肋，同时还安装有配重材料，上述肋设置成从上述配重材料的设置位置开始延伸。
本发明技术方案2的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案1的基础上，其特征为，在上述底部上设置的肋在多个方向上延伸。
本发明技术方案3的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案2的基础上，其特征为，在上述底部设有凹陷的凹部，配重材料以螺纹配合方式固定于该凹部中，在由上述配重材料的上端面和上述凹部的最内部所围成的封闭空间中填充有弹性体。
本发明技术方案4的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案2或3的基础上，其特征为，上述肋中的一条设置成在趾部-跟部方向上延伸。
本发明技术方案5的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案2或3的基础上，其特征为，上述肋中的一条设置成在前后方向上延伸。
本发明技术方案6的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案2或3的基础上，其特征为，上述肋设置成在趾部-跟部方向和前后方向之间的方向上延伸。
本发明技术方案7的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案1～3任意一项的基础上，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
本发明技术方案8的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案4的基础上，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
本发明技术方案9的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案5的基础上，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
本发明技术方案10的高尔夫球杆头，在技术方案6的基础上，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
本发明中，由于在上述底部上设有肋，同时还安装有配重材料，上述肋设置成从上述配重材料的设置位置开始延伸，所以该底部的刚性高，抑制了击球时的底部的振动，使其振幅减小，尤其是充分抑制了以配重材料为中心的振动。
在本发明中，最好是，从设置该配重材料的位置开始沿趾部-跟部方向延伸地设置肋，能很好地抑制该振动。
本发明中，在由配重材料以螺纹配合方式固定用的凹部的最内部和配重材料所围成的封闭空间内填充有弹性体，由此能吸收配重材料的振动。
本发明适合于底部面积大、体积超过250cc、例如250cc～600cc的大型高尔夫球杆头。

