本发明属于瓷器制备领域,具体涉及一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺。
背景技术
青釉是中国瓷器著名传统颜色釉,古代南方青釉,是瓷器最早的颜色釉。所谓“青釉”,颜色并不是纯粹的青,有月白、天青、粉青、梅子青、豆青、豆绿、翠青等,但多少总能泛出一点青绿色。同时,古人往往将青、绿、蓝三种颜色,一统称为“青色”。单色釉以其古朴、素雅、历来为文人墨客所钟爱。而其中粉青釉更以其如冰似玉、青绿光润、细腻华美给人以观赏不尽的蕴蓄。
传统青瓷的制作主要是通过还原气氛烧成的控制来实现。在烧成过程中,釉层中的三价Fe根据还原气氛的强弱还原成二价Fe,因二价和三价的铁离子含量的不同而呈现出不同的颜色色调,有粉青、影青、雨后天晴、冬青、梅子青等不同程度的色调。在整个烧成过程中还原阶段的气氛较难控制,易导致产品釉色出现不同程度的偏差,烟熏,色差等问题,成品率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,所述工艺瓷包括坯体和釉料;
所述坯体包括以下重量份的原料:长石23-30份、德化高岭土25-30份、德化石英30-35份、白云石15-18份、海泡石5-10份、硅藻土8-12份、锂辉石10-16份、硅酸锆1-3份、氧化钛0.5-1份、氧化锡0.3-0.5份;
所述釉料包括以下重量份的原料:钙长石15-18份、水镁石15-20份、透辉石10-12份、德化石英20-30份、熔块8-10份、氧化锰1-3份、氧化铁3-5份、氧化钛1-2份、氧化镍1-2份;
所述熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:58.3-65.8%、Al2O3:12.7-16.2%、MgO:7.8-9.2%、K2O:4.1-4.7%、Fe2O3:5.2-5.8%、ZnO:2.2-4.1%、Li2O:1.6-2.3%;
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体和釉料原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和釉浆;
步骤二,将制得的坯浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将坯浆制成陶瓷坯体,并送入窑炉中,在780-820℃素烧下素烧6-7h;
步骤四,在陶瓷素坯表面施釉浆,待陶瓷素坯表面的釉浆干燥后,将陶瓷素坯送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至290-310℃,保温烧制1-2h;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至850-880℃,保温烧制3.5-4.5小时;
还原阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1050-1100℃,保温烧制2-3h;
高温烧成阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1210-1230℃,保温烧制1.5-2小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至10小时以上。
进一步的,所述步骤四的还原阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为4.3-5.1%,氧气的含量为1.5-1.8%。
进一步的,所述步骤四的高温烧成阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为8.2-9.4%,氧气的含量为0.2-0.3%。
进一步的,所述步骤一中釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨32-36小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.5-2:1.8-2。
进一步的,所述步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨22-24小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:1-1.5。

本发明进一步限定了坯体的原料组成及熔块的化学组成,使坯体的热膨胀系数在2.5*10-6-2.8*10-6之间,釉料的热膨胀系数在1.2*10-6-1.4*10-6之间,即坯体热膨胀系数大于釉料热膨胀系数,有效保证了釉料在陶瓷素坯表面结合良好,保证制得的工艺瓷釉面不开裂,保证工艺瓷釉面的美观;
坯体中包括有海泡石与锂辉石,与其他坯体组分配合,可以提高坯体的强度,保证工艺瓷的强度,且海泡石可增强工艺瓷的热稳定性。

步骤一,按坯体和釉料原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和釉浆;
步骤二,将制得的坯浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将坯浆制成陶瓷坯体,并送入窑炉中,在780-820℃素烧下素烧6-7h;
步骤四,在陶瓷素坯表面施釉浆,待陶瓷素坯表面的釉浆干燥后,将陶瓷素坯送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至290-310℃,保温烧制1-2h;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至850-880℃,保温烧制3.5-4.5小时;
还原阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1050-1100℃,保温烧制2-3h;
高温烧成阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1210-1230℃,保温烧制1.5-2小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至10小时以上。
具体的,步骤一中釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨32-36小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.5-2:1.8-2。
步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨22-24小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:1-1.5。
步骤二中,磁选机的强度为18000-20000GS。
步骤四的还原阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为4.3-5.1%,氧气的含量为1.5-1.8%。
步骤四的高温烧成阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为8.2-9.4%,氧气的含量为0.2-0.3%。
釉料的厚度为0.4-0.5mm。
釉浆的施釉方式为浸釉或淋釉。
实施例1
一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷,包括坯体和釉料。
坯体包括以下重量份的原料:长石23份、德化高岭土30份、德化石英35份、白云石15份、海泡石10份、硅藻土8份、锂辉石16份、硅酸锆1份、氧化钛1份、氧化锡0.3份。
釉料包括以下重量份的原料:钙长石15份、水镁石20份、透辉石10份、德化石英30份、熔块8份、氧化锰3份、氧化铁3份、氧化钛1份、氧化镍2份。
熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:58.3%、Al2O3:16.2%、MgO:9.2%、K2O:4.1%、Fe2O3:5.8%、ZnO:4.1%、Li2O:2.3%。
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体和釉料原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和釉浆;
步骤二,将制得的坯浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将坯浆制成陶瓷坯体,并送入窑炉中,在780℃素烧下素烧7h;
步骤四,在陶瓷素坯表面施釉浆,待陶瓷素坯表面的釉浆干燥后,将陶瓷素坯送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至290℃,保温烧制2h;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至880℃,保温烧制3.5小时;

