Abstract
本发明涉及从在机械负荷作用下撕碎或粉碎的材料中,特别是从纸中分离出诸如塑料和橡胶之类的粘弹簧性材料的一种方法以及实施该方法的一种装置。该方法的特征在于,待分离的材料的混合物经受径向、轴向和切向的大的加速力的作用,其中,已粉碎的纤维材料的物料流和基本上未被粉碎的塑料的物料流分开放出,实施该方法的装置由一个具有圆筒形或最好多边形的筛篮(1)组成,该筛篮的圆周上设置有许多孔(2),以便通过已粉碎的材料,在该筛篮的内部同轴地设置一根可旋转的传动轴(3),与该传动轴最好刚性连接的叶片(4)固定在该转动轴上。
Description
本发明涉及在常温下的粘弹性材料例如塑料和橡胶从别的在大的机械负荷作用下粉碎的材料如纸、厚纸、卡纸或其他含纤维素的材料中分离出来的一种方法和装置。
特别是在废料处理和回收废料中所含的材料时,塑料和纸的分离是一个相当大的问题。这种既含有塑料又含有纸或含有别的纤维素材料的混合废料大量存在。例如从二元系统收集的预选过的塑料包装,特别是所谓的混合成分含有并非少量的纸成分,这种纸成分由纸标签、在分类时的错误分类和纸-塑料复合材料组成。
迄今为止,塑料、橡胶和含纤维素的材料如纸、厚纸和卡纸的分离都是用湿分离法通过纤维矩阵的最大限度的分解,然后在至少两种物料流中,即含水量高的含纤维素的淤浆中和不溶于水的塑料中进行。这种方法需要相当高的能耗和机械费用。这里纸的分解例如在一个湿式磨碎机中进行,并在磨碎过程中加入比塑料和纸的重量多几倍的水。这里特别是要加速的水的质量需要很多的能量。为了从装入的材料中分离纸纤维和产生的淤浆、或从塑料中分离污物或其他材料要用所谓摩擦分离器。在任何情况中紧挨着都须对多纤维的物料流例如用振动筛或土筛进行脱水。此外,通常用滤压机例如室式滤压机降低含水量,其中仍有大于50%的高含水量留在废料中。如果不利用纸纤维多的材料,这是废料处理的一般情况,则由于高的含水量导致高的存放费用,或在废物的热的利用情况中,花费相当大的干燥费用。还有塑料,特别是当它为多薄膜时,例如由通常出现的聚乙烯薄膜与纸复合时必须脱水,这时首先用机械干燥。为此,用改进的离心机。必要时还需要热的(二次)干燥。这样,总的说来,就会造成相当高的分离费用,并由于高的能耗在经济上是不利的。
为此进行了大量试验。例如这里提到的有:《在利用塑料时,塑料回收和处理技术中水的作用》一书,路易斯·杰登著,德国工程师协会出版社,杜塞多夫,1993年和工艺论文:《塑料的再利用》,二分册,塑料回收开发公司编,维斯巴登,1992年。
纸和塑料的现有干式分离方法是利用静电充电进行的。这里要提到例如在德国专利DE32 27 874和DE 42 25 977中说明的自落式分离器的分离。这种方法有严重的缺点。这里加入材料必须满足几何尺寸上的一定先决条件,并对加入材料的干燥度也提出高的要求。所以,处理费用是相当高的。此外,用这种方法不能分离力连接的和外形连接的复合材料。
所以本发明的目的是,提出一种经济上有利的、工艺上简单的方法来把诸如塑料和橡胶之类的粘弹性材料从在高的机械负荷作用下粉碎的材料如纸、厚纸和卡纸中分离出来。作为塑料的例子,这里提到的是:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PD)、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、季戊四醇(PET)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)。
令人惊奇地发现,在工艺上用简单的方式基本上在干状态下通过用高的加速力和冲击力作用到塑料和含纤维材料的混合物上就可能把塑料和橡胶之类的粘弹性材料从含纤维的材料例如纸中分离出来。其中含纤维材料在力作用下被撕碎或粉碎并通过筛篮的适当的孔口流出,而未被粉碎的塑料则停留在外壳内部,并在轴向方向排出。用加速力和冲击力或用离心机来干式分离纸和塑料看起来是令人惊异的,因为迄今为止总是用离心机来分离固-液相或液-液相。
所以,本发明的技术内容是一种从在机械负荷作用下被撕碎或粉碎的材料中特别是纸中、但也可是别的纤维材料中分离粘弹性材料如塑料和橡胶的方法,其特征是,待分离的材料的混合物最好在粗碎后在径向、轴向和切向内经受高的加速力的作用。
待分离的材料最好粗碎到≤50毫米的粒度。
