Claims (27)
- 汚染物質からポリエステルを分離する方法であって、
ポリエステル材料と汚染物質材料とを含む乾燥混合物を、軸を設定する洗浄チャンバーに供給する工程、

- 前記汚染物質は、ポリエステルに物理的に付いている材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質は、ポリエステルに埋め込まれている材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、さらに材料が付いているポリエステルから物理的に付いている材料を分離することを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記汚染物質は壊れやすい材料を含み、前記方法は洗浄チャンバー内で壊れやすい汚染物質を分解することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は連続プロセスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合物を分離する方法であって、
ポリエステルとガラスとを含む乾燥混合物を、軸を設定する洗浄チャンバーに供給する工程、
洗浄チャンバーの軸の周りに混合物をスピンさせる工程、
混合物が洗浄チャンバーの軸の周りにスピンする間、少なくとも一部の壁が網を含む洗浄チャンバーの壁に、ガラスを接触させる工程、及び
前記ガラスの少なくとも一部を前記網の開口部に通過させる工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 混合物が軸の周りをスピンする間、前記洗浄チャンバーは、回転する軸に沿った心棒を備え、前記心棒は少なくとも約2000rpmの速さで回転することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記洗浄チャンバーは、心棒から出る多数の羽根をさらに備え、混合物がスピンする間、前記羽根は約20m/秒より早い先端速度で回転することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物内のガラスの一部は、ポリエステル内に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、ポリエステルから埋め込まれたガラスを離すことをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、洗浄チャンバー内で前記ガラスを分解することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物中のガラスの約97%以上が金網を通過することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記混合物中のガラスの約98%以上が金網を通過することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 洗浄容器であって、
壁に囲まれ、中央軸を設定する洗浄チャンバーであって、前記洗浄チャンバーの壁の少なくとも一部は硬化されたメッシュ状材料を含み、前記メッシュ状材料は316グレードのステンレス鋼の硬度とほぼ同等か又はそれより大きい硬度を有する洗浄チャンバーと、
前記中央軸に沿った心棒と、
前記心棒から出る多数の羽根と、
ポリエステル材料と汚染物質材料を含む乾燥混合物を洗浄チャンバーに運ぶための入口と、
を備えることを特徴とする洗浄容器。 - 前記壁の一部は中空でない材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記中空でない壁材料は前記入口近傍の洗浄チャンバーを囲むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記中空でない壁の部分は、硬化鋼で形成されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記羽根は、400グレードのステンレス鋼の硬度とほぼ同等か又はそれより大きい硬度を有する硬化された材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記羽根は中央軸の周りを回転することができ、回転する羽根により洗浄チャンバーを通過する気流が促進されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記洗浄容器から乾燥汚染物質を取り出すために、洗浄チャンバーの外側に第一の放出口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の洗浄容器。
- 前記洗浄容器から不純物のないポリエステル材料を取り出すために、洗浄チャンバーの壁に第二の放出口をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の洗浄容器。
