Abstract
本发明涉及薄壁管的管子锯切和倒角设备。为了切开管子和在切开部位倒角,提供了一种具有切割刀和倒角刀(15、16)的工具机(2)和夹紧装置(1)。切割刀和倒角刀(15、16)绕夹紧在夹紧装置(1)夹钳(7、8)内的管子(10)移位。为了补偿和避免管子(10)的圆形圆周的偏差,管子(10)在夹紧时被圆形压紧。刀具,亦即锯片(15)和铣刀(16),紧密并列地装在一根公共的轴(17)上。锯片(15)的齿(20)一侧加厚并覆盖住铣刀(16)的最外缘(19),此最外缘(19)在倒角过程中不参加工作。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于管子尤其薄壁管的锯切和倒角的设备。
由DE PS 1171241已知一种管子锯切设备,它有一个带驱动部件的工具机和一个配属于此工具机的夹紧装置。工具机有一把切割力和一把倒角刀,它们装在一根公共的轴上,并设计成可与驱动部件一起绕要加工的管子移动。
此锯切设备不适合于锯切和倒角薄壁管,尤其是在被切下的部分必须与另一些管子焊接的情况下,因为不能在管端加工出准确和均匀的倒角。也就是说,大直径的薄壁管在工具机的夹紧装置中必不可免地产生变形,所以在切割过程前或切割过程中在管的圆周上产生与理想圆形截面的偏差,于是不可能在管端加工出准确和均匀的倒角,然而这正是事后进行焊接的前提条件。因此人们必须将此切下的管端在单独的一道工序中加以矫正,然后在另一道工序中可以加工倒角或多个倒角。
已知设备的另一个缺点在于,在加工倒角时铣刀的最前缘非常容易磨损,在这种情况下产生小的和最小的切屑,它们进入切割刀和倒角刀之间并力图将这两个刀具彼此撑开,其结果是往往会导致刀具的破坏。
本发明的目的是,提供一种管子锯切和倒角设备,它不再有上面提及的那些缺点,并能在一道工序内实施切割和倒角过程,在这种情况下获得具有准确制成的倒角的规整的切开部位,对此不再需要作任何进一步的加工。
此目的借助于所建议的管子锯切和倒角设备达到,此设备至少具有在权利要求1中所阐明的特征。
由从属权利要求可知其它有利的设计。
借助于本发明的管子锯切和倒角设备可以在一道工序中圆形地压紧薄壁管、将其切断和准确地倒角,其中,倒角设备受到保护,因为在倒角过程中铣刀的最前缘可以不参加工作。
下面借助于附图详细说明本发明的最佳实施例。

图1中表示的特别适用于加工薄壁管的管子锯切和倒角设备,主要由一个示意表示的刀具机2和一个夹紧装置1组成,夹紧装置装在工具机2的前面并用于装夹要加工的管子,如后面详细说明的那样。
工具机2设有一驱动部件30,它固定在一个偏心环33上(图3)。偏心环可旋转地装在导环31的内表面上,导环装在一个环形的导壳32内。导环31有一个可调整的止挡34,偏心环33有一个驱动销35。用36表示具有直线分度的指示刻度盘,用37表示可调止挡的标记。
驱动部件30设有一根驱动轴17,它垂直于导壳32的平面延伸并装有加工刀具。加工刀具由一把切割刀15和一把倒角刀16组成。这两把刀具15和16都设计为片状并紧密地并列设置,这一点尤其可从图4和5看出。切割刀15是具有锯齿20的锯片,而倒角刀16设计为铣刀。齿20在倒角刀16所在侧加厚,所以它们覆盖倒角刀16的最外缘19。因此,此棱缘在倒角过程中不参加工作。
此实际方案设计成这样,即,切割刀15在倒角刀16所在侧有一个凹槽18,此凹槽的直径D1大于倒角刀16的最大直径D2。因此,此倒角刀16被容纳在凹槽18中,所以倒角刀16特别容易磨损的最外缘19被切割刀的齿20所覆盖。
装在所说明的工具机1前面的夹紧装置2用于安装并固定管子10,它有一个虎钳3,支架5和6借助于螺杆4可以在此虎钳内彼此相对移动。支架5和6各设有一个夹钳7和8,它们借助于螺钉11与支架5或6连接。夹钳7和8设计有半圆形的内圆周面9,它们组合构成一个圆柱面并与被夹紧的管子10一致。
松开螺钉11可以更换夹钳7和8,在这种情况下总是使用成对的夹钳,它们的内圆周面与要加工的管子10外表面的标定尺寸一致。当夹紧在薄壁管中经常是横截面已变形的管子时,则管子通过相应于标定尺寸的夹紧准确地成为圆形。圆形压紧的管子然后在后续的工序中被切开和倒角。因此存在有多种直径不同的夹钳对,它们可根据要加工管子的尺寸选用。