此外,本发明的内容是,提出实施该方法的一种装置,该装置由一个封闭的筛篮1组成,该筛篮为圆筒形或最好为多边形,并具有许多孔或孔口2,其中在筛篮1的内部同轴地设置一根旋转的传动轴3,与该旋转轴最好刚性连接的叶片4固定在该传动轴上。该传动轴例如通过一个法兰5和一个带电动机的皮带传动(图中未示出)来驱动。叶片直径是按这样的比例设计的,即在叶片端和外壳之间留有一个间隙。待分离的材料的粒度可根据几何形状变化。
为了加入的待分离材料的混合物在外壳中较好地分布,加料侧前部叶片的直径比后部叶片的小。
外壳和位于内部的带叶片的旋转轴设置在一个箱体6中,该箱体具有待分离的材料混合物的一个加料口7和在另一端上停留在滚筒内部的并通过旋转的叶片输送的塑料的一个排出孔8。此外,该箱体6具有一个已分离的纸的排出孔9。为了更好地分离纸,可设置一个(图中未示出的)旋转刮刀。
外壳、同样传动轴和叶片最好都用高强度和耐腐蚀的材料例如不锈钢制成。
在筛篮1周边上的孔2或孔口最好具有尖锐的边缘(图中未示出!),这种尖锐边缘有助于通过外壳的孔朝筛篮1离心旋转的已被粉碎的纸的更好的撕碎,其中筛篮1支承在箱体6的外壁上。
为了保证在轴向内质点的前进运动在装置中有足够的停留时间,叶片最好安装成5至7度的迎角,以适合例如来自二元系统的塑料混合成分。
位于内部的轴和叶片一起以每分钟1000~2000转最好1200~1800转的速度旋转,其中转速根据加入的材料混合物调节。停留时间为10秒至2分钟。
如果在加入分离装置之前把纸润湿到其含水量相当于纸和塑料总重量的3%~20%,业已证明是适宜的,这可达到提高分离效果的目的。本发明的方法仍是一种干式分离法,因为在已知的湿式分离法中含水量总是大于50%,最好大于70%。
出料孔根据加入物料的粒度和要求的分离度而可在2和7毫米之间变化。
筛篮1的优选形状为可具有等边或不等边面积的多边形。业已证明,如果筛篮由多边形的面积组成时,分离效果比圆筒形筛篮好得多。
下面以附图为例来说明该方法和装置的功能。其中:
图1表示实施本发明方法的一种装置的纵截面;
图2表示沿图1剖面线从AA′的横截面图。
塑料和纸的混合物通过加料孔7加入并通过直径比后面的叶片4的直径小的前面的叶片分布在筛篮内部。通过一个图中未示出的传动装置使轴3和叶片4旋转对质点产生一个加速度和冲击,通过冲击最终使已被粉碎的纸聚集到筛篮1的边缘并经孔2流出。同时塑料在轴向内继续流动,并经出口8流出。在由箱体6和筛篮1构成的空间中聚集的纸借助于气动抽吸装置(图中未示出)经出孔9吸出。
本发明装置例如具有如下的尺寸:长度:1500毫米,叶轮直径:950毫米(可改变),叶轮端和外壳壁之间的间隙宽度根据外壳形状:最大25毫米,叶轮数:4×11,该装置的功率消耗:50~80千瓦,筛篮的出孔:5毫米,通过量:1吨/时。
举例:
混合废料由90.4%的包装薄膜和9.6%的涂料纸组成,并借助于一个带一筛篮的磨碎机磨碎。该筛篮的直径为50毫米。纸均匀分布在塑料中,而且混合物是干的。在该混合物第一次通过装置后达到如下的分离结果:

Claims (10)
1.从在机械负荷作用下粉碎或撕碎的材料中、特别是纸中分离出粘弹性材料如塑料和橡胶的方法,其特征在于,用径向、轴向和切向的高的加速力作用到待分离的材料的混合物上,并分开排出已粉碎的纤维材料的物料流和基本上未粉碎的塑料的物料流。
2.按权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,待分离的混合物在分离之前润湿到含水量为3%至20%。
3.按权利要求1至2的方法,其特征在于,待分离的混合物粗碎成≤50毫米的粒度。
4.按权利要求1至3任一项的方法,其特征在于,待粉碎的材料、特别是纸通过加速力粉碎,并经外壳圆周面上的孔向外流出,而基本上未被粉碎的塑料则停留在外壳内,并在外壳的端部作为已分离的物料流排出。
5.实施如权利要求1至4所述方法的装置,由一个筛篮(1)组成,该筛篮具有圆筒形或最好为多边形,并在圆周上具有已被粉碎的材料的通过孔(2),其中,在筛篮的内部同轴地设置一根可旋转的传动轴(3),与该传动轴最好刚性连接的叶片(4)固定在该转动轴上。
6.按权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,叶片(4)最好以5~7度的迎角固定在传动轴上。
7.按权利要求5至6的装置,其特征在于,加料侧的叶片(4)的直径比后面的叶片的直径小。
