本发明涉及一种车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,更详细地,涉及一种能够同时进行座椅靠背倾斜和座垫倾斜从而使得乘客能够采取更舒适的姿势的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅。
背景技术
车辆用折叠及潜降座椅是指能够执行折叠(folding)操作和潜降(dive)操作的座椅,其中折叠操作是在装载长物品时,由于座椅靠背后侧的装载空间不足,需要将座椅靠背折叠在座垫上的操作,潜降操作是使座垫前侧部分下降以使折叠的座椅靠背的背面呈水平面的操作。
在这种折叠及潜降座椅中也基本上采用了用于向后倾斜座椅靠背的机构,以实现乘客休息和睡觉等疲劳减轻姿势。
作为参考,疲劳减轻姿势是指,当乘客上身的支撑角度发生变化时,臀部、大腿和小腿等的支撑角度随之变为能够最大限度地分散身体压力的角度从而减轻疲劳度的姿势。
但是,所述折叠及潜降座椅中除了折叠及潜降机构之外还组合有座椅靠背倾斜机构,从而在座椅靠背倾斜时能够向乘客提供进一步向后倚靠的舒适感,但是由于座垫保持固定状态,无法分散乘客臀部和大腿部分的身体压力,从而会增加下身部分的疲劳度。
因此,需要一种在组合折叠及潜降机构和座椅靠背倾斜机构的折叠及潜降座椅中进一步组合座垫倾斜机构,从而可以实现能够均匀分散乘客的上身和下身的身体压力的疲劳减轻姿势的方案。
发明内容

本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其在组合折叠及潜降机构和座椅靠背倾斜机构的折叠及潜降座椅中进一步组合座垫倾斜机构,以同时执行座椅靠背倾斜操作和座垫前侧部分上升的倾斜操作,从而可以实现能够均匀分散乘客的上身和下身的身体压力的疲劳减轻姿势。

为了实现上述目的,本发明的一个具体实施例提供一种车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,包括:座垫架;座椅靠背架,可倾斜地安装在所述座垫架上;倾斜及潜降用连杆,前端部固定在座垫架上,后端部铰接在座椅靠背架;连杆支撑件,形成在所述座垫架的后端部,以支撑所述倾斜及潜降用连杆的后表面;轨管,安装在所述座垫架的下部;滑动件,可前后滑动地安装在所述轨管上;以及倾斜用支撑连杆,铰接在所述滑动件的前端部与座垫架的前端部之间。
根据本发明的一个具体实施例的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅的特征在于,还包括:杠杆,可后倾地安装在所述座垫架的侧部;线性锁定装置,安装在所述滑动件中,以将滑动件锁定在轨管上,或者从轨管解锁滑动件;线缆,连接在所述杠杆与线性锁定装置之间,在进行所述杠杆的后倾操作时,线缆被拉动,从而执行线性锁定装置的解锁操作,在进行所述杠杆的释放操作时,线缆移动到原始位置,从而执行线性锁定装置的锁定操作。

其次,在座垫前侧部分上升的倾斜操作后执行折叠及潜降操作时,能够顺利执行座垫前侧部分相比原始位置进一步下降的潜降操作。

因此,当进行所述杠杆160的后倾操作时,线缆170被拉动,从而执行线性锁定装置150针对滑动件130的解锁操作,当释放所述杠杆160的后倾操作时,被拉动的线缆170移动到原始位置,从而执行线性锁定装置150针对滑动件130的锁定操作。
下面,对所述线性锁定装置150的结构进一步详细地说明。
图3a和图3b是示出根据本发明的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅的线性锁定装置的立体图,图4a和图4b是示出线性锁定装置的操作状态的立体图。
所述线性锁定装置150包括:弹性夹具152,被形成为一侧以狭缝形态开放的圆形管结构,并位于所述轨管120的外径与滑动件的内径之间;以及平板形拉板154,与所述弹性夹具152的一端部一体形成,并向滑动件130的外径部延伸。
此时,当所述弹性夹具152张开而其直径增加时,弹性夹具152的内径部与轨管120的外径部间隔开,由此解锁滑动件130,从而滑动件130可以与弹性夹具152一起沿着轨管120移动。
相反,当所述弹性夹具152通过弹性恢复力而恢复到原始直径时,弹性夹具152的内径部被缩紧并紧贴在轨管120的外径部,由此锁定滑动件130,从而滑动件130不能沿着轨管120移动。
优选地,所述弹性夹具152的内径面形成有与轨管120的外径面接触或分离的摩擦片156,当弹性夹具152的内径部被缩紧并紧贴在轨管120的外径部时,所述摩擦片156起到防止弹性夹具152滑动的同时向弹性夹具152提供牢固的固定力的作用。
此时,所述线缆170的内端部连接到通过滑动件130的外径部而突出的拉板154的前端部,并且线缆170的外端部连接到杠杆160。
优选地,一对限位件132以“V”形一体地形成在所述滑动件130的外径部,以限定拉动拉板154之前的位置和拉动拉板154后的位置。
另外,如图1所示,弹簧162连接在所述杠杆160的前端部与所述座垫架100的预定位置之间,以在杠杆160后倾操作后提供弹性恢复力。
