Abstract

一种用于锂离子电池的各向异性的集电极及其制造方法与应用,所述的集电极是由添加球形金属颗粒的树脂材料制成。所述集电极在X‑Y方向导电粒子未形成充分导电网络,但是在Z方向形成了较好的导电网络,在发生短路时,集电极在X‑Y方向上不容易激活多数的活性物质从而不易发生热失控,但是在Z方向上又可以充分的导电,使得电池可以正常的充放电,从而提高了电池安全性。
