Claims (1)
- パルプ繊維を主体とした紙分からなるシートにプラスチックフィルムがラミネートされた紙製液体容器から分離されて、紙分が残存しているプラスチックフィルムを予め破砕し、
破砕した前記プラスチックフィルムに水を散布して、該水分を70重量%以上とした被処理プラスチックフィルムを、水平方向を中心軸とした円筒の分離容器と、前記分離容器内で水平方向の軸を中心として回転する回転軸と、前記回転軸の軸方向と周方向とのそれぞれに適宜な間隔で該回転軸に植設させた複数枚のプレートと、前記プレートの先端が臨む位置に前記分離容器の中心軸を中心とした円筒の多孔板からなるスクリーンと、前記スクリーンの外周面を走行して、外周面を擦過するスクレーパーとを備えた紙分−プラスチック分離装置に供給して、
前記分離容器内に供給された前記被処理プラスチックフィルムが、前記回転軸の回転による前記プレートの旋回によって攪拌されながら、該被処理ブラスチックから紙分を離脱させ、
分離された前記紙分を、前記スクリーンの透孔を通過させ、該スクリーンの外周面に付着した紙分を前記スクレーパーで掻き落として回収すると共に、紙分が分離されて前記スクリーンの内側に残留した被処理プラスチックフィルムを回収することを特徴とする紙製液体容器のプラスチックフィルムの分離方法。