并且,与倾斜装置300连接的倾斜用线缆310以可同时拉动的方式连接到所述杠杆160的前端部,从而当杠杆160后倾操作时,所述线缆170和倾斜用线缆310被同时拉动。
下面,对具有上述结构的本发明的一个实施例的折叠及潜降座椅的操作流程进行说明。
座椅靠背倾斜操作及座垫倾斜操作
图5是表示根据本发明的一个实施例的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅的基本乘坐位置的侧视图,图6是示出执行座椅靠背倾斜和座垫倾斜的状态的侧视图。
首先,当乘客对所述杠杆160进行后倾操作时,所述线缆170和倾斜用线缆310被同时拉动。
接着,所述线缆170被拉动时,将拉动线性锁定装置150的拉板154,以使拉板154从图4a的拉动前的位置移动到图4b的拉动后的位置。
与此同时,与所述拉板154一体形成的弹性夹具152张开并且其直径增加,从而如图4b所示,所述弹性夹具152的内径部与轨管120的外径部间隔开。
因此,所述滑动件130被解锁,从而滑动件130可以与弹性夹具152一起沿着轨管120移动。
更具体地,包括所述弹性夹具152和所述拉板154的线性锁定装置150可以沿着轨管120移动,并且包覆弹性夹具152的滑动件130也可以沿着轨管120移动。
此时,当进行所述杠杆160的后倾操作时,倾斜用线缆310也被拉动,使得公知的倾斜装置300也被解锁,从而能够使座椅靠背架200向后方倾斜。
如果在这种状态下乘客将后背倚靠在座椅靠背而按压座椅靠背,则如图6所示,座椅靠背架200通过倾斜装置300而向后方倾斜,从而实现座椅靠背的倾斜。
另外,在所述座椅靠背架200向后方倾斜的同时,安装在座椅靠背架200上的铰链支架210也会向后方位置移动。
此时,由于倾斜及潜降用连杆110的后端部铰接在所述铰链支架210,因此,所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110的后端部也会一起移动到铰链支架210的移动位置。
与此同时,由于所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110的前端部通过焊接固定在座垫架100上,并且倾斜及潜降用连杆110的后表面被连杆支撑件102承托并支撑,因此如同杠杆原理,所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110前端部以连杆支撑件102为支点抬起座垫架100的前端部。
因此,如图6所示,所述座垫架100的前端部上升,从而实现座垫的倾斜。
此时,随着所述座垫架100的前端部上升,倾斜用支撑连杆140进行垂直竖立的运动,同时倾斜用支撑连杆140向前方拉动滑动件130,如上所述滑动件130处于被解锁的状态,因此可沿轨管120向前方移动。
在这种状态下,当乘客释放杠杆160时,线缆170的拉动状态被释放,并且所述弹性夹具152通过弹性恢复力恢复到原始直径,使得弹性夹具152的内径部被缩紧并紧贴在轨管120的外径部,从而锁定滑动件130,由此保持完成座椅靠背的倾斜和座垫的倾斜状态。
如上所述,同时执行座椅靠背的倾斜和座垫的倾斜,从而可以实现能够均匀分散乘客的上身和下身的身体压力的疲劳减轻姿势。
座垫折叠操作及座垫潜降操作
图7是示出根据本发明的一个实施例的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅的潜降操作状态的侧视图。
首先,如上所述,当乘客对所述杠杆160进行后倾操作时,所述线缆170和倾斜用线缆310被拉动,由此执行所述线性锁定装置150针对滑动件130的解锁和针对所述倾斜装置300的解锁。
在这种状态下,执行折叠操作,以将所述座椅靠背架200向前方旋转到座垫架100的上方。
此时,随着所述座椅靠背架200旋转以折叠,安装在座椅靠背架200上的铰链支架210也向前方移动。
并且,由于倾斜及潜降用连杆110的后端部铰接在所述铰链支架210,因此所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110的后端部也会一起移动到铰链支架210的移动位置。
与此同时,由于所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110的前端部通过焊接固定在座垫架100上,因此向下拉动座垫架100的前端部。
此时,随着所述座垫架100的前端部下降,倾斜用支撑连杆140进行水平放置的运动,同时倾斜用支撑连杆140向后方推动滑动件130,如上所述滑动件130处于被解锁的状态,因此滑动件沿轨管120移动,从而能够执行最大限度降低座垫架的潜降操作。
如上所述,能够顺利执行座垫前侧部分相比原始位置进一步下降的潜降操作。
图8至图10是表示根据本发明的另一个实施例的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅的侧视图,图8表示座椅的基本乘坐位置,图9表示执行座椅靠背倾斜和座垫倾斜的状态,图10表示折叠及潜降操作状态。
根据本发明的另一个实施例的折叠及潜降座椅的结构和操作流程与上述实施例的折叠及潜降座椅相同,只是能够稳定地引导所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110的移动轨迹。
