?Tessuto in fibre naturali e relativo metodo di produzione?
La presente invenzione ? relativa a un tessuto in fibre naturali.
La presente invenzione ? inoltre relativa a un metodo di produzione del tessuto in fibre naturali.
In particolare, la presente invenzione ? relativa a tessuto in fibre naturali traspirante ed idrorepellente, totalmente ecosostenibile del tipo utilizzabile per la realizzazione di elementi in tessuto per lo sport, l?arredo, l?abbigliamento.
Negli ultimi anni l?uso di materiali ecosostenibili e di tessuti derivanti da fibre naturali non convenzionali ? stato oggetto di interesse crescente.
Un esempio noto di tessuto in fibra naturale e relativo metodo di produzione, ? descritto nella domanda di brevetto statunitense US2020173065A1 che descrive un insieme di fibre comprendente fibre di cellulosa, la quale presenta una durevole idrorepellenza. L?insieme di fibre pu? essere utilizzato per resistere alla tintura e non causa il trasferimento del colore. Viene descritto inoltre un metodo per produrre l'insieme di fibre e un prodotto in fibra che lo impiega.
Un ulteriore esempio di tessuto ecocompatibile ? descritto nella domanda di brevetto cinese CN108703426A che descrive un tessuto naturale composto da 20-30 parti di fibra di perla, 8-10 parti di fibra modal, 15-20 parti di fibra di lana, 18-24 di parti di fibra di seta, 18-24 parti di fibra di Tencel, 8-12 parti di ginseng, 7-10 parti di sophora arbustiva. Il tessuto ha effetti positivi sul metabolismo della pelle, promuove la rigenerazione delle cellule epidermiche, migliora la circolazione sanguigna e ha anche una funzione anti fatica.
Seppur vantaggiosi sotto alcuni aspetti, tessuti in fibre naturali, ed i relativi metodi di produzione, attualmente noti soffrono del problema di avere scarsa versatilit?, idrorepellenza e resistenza meccanica insufficiente all?applicazione come tessuto tecnico sportivo.
Inoltre, i tessuti in fibre naturali attualmente noti non hanno come materia prima prodotti vegetali abbondanti in Italia e che in particolare risultano abbondanti e tali da consentire un costo di produzione minimo.
Scopo della presente invenzione ? fornire un tessuto in fibre naturali che sia resistente, idrorepellente, gradevole nell?aspetto e al tatto, e che al contempo consenta l?uso di materiale vegetale di comune e abbondante con la conseguente riduzione dei costi di produzione.
Inoltre, scopo della presente invenzione ? fornire un tessuto in fibra naturale ed un metodo di produzione che siano biocompatibili, che consentano al prodotto finito di avere resistenza meccanica e termica e che sia facilmente biodegradabile, ed avente, quindi, caratteristiche tali da superare i limiti che ancora influenzano i tessuti in fibra naturale e metodi di produzione con riferimento alla tecnica nota.
Secondo la presente invenzione, viene realizzato un tessuto in fibre naturali, come definito nella rivendicazione 1.
Secondo la presente invenzione, viene inoltre realizzato un metodo di produzione di un tessuto in fibre naturali, come definito nella rivendicazione 5.
Per una migliore comprensione della presente invenzione viene ora descritta una forma di realizzazione preferita, a puro titolo di esempio non limitativo, con riferimento ai disegni allegati, nei quali:
- la figura 1 mostra una vista schematica della struttura di un tessuto in fibre naturali, secondo l?invenzione.
- la figura 2 mostra una vista schematica della pluralit? di strati che costituisce il tessuto in fibre naturali secondo l?invenzione;
- la figura 3 mostra una vista schematica di un metodo di produzione di un tessuto in fibre naturali, secondo l?invenzione;
Con riferimento a tali figure, un tessuto in fibre naturali ed il relativo metodo di produzione sono mostrati, secondo l?invenzione.
In particolare, il tessuto in fibre naturali 100 comprende una pluralit? di strati tra loro sovrapposti.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione la pluralit? di strati comprende:
- Almeno uno strato in fibra di rovo;
- Almeno uno strato in cellulosa di rovo;
- Almeno uno strato in lana;
- Almeno uno strato in fibra di cellulosa.
