Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. プラスチック類及びゴムのような粘り強くちぎれにくい弾性を有する材料 を機械的応力の下で引き裂かれ即ち繊維となる材料、特に紙、から分離する方法 であって、分離されるべき材料が半径方向、軸方向及び接線方向の高度の加速力 に供されて、細断された繊維質の物質流と本質的に細断されないプラスチック類 の物質流とが分離されて取り出されることを特徴とする方法。 2. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、分離されるべき材料を分離の前に3〜2 0%の湿度まで湿らせることを特徴とする方法。 3. 請求項1〜2に記載の方法であって、分離されるべき前記の混合物が大雑 把に細断されて50mm以下の粒子サイズとされることを特徴とする方法。 4. 請求項1〜3に記載の方法であって、前記の繊維質材料、特に紙、が高度 の加速力によって繊維化され、ケーシングのジャケットの表面にある穿孔を通っ て排出され、その一方で、本質的に細断されないプラスチック類はケーシング内 に残留し、該ケーシングの端部において別の流れとして取り出されることを特徴 とする方法。 5. 請求項1〜4に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、円筒状あるい は好ましくは多角形状であってジャケット内に繊維質の材料を通過させるための 穿孔(2)を有する篩バスケット(1)と、前記の篩バスケットの内部に同軸的 に配置され、ブレード(4)が堅く結合されている回転駆動シャフトとからなる ことを特徴とする装置。 6. 請求項5に記載の装置であって、前記のブレード(4)が前記の駆動シャ フトに好ましくは5〜7度の傾斜角で結合していることを特徴とする装置。 7. 請求項5〜6に記載の装置であって、仕込み側におけるブレード(4)が 後続のブレードよりも直径が小さいことを特徴とする装置。 8. 請求項5〜7に記載の装置であって、前記の穿孔(2)が繊維化されるべ き材料をより良く繊維化するための鋭いエッジを有することを特徴とする装置。 9. 請求項5〜8に記載の装置であって、前記ブレードの端とケーシングの壁 との間にギャップが生じるように前記のブレード(4)が駆動シャフト上に配列 されていることを特徴とする装置。 10. 請求項5〜9に記載の装置であって、内部の回転シャフト(3)及びブ レード(4)を有する前記のケーシング(1)が、ボックス(6)内に配置され 、該ボックスは分離されるべき混合物を仕込む側に仕込み入り口(7)を有し、 他方の端に該ドラム内に残留し前記回転ブレードによって運ばれるプラスチック のための出口(8)を有することを特徴とする装置。