为此,所述倾斜及潜降用连杆110上形成有用于引导倾斜及潜降用连杆110的预定移动轨迹的槽112,所述座垫架100的侧部形成有插入槽112中的导销104。
因此,如上所述,当座椅靠背倾斜和座垫倾斜时倾斜及潜降用连杆110的位置移动轨迹以及当座椅靠背折叠和座垫潜降时倾斜及潜降用连杆110的位置移动轨迹可通过插入所述槽112中的导销104的引导操作而保持恒定。
Claims (14)
1.一种车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,包括:
座垫架;
座椅靠背架,可倾斜地安装在所述座垫架上;
倾斜及潜降用连杆,前端部固定在座垫架上,后端部铰接在座椅靠背架;
连杆支撑件,形成在所述座垫架的后端部,以支撑所述倾斜及潜降用连杆的后表面;
轨管,安装在所述座垫架的下部;
滑动件,可前后滑动地安装在所述轨管上;以及
倾斜用支撑连杆,铰接在所述滑动件的前端部与座垫架的前端部之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,还包括:
杠杆,可后倾地安装在所述座垫架的侧部;
线性锁定装置,安装在所述滑动件中,以将滑动件锁定在轨管上,或者从轨管解锁滑动件;
线缆,连接在所述杠杆与线性锁定装置之间,
在进行所述杠杆的后倾操作时,线缆被拉动,从而执行线性锁定装置的解锁操作,在进行所述杠杆的释放操作时,线缆移动到原始位置,从而执行线性锁定装置的锁定操作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述线性锁定装置包括:
弹性夹具,被形成为一侧开放的圆形管结构,并位于轨管的外径与滑动件的内径之间;以及
拉板,与所述弹性夹具的一端部一体形成,并向滑动件的外径部延伸,
线缆的内端部连接到所述拉板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
限位件一体形成在所述滑动件的外径部,以限定拉动拉板之前的位置和拉动拉板后的位置。
5.根据权利要求3所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述弹性夹具的内径面形成有与轨管接触或分离的摩擦片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述倾斜及潜降用连杆的前端部通过焊接而固定在座垫架上,后端部铰接在安装于座椅靠背架上的铰链支架。
7.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
与倾斜装置连接的倾斜用线缆以可同时拉动的方式连接到所述杠杆上。
8.一种车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,包括:
座垫架;
座椅靠背架,可倾斜地安装在所述座垫架上;
倾斜及潜降用连杆,前端部固定在座垫架上,后端部铰接在座椅靠背架;
连杆支撑件,形成在所述座垫架的后端部,以支撑所述倾斜及潜降用连杆的后表面;
轨管,安装在所述座垫架的下部;
滑动件,可前后滑动地安装在所述轨管上;以及
倾斜用支撑连杆,铰接在所述滑动件的前端部与座垫架的前端部之间,
所述倾斜及潜降用连杆上形成有用于引导倾斜及潜降用连杆的移动轨迹的槽,所述座垫架的侧部形成有插入槽中的导销。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,还包括:
杠杆,可后倾地安装在所述座垫架的侧部;
线性锁定装置,安装在所述滑动件中,以将滑动件锁定在轨管上,或者从轨管解锁滑动件;
线缆,连接在所述杠杆与所述线性锁定装置之间,
在进行所述杠杆的后倾操作时,线缆被拉动,从而执行线性锁定装置的解锁操作,在进行所述杠杆的释放操作时,线缆移动到原始位置,从而执行线性锁定装置的锁定操作。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述线性锁定装置包括:
弹性夹具,被形成为一侧开放的圆形管结构,并位于轨管的外径与滑动件的内径之间;以及
拉板,与所述弹性夹具的一端部一体形成,并向滑动件的外径部延伸,
线缆的内端部连接到所述拉板。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
限位件一体形成在所述滑动件的外径部,以限定拉动拉板之前的位置和拉动拉板后的位置。
12.根据权利要求10所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述弹性夹具的内径面形成有与轨管接触或分离的摩擦片。
13.根据权利要求8所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
所述倾斜及潜降用连杆的前端部通过焊接而固定在座垫架上,后端部铰接在安装于座椅靠背架上的铰链支架。
14.根据权利要求9所述的车辆用折叠及潜降座椅,其特征在于,
与倾斜装置连接的倾斜用线缆以可同时拉动的方式连接到所述杠杆上。