Secondo una forma di realizzazione preferita il tessuto 100 ? composto da un primo strato 101, in uso rivolto verso l?esterno, in fibra di rovo, un secondo strato 102 in cellulosa di rovo, un terzo strato 103 in lana, ed un quarto strato 104 in fibra di cellulosa, che in uso ? posto a contatto con il corpo di un utente.
Vantaggiosamente secondo l?invenzione il rovo ? una pianta poco conosciuta nell?ambito tessile ma estremamente diffusa in natura tanto da essere considerata una pianta infestante, offrendo quindi una materia prima economica e facilmente disponibile tutto l?anno.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione, vantaggiosamente, l?almeno un secondo strato 102 in cellulosa di rovo comprende al suo interno una pluralit? di microcanali vuoti che conferisce al tessuto 100 propriet? termoisolanti e di traspirabilit?.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione l? almeno un terzo strato 103 in lana presenta un alto coefficiente termico, idrorepellenza e resistenza all?usura, allo sgualcimento, elevata elasticit? e risulta inoltre ignifugo.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione l?almeno un quarto strato in cellulosa di carta ? vantaggiosamente uno strato in materiale isolante, che contrasta l?escursione termica.
Il metodo di produzione 200 del tessuto in fibre naturali 100 secondo l?invenzione comprende le seguenti fasi:
- Produrre un primo strato 101 in fibra di rovo;
- Produrre un secondo strato 102 in cellulosa di rovo secondo le seguenti fasi : decorticare arbusti o rami di rovo ricavandone solo la parte interna, porre a macerare la parte interna in acqua, mescolare il composto ottenuto, pressarlo e asciugarlo;
- realizzare un terzo strato 103 in lana, filata in maniera tradizionale e tessuta o in forma di filamenti;
- Realizzare un quarto strato 104 in cellulosa di carta a partire da carta riciclata, ovvero preferibilmente effettuando le seguenti fasi tritare la carta, macerare in acqua la carta tritata, pressare e asciugare;
- Unire, sovrapponendoli, il primo strato 101, il secondo strato 102, il terzo strato 103 ed il quarto strato 104 mediante pressatura o cucitura. Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione la fase di produrre un primo strato 101 in fibra di rovo comprende le seguenti fasi:
- Tagliare un arbusto di rovo, o i suoi rami;
- Macerare primariamente in acqua calda le porzioni di rovo tagliate nella fase precedente, per un tempo di macerazione variabile tra 24 h e 15 giorni;
- Pressare il rovo macerato per ricavarne filamenti discontinui;
- Filare i filamenti ottenuti a seguito delle fasi precedenti.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione, il metodo comprende a seguito della fase di pressare, una seconda fase di macerazione secondaria che consiste nel macerare in acqua i filamenti di diametro maggiore ottenuti nella fase precedente per un tempo variabile tra 0 minuti, quando questa fase non avviene, e 45 minuti.
Vantaggiosamente secondo l?invenzione il metodo di lavorazione dello strato in fibra di rovo consente di ottenere una fibra robusta, tenace e igroscopica.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione il primo strato 101 in fibra di rovo subisce una fase di colorazione che consiste nell?aggiungere estratto di foglie di rovo, durante la fase di macerazione primaria.
L?estratto di foglie di rovo, vantaggiosamente, conferisce una colorazione naturale rossa al tessuto 100.
Vantaggiosamente il tessuto in fibre naturali 100 risulta avere un buon impatto visivo e tattile, la fibra di rovo risulta liscia e levigata cos? da risultare al tatto morbida e piacevole.
Vantaggiosamente il tessuto in fibre naturali 100 risulta totalmente riciclabile e biodegradabile.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione, la fase di macerare primariamente in acqua avviene a temperatura dell?acqua compresa tra 30?C e 110 ?C, e preferibilmente pari a 100?C.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione la fibra di rovo viene trattata con additivi e coloranti, preferibilmente di origine naturale.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione il tessuto in fibre naturali 100 ha applicazione ed uso nel settore dell?abbigliamento tecnico e sportivo.
