纤维素纤维优选为选自天然纤维素纤维及再生纤维素纤维中的至少一种,进一步优选天然纤维素纤维。作为天然纤维素纤维,有棉花、麻等,作为再生纤维素纤维,有普通人造丝、宾霸人造丝、溶剂型人造丝、莱赛尔等。需要说明的是,本发明在用于除去夹杂物或污垢的精炼漂白工序变得需要的天然纤维素纤维的情况下特别有效。

之后,如图1中所示的那样返回到混棉工序中,制成开纤的网,通过并条工序制成棉条,通过粗纺工序、精纺(环锭精纺)工序而制成纺纱。所得到的纺纱为英制支数7支。防水棉(棉花)的纺织工序通过性与普通的棉花相同。
<织物的制造>
织造在经纱中配置有英制支数7.2支(单纱线)的普通的纺纱、在纬纱中配置有由上述防水棉制造的纺纱(英制支数7支、单纱线)的经纱密度为65根/英寸、纬纱密度为40根/英寸、织物组织为3/1斜纹织物的布料。将所得到的布料按照常规方法进行烧毛、退浆、精炼、漂白,进行了丝光加工。之后,按照常规方法使反应性染料浸渗,显色粘固,赋予柔软剂而进行后整理处理,得到经纱被染色的粗斜纹布调的布料。该布料的后整理质量(单位面积重量)为380g/m2。防水棉(棉花)的织物~染色工序通过性与普通的棉花相同。需要说明的是,在粗斜纹布调布料的背面侧,出现作为纬纱的防水纺纱,但从背面侧使用与棉的情况同样的装置·方法来测定氟含有率,结果为0.3质量%。
<评价>
所得到的布料使用棉纱线100%,手感也良好。将该布料通过JIS L0001:2014(符号编号141)中规定的方法进行水洗洗涤20次的洗涤试验,但没有掉色、移染。另外,在洗涤坚牢度试验(JISL0844:2011A-2号)中,与棉布料的一般的布匹染色(例如碱蒸汽法)为相同程度,成为变退色4-5级、污染4-5级这样的结果。若与将经纱在纱线阶段进行靛蓝染色而得到的粗斜纹布料相比,则坚牢度良好,特别是摩擦坚牢度(JISL0849:2013II形法)在一般的靛蓝染色的粗斜纹布料的情况下,为干燥2级(纵向)、湿润1级(纵向),但本实施例品成为干燥4-5级(纵向)、湿润2级(纵向)这样的良好的结果。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的布料还可以适用于粗斜纹布调布料、运动衣料、夏用衣料等。另外,也可以用于鞋子、帽子、包、窗帘、沙发套等。

Claims (11)

1.一种包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体,其特征在于,所述纤维集合体为选自棉即棉花、纤维束、纱线及坯布中的至少一种,
在纤维素纤维表面以交联的状态粘固有防水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体,其中,所述包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体为防染用纤维集合体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体,其中,所述纤维素纤维为天然纤维素纤维。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体,其中,防水剂为氟系防水剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体,其中,所述纤维素防水纤维的氟含有率为0.01~1.4质量%。
6.一种包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体的制造方法,其特征在于,其是权利要求1~5中任一项所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体的制造方法,包括下述步骤:
使防水剂附着于选自棉即棉花、纤维束、纱线及坯布中的至少一种纤维集合体上,
干燥后,通过进行加热固化而使防水剂与纤维素纤维表面交联。
7.根据权利要求6所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体的制造方法,其中,所述加热固化条件为温度150~190℃、时间2~20分钟。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体的制造方法,其中,在以所述棉即棉花或纤维束的形式使防水剂与纤维素纤维表面交联的情况下,进行开纤处理。
9.根据权利要求6~8中任一项所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体的制造方法,其中,所述纤维集合体为包含布匹染色前的纤维素纤维的纤维集合体。
10.一种纤维制品,其包含权利要求1~5中任一项所述的包含纤维素防水纤维的纤维集合体。
11.根据权利要求10所述的纤维制品,其中,所述纤维制品为布匹染色粗斜纹布调布料。