步骤四的高温烧成阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为9.4%,氧气的含量为0.3%。
釉料的厚度为0.5mm。
釉浆的施釉方式为浸釉。
实施例3
一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷,包括坯体和釉料。
坯体包括以下重量份的原料:长石27份、德化高岭土28份、德化石英32份、白云石16份、海泡石8份、硅藻土10份、锂辉石13份、硅酸锆2份、氧化钛0.8份、氧化锡0.4份。
釉料包括以下重量份的原料:钙长石16份、水镁石18份、透辉石11份、德化石英25份、熔块9份、氧化锰2份、氧化铁4份、氧化钛1.5份、氧化镍1.5份。
熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:62.7%、Al2O3:14.1%、MgO:8.3%、K2O:4.4%、Fe2O3:5.5%、ZnO:3.3%、Li2O:1.7%。
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:
步骤一,按坯体和釉料原料配方称重配料,原料分别粉碎、混合、湿法球磨,制得坯浆和釉浆;
步骤二,将制得的坯浆经过磁选机多次除铁,至坯浆的含铁量低于0.05%;
步骤三,将坯浆制成陶瓷坯体,并送入窑炉中,在800℃素烧下素烧6.5h;
步骤四,在陶瓷素坯表面施釉浆,待陶瓷素坯表面的釉浆干燥后,将陶瓷素坯送入窑炉中烧制成型,烧成具体控制如下:
低温阶段:窑炉内由常温升至300℃,保温烧制1.5h;
分解氧化阶段:窑炉内升温至865℃,烧窑时间4小时;
还原阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1075℃,保温烧制2.5h;
高温烧成阶段:窑炉内继续升温至1220℃,保温烧制1.8小时;
自然冷却阶段:窑炉内冷却至室温,冷却时间延长至10小时以上。
具体的,步骤一中釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨34小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.6:1.9。
步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨23小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.4:1.3。
步骤二中,磁选机的强度为19000GS。
步骤四的还原阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为4.7%,氧气的含量为1.64%。
步骤四的高温烧成阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为8.7%,氧气的含量为0.26%。
釉料的厚度为0.45mm。
釉浆的施釉方式为淋釉。
上述三个实施例与现有的日用工艺瓷经试验获得如下的性能参数:

通过上表可知,本发明利用海泡石与锂辉石与坯体其他组分配合,提高了坯体的强度,保证工艺瓷的质地坚硬,抗折强度高,化学稳定性好,且海泡石可增强工艺瓷的热稳定性。
本发明通过改进釉料基础配方,使烧制成的瓷器釉色青绿淡雅,釉面光泽柔和,达到类玉的效果,釉料中的水镁石与氧化锰、氧化铁、氧化镍配合,在特定的工艺下烧制而成,保证烧制成的瓷器呈釉色青绿淡雅的粉青;且进一步限定了坯体的原料组成及熔块的化学组成,使坯体的热膨胀系数在2.5*10-6-2.8*10-6之间,釉料的热膨胀系数在1.2*10-6-1.4*10-6之间,即坯体热膨胀系数大于釉料热膨胀系数,有效保证了釉料在陶瓷素坯表面结合良好,保证制得的工艺瓷釉面不开裂,保证工艺瓷釉面的美观。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺瓷包括坯体和釉料;
所述坯体包括以下重量份的原料:长石23-30份、德化高岭土25-30份、德化石英30-35份、白云石15-18份、海泡石5-10份、硅藻土8-12份、锂辉石10-16份、硅酸锆1-3份、氧化钛0.5-1份、氧化锡0.3-0.5份;
所述釉料包括以下重量份的原料:钙长石15-18份、水镁石15-20份、透辉石10-12份、德化石英20-30份、熔块8-10份、氧化锰1-3份、氧化铁3-5份、氧化钛1-2份、氧化镍1-2份;
所述熔块的化学组成如下:SiO2:58.3-65.8%、Al2O3:12.7-16.2%、MgO:7.8-9.2%、K2O:4.1-4.7%、Fe2O3:5.2-5.8%、ZnO:2.2-4.1%、Li2O:1.6-2.3%;
其制备工艺包括如下步骤:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四的高温烧成阶段中,一氧化碳的含量为8.2-9.4%,氧气的含量为0.2-0.3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中釉浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨32-36小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.5-2:1.8-2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中坯浆湿球磨时,原料在球磨机中湿法研磨22-24小时,研磨介质为水,原料:球:水=1:1.2-1.5:1-1.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述釉料的厚度为0.4-0.5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述釉浆的施釉方式为浸釉或淋釉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种无开片粉青釉工艺瓷的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,磁选机的强度为18000-20000GS。