Secondo un aspetto dell?invenzione il tessuto in fibre naturali 100 ha applicazione ed uso nel settore dell?edilizia, nel settore della costruzione di parti di imbarcazioni, nel settore dell?abbigliamento da lavoro.
Pertanto, il tessuto in fibre naturali e il relativo metodo di produzione secondo l?invenzione sono semplici ed economici.
Risulta infine chiaro che al tessuto in fibre naturali ed al relativo metodo di produzione qui descritti ed illustrati possono essere apportate modifiche e varianti senza per questo uscire dall?ambito protettivo della presente invenzione, come definito nelle rivendicazioni allegate.
Claims (10)
1. Tessuto in fibre naturali (100) comprendente una pluralit? di strati tra loro sovrapposti, caratterizzato dal fatto che detta pluralit? di strati comprende:
- Almeno un primo strato (101) in fibra di rovo;
- Almeno un secondo strato (102) in cellulosa di rovo; - Almeno un terzo strato (103) in lana;
- Almeno un quarto strato (104) in fibra di cellulosa di carta.
2. Tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che detta pluralit? di strati consiste in:
- Un primo strato (101) in fibra di rovo, in uso rivolto verso l?esterno, ottenuto da rami di rovo macerati e pressati ;
- Un secondo strato (102) in cellulosa di rovo, sovrapposto al primo strato (101), ottenuto da una porzione interna di rami di rovo;
- Un terzo strato (103) in lana, sovrapposto al secondo strato (102);
- Un quarto strato (104) in fibra di cellulosa di carta, sovrapposto al terzo strato (103) ed in uso posto a contatto con un utente.
3. Tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto almeno un secondo strato (102) in cellulosa di rovo comprende al suo interno una pluralit? di microcanali vuoti.
4. Tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 1, caratterizzato dal fatto che detto tessuto in fibre naturali ? resistente meccanicamente a trazione e a taglio, impermeabile, ignifugo, termicamente isolante e totalmente biodegradabile.
5. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo una delle rivendicazioni precedenti, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere le seguenti fasi:
- Produrre un primo strato (101) in fibra di rovo;
- Produrre un secondo strato (102) in cellulosa di rovo; - Realizzare un terzo strato (103) in lana, filata in maniera tradizionale e tessuta o in forma di filamenti;
- Realizzare un quarto strato (104) in cellulosa di carta a partire da carta riciclata;
- Unire mediante sovrapposizione il primo strato (101), il secondo strato (102), il terzo strato (103) ed il quarto strato (104);
- Pressare la pluralit? di strati sovrapposti.
6. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di produrre un secondo strato (102) in cellulosa di rovo comprende le seguenti fasi: decorticare rami di rovo ricavandone solo la parte interna, porre a macerare la parte interna in acqua, mescolare il composto ottenuto, pressarlo e asciugarlo.
7. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di produrre un primo strato (101) in fibra di rovo comprende le seguenti fasi:
- tagliare un arbusto di rovo;
- macerare primariamente in acqua il rovo tagliato in acqua per un tempo di macerazione compreso tra 24 ore e 15 giorni;
- pressare il rovo macerato e ricavarne filamenti discontinui;
- macerare secondariamente in acqua i filamenti discontinui in acqua per un tempo compreso tra 0 min e 45 min;
- filare i filamenti ottenuti dalle fasi precedenti.
8. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 5, caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di produrre un primo strato (101) in fibra di rovo comprende una fase di colorazione che consiste nell?aggiungere un estratto di foglie di rovo durante la fase di macerare primariamente.
9. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 7, caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di macerare primariamente in acqua i filamenti discontinui avviene in acqua ad una temperatura compresa tra 30?C e 110?C .
10. Metodo di produzione (200) di un tessuto in fibre naturali (100) secondo la rivendicazione 7, caratterizzato dal fatto che la fase di macerare primariamente in acqua i filamenti discontinui avviene in acqua ad una temperatura pari a 100?C.