为了固定夹钳还可以有其它的方案,它们可例如包含有一个具有肘杆机构的快速夹紧装置。作为夹钳7和8的材料最好采用一种未淬火的材料如GGG40。夹钳内圆周表面经机械加工,并设计为相对于标定尺寸只有很小的公差。
要加工的管子10夹紧在夹紧装置1中,所以管子伸入工具机的导壳32内,切开部位位于加工刀具15和16的区域内。驱动部件30与刀具15、16一起借助于偏心环33绕管子10的轴线21移位,此时切入的位置通过可调整的止挡34确定,亦即驱动部件30的驱动销35靠在调整好的止挡24上。指示刻度盘36的直线分度和标记37,例如形式上为一个游标尺,可以非常准确地调整加工刀具使之与要加工的管子直径相对应,因此在这种情况下,在薄壁管倒角过程中给定的很小的公差可以特别轻松地保持,因为被夹紧管子的圆周与圆形横断面完全一致。
为了切开管子10,驱动部件30在导环31内绕管10导引,所以切割刀15的锯齿20逐渐切入。随着一起旋转的倒角刀16以刀刃22切削在切开部位上并制成倒角,这样,最外缘19始终受锯齿20的保护并且不参加切削工作。
按图4采用了一把倒角铣刀16,它的刀刃22相对于管子纵轴线21起先有一较小的并接着有一个较大的斜度。相应的刀刃用24和23表示。采用这种铣刀可以在管端加工出两个不同的倒角。在铣刀的这种几何结构中,刀刃23相对于管的纵轴线21有一个角度约为45°,而紧接着的刀刃24则有一个角度约为25°-30°。
最后,由图5可见,倒角刀16的铣刀有一个比切割刀15的锯片略小的直径。按照此实施例,此半径小一个锯片的切入深度的量,这一切入深度在这里约为管壁厚度29的1.5倍。
在所说明的方式中也可以在同一道工序中加工出两个或多个不同的倒角。这例如在安装饮水给水管时可能需要的,因为优质钢薄壁管的连接要求装上一个带橡胶密封环的压配件。在这种情况下应在管端加工两个不同的倒角,而且是一个较陡的倒角用于安装压配件并使之定心,紧接着的是一个较平缓的进口倒角。图4中表示的铣刀有刀刃22,它有两个斜度不同的部分23和24,此铣刀特别适用于上述目的。在一道工序中较陡的倒角可借助于刀刃23制成,平缓的进口倒角则用刀刃24制成。
Claims (4)
1.管子,尤其是薄壁管锯切和倒角设备,有一个具有驱动部件(30)的工具机(2)和一个配属于此工具机的带夹钳(7、8)的夹紧装置(1),该工具机有一把切割刀(15)和一把倒角刀(16),它们并列地装在一根公共的轴(17)上并构成加工刀具,此加工刀具与驱动部件(30)一起可绕要加工的并夹紧在夹紧装置(1)中的管子(10)移位,其特征为:为了补偿和避免要加工管子(10)的圆形圆周的偏差,夹紧装置(1)配备有多个直径不同的可根据要加工管子(10)的尺寸选用的横截面为半圆形圆周面(9)的夹钳(7、8),它们在夹紧时构成与要加工的管子相应的形状;设计为锯片的切割刀(15)的齿(20)在倒角刀(16)所在侧相对于锯片的厚度一侧加厚到这样的程度,即,此加厚的齿(20)覆盖住侧面贴靠在锯片(15)上的设计为片状的倒角刀(16)的最外缘(19),所以在倒角过程中,倒角刀(16)的最外缘(19)不参加工作。
2.按照权利要求1所述的管子锯切和倒角设备,其特征为:切割刀(15)在倒角刀(16)的所在侧有一凹槽(18),它的直径大于倒角刀(16)的外径,在此凹槽(18)内可容纳倒角刀(16),所以倒角刀(16)的最外缘(19)被切割刀(15)的齿(20)覆盖。
3.按照权利要求1和2所述的管子锯切和倒角设备,其特征为:夹钳(7、8)可有选择地装在夹紧装置(1)可相对移动的支架(5、6)中。
4.具有切割刀和倒角刀的装置,其特征是:为了切割和倒角这样设置锯片装置,即,设计为锯片的切割刀(15)贴靠在设计为锯片的倒角刀(16)的一侧上,其中,设计为锯片的切割刀(15)的齿(20)相对于锯片厚度一侧加厚成,使加厚后的齿(20)覆盖住侧面贴靠在锯片(15)上的设计为片状的倒角刀(16)的最外缘(19),所以在倒角过程中倒角刀(16)的最外缘(19)不参加工作。