具体实施方式
以下，参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。第1图为本发明实施方式的高尔夫球杆头的立体图，第2图(a)、(b)是第1图的A-A、B-B剖切线处的剖视立体图，第3图是第2图的III-III剖切线处的剖视图，第4图是高尔夫球杆头的仰视图，第5图是第4图的V-V剖切线处的剖视图，第6图是配重材料的立体图。
该高尔夫球杆头1为具有面部2、底部3、侧部4、冠部5、以及杆颈部6的中空壳体构造的木杆型高尔夫球杆头。
面部2为击球面，设有图中未示出的槽(score line：刻痕线)。底部3构成高尔夫球杆头的底面部，侧部4构成球杆凸出侧和跟侧以及后面侧的侧面部。冠部5构成高尔夫球杆头的上面部。球杆插入并用粘接剂被粘接固定在杆颈部6中。
该高尔夫球杆头1由钛类金属(钛合金或纯钛)制成。
底部的壁厚(不包括肋)为0.8～1.2mm，最好为0.8～1.0mm。
在底部3的前后方向的中央部附近处设置有由钨或钨合金等的大比重材料制成的配重材料7，并且，以在趾部-跟部方向延伸的方式设置有肋10。在底部3的前后方向和向趾部-跟部方向的中央附近处，设置有用来以螺纹配合方式固定配重材料7的近似圆筒形的凹部8。该凹部8为封顶的凹孔形。如图5所示，在该凹部8的入口部分上设有台阶部。在相对于台阶部的内侧的内周面上加工有内螺纹。
如图6所示，配重材料7为具有凸缘部7a和螺杆部7b的螺栓形构件，该螺杆部7b螺纹配合于凹部8的内螺纹构成螺纹连接。在该配重材料7的前端面(上端面)上设有小凹孔7c。
将由橡胶或合成树脂制成的弹性体9填充至凹部8的最内部后，再将配重材料7拧入凹部8中。将配重材料7牢固地拧入直到凸缘部7a与凹部的入口处的台阶部抵接为止。这样，在将配重材料7粘接紧固在底部3的同时，弹性体9紧密附着在凹部8的最内部和配重材料7的前端面之间的封闭空间的整个内表面上。弹性体9还进入配重材料7的小凹孔7c中，并紧密附着在该小凹孔7c的内表上。
在底部3的内表面上，以与该凹部8连接且从该处分别向趾部方向和跟方向分别延伸的方式设置有肋10。该肋10从凸出侧的侧部4t一直延伸至跟侧的侧部4h。该肋10的高度最好为1.2～5.0mm左右、最佳为1.5～2.5mm左右，宽度(与延伸方向相垂直的方向的宽度)最好为1.0～8.0mm左右、最佳为1.5～3.0mm左右。
再者，在该实施方式中，在底部3的后部上且靠近跟侧的一部分上装有其他配重材料11。该配重材料11被以螺纹配合方式紧固在从底部3向内方凸出设置的圆筒形的凸起部12中。
在这样构成的高尔夫球杆头1中，在底部3上设有肋10，该底部3的趾部-跟部方向的刚性高，抑制了击球时的趾部-跟部方向的变形，抑制了底部3的振动，使其振幅减小。特别是，在肋10的延伸方向上配置了配重材料7，充分抑制了以配重材料7为中心的振动。
在该实施方式中，由于在前后方向上未设置肋10，因此，底部3在击球时容易在前后方向上产生变形，这样，能增大击出的球的飞行距离。
在该实施方式中，由于弹性体9与配重材料7紧密固定地填充在凹部8中，因此，底部3的振动能被该弹性体9所吸收。该弹性体9还有防止配重材料7松动的作用。
再有，对于该实施方式的高尔夫球杆头，可按以下方法进行制造，即，使例如面部和冠部中的至少一方与底部分别成形，再用焊接等方法使其结合。
参照第7图就有关其他实施方式予以说明。第7图(a)、(b)、(c)分别为有关各实施方式的高尔夫球杆头的仰视图。
在第7图(a)的高尔夫球杆头1A中，在前后方向上设有肋20。在第7图(b)的高尔夫球杆头1B中，设有前后方向的肋20和趾部-跟部方向的两方向的肋。在第7图(c)的高尔夫球杆头1C中，设有在前后方向和趾部-跟部方向之间(在该实施方式中，以相对前后方向成约40～60°角左右斜向相交的方向)延伸的两方向的肋21、22。该肋20、21、22都与肋10一样从配重材料7开始延伸。肋20从面部2一直延伸至后侧的侧部。肋21、22分别从球杆凸出侧的侧部4t一直延伸至跟侧的侧部4h。肋21以其延长线横贯配重材料11的方式进行设置。
在各高尔夫球杆头1A、1B、1C中，底部3的前后方向的刚度高。因此，可抑制击球时的底部的振幅，同时，底部3的前后方向的变形较小。这样，由于底部3的变形较小，因此，冠部5的变形增大，使球的击出角增大，从而可使球飞得更高。
在上述实施方式中，高尔夫球杆头的整体可由金属制成，而其一部分(例如：冠部、或冠部和侧部)则可由FRP制成。
在本发明中，在球杆凸出侧、跟侧和后面侧的壳体部分设有厚壁部，而扩大面部的击球区。

Claims (10)

1.一种高尔夫球杆头，具有中空的壳体构造，至少其面部和底部是金属制，其特征为，在上述底部上设有肋，同时还安装有配重材料，
上述肋设置成从上述配重材料的设置位置开始延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，在上述底部上设置的肋在多个方向上延伸。
3.如权利要求2所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，
在上述底部设有凹陷的凹部，配重材料以螺纹配合方式固定于该凹部中，
在由上述配重材料的上端面和上述凹部的最内部所围成的封闭空间中填充有弹性体。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，上述肋中的一条设置成在趾部-跟部方向上延伸。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，上述肋中的一条设置成在前后方向上延伸。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为上述肋设置成在趾部-跟部方向和前后方向之间的方向上延伸。
7.如权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
8.如权利要求4所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
9.如权利要求5所述的高尔夫球杆头，其特征为，上述高尔夫球杆头的体积为250～600cc。
