本发明涉及跨骑式车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种跨骑式车辆及其发动机布置结构。
背景技术
目前,全地形车辆越来越受到广大消费者欢迎,其中,跨骑式车辆就是其中之一,该种车辆所采用的发动机一般均为单缸发动机。现有的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置方式,多为发动机的缸头靠近前部布置。该种布置方式导致排气管及消音器需要贯穿整个车辆,从而使得跨骑在车辆上靠近驾驶员身体的部位,尤其是靠近腿部的位置温度会较高,从而降低了驾驶者的驾车体验。
综上所述,如何提升驾驶者对于跨骑式车辆的驾车体验的问题已经成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种跨骑式车辆及其发动机布置结构,以提升驾驶者对于跨骑式车辆的驾车体验。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,包括固定在机架上的发动机,所述发动机上设置缸头的一侧靠近所述机架的后端,且所述缸头上用于连接排气管的连接口朝向所述机架的后下端。
优选地,所述排气管上设置有管式消音器,所述管式消音器包括进气口和出气口,所述进气口设置在所述管式消音器的周向壁的中间位置。
优选地,所述出气口设置在所述管式消音器的周向壁的后端。
优选地,所述管式消音器包括管筒体,所述管筒体的中间部位设置有与所述进气口直接连通的进气腔室、位于所述进气腔室的前端的前消音腔室和位于所述进气腔室的后端的后消音腔室,所述进气腔室与所述前消音腔室连通,所述前消音腔室与所述后消音腔室通过连接管路连通,所述出气口与所述后消音腔室连通。
优选地,所述前消音腔室和所述后消音腔室的内部均设置有多孔形吸引结构。
优选地,所述机架上对应所述发动机的底部位置设置有用于固定所述发动机的连接位。
优选地,所述连接位包括靠近所述机架的前端布置的前连接位和靠近所述机架的后端布置的后连接位。

如图1-图5所示,本发明实施例提供的一种跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,包括机架1和固定在机架1上的发动机2,发动机2上设置缸头3的一端朝向机架1的后端,且缸头3上用于连接排气管4的连接口朝向机架1的后端。
该发动机布置结构通过将缸头布置在发动机靠近机架的后端的一侧,并且缸头上对应与排气管连接的连接口朝向机架的后端布置,从而使得排气管及其消音器结构不需要贯穿整个车辆,并且位于机架中部的驾驶员的跨骑位置没有排气管经过,从而使得驾驶员的跨骑位置的温感明显降低,提升了驾驶者的驾车体验。
这里需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员来说,跨骑式车辆一般均为单缸发动机,而且单缸发动机的缸头连接有排气管,通过排气管将废气排出。
在一些更具体的实施方案中,由于缸头布置在发动机朝向机架的后端一侧,并且缸头与排气管的连接口同样朝向机架的后端,从而导致消音器的布置空间缩小,因此为了满足消音器的空间布置,上述排气管4上设置消音器的结构形式优选采用管式消音器5,该管式消音器5包括进气口6和出气口7,并且该管式消音器5的进气口6设置在管式消音器的周向壁的中间位置。从而能够有效的节约消音器的布置空间。
进一步的实施方案中,上述管式消音器5的出气口7优选布置在管式消音器5的周向壁的后下端。通过将出气口7布置在管式消音器的周向壁的后下端,能够避免雨雪天气雨水等通过出气口进入管式消音器内部而影响管式消音器的正常使用寿命。当然可以理解的是,上述将出气口7布置在管式消音器的周向壁的后下端的方式仅仅是本发明实施例的优选举例而已,实际应用过程中,还可以采用将出气口7布置在管式消音器5的后端端面的位置,又或者根据需求选择布置在其他位置。
这里需要说明的是,如图5所示,上述管式消音器5包括管筒体51,管筒体51的中间部位设置有与进气口6直接连通的进气腔室501、位于进气腔室501的前端的前消音腔室502和位于进气腔室501的后端的后消音腔室503,进气腔室501与前消音腔室502连通,前消音腔室502与后消音腔室503通过连接管路504连通,出气口7与后消音腔室503连通。通过上述管式消音器的结构,其排气气路为尾气从进气口6进入进气腔室501中,然后进入前消音腔室502进行初步消音,然后通过连接管路504将前消音腔室502内的尾气导入后消音腔室503中进行再次消音,最后由后消音腔室503上连接的出气口7将尾气排出。通过上述结构的管式消音器,能够保证节约消音器的布置空间外,并且采用双次消音结构还能够更好的增强消音器的消音效果。还需要说明的是管式消音器的管筒体的顶部一般还设置有用于方便安装至车体上的安装位12,该安装位的具体结构可以采用双吊耳的结构,又或者是本领域技术人员常用的其他结构形式,在此不做具体的限定。并且管筒体的筒壁上一般还会设置有消音材料的夹层结构,从而保证消音器的良好消音效果。筒壁的具体结构可以是双层不锈钢的结构,双层不锈钢板的中间填充消音棉等消音材料。另外,还需要说明的是,前消音腔室502和后消音腔室503的内部均一般设置有多孔形吸引结构500,对于多孔形吸引结构来说属于本领域技术人员所熟知的现有技术,在此不再对其具体结构一一描述。
在一些更具体的实施方案中,上述机架1上对应发动机2的底部位置设置有用于固定发动机2的连接位8。当然可以理解的是,上述将连接位设置在对应发动机底部的方式仅仅是本发明实施例的优选举例而已,实际应用过程中,还可以根据实际需求选择设置在其他位置。
更进一步的实施方案中,上述连接位8包括靠近机架1的前端布置的前连接位9和靠近机架1的后端布置的后连接位10。并且为了使得发动机1固定在机架1上的稳定性更好,避免发动机1相对机架1发生横向移动。上述前连接位9和/或后连接位10的连接平面与发动机2的底部平面呈预设倾角。通过设置预设的倾斜角度,连接位的链接平面通过倾斜平面支撑实现支撑固定发动机的同时实现发动机相对机架的横向限位,使得横向限位更加稳定可靠。
进一步的技术方案中,上述预设倾角一般优选为15°-45°。当然可以理解的是,上述仅仅是对于预设倾角的具体数值的优选举例而已,实际应用过程中,还可以根据实际需求选择其他预设角度值。
另外,本发明还提供了一种跨骑式车辆,该跨骑式车辆包括上述任一方案所描述的发动机布置结构。由于上述跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构具有上述技术效果,因此具有上述发动机布置结构的跨骑式车辆也应具有相应的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
以上对本发明所提供的跨骑式车辆及发动机布置结构进行了详细介绍。需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
还需要说明的是,在本文中,诸如术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括上述要素的物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,包括固定在机架(1)上的发动机(2),其特征在于,所述发动机(2)上设置缸头(3)的一侧靠近所述机架(1)的后端,且所述缸头(3)上用于连接排气管(4)的连接口朝向所述机架(1)的后端。
2.如权利要求1所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述排气管(4)上设置有管式消音器(5),所述管式消音器(5)包括进气口(6)和出气口(7),所述进气口(6)设置在所述管式消音器的周向壁的中间位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述出气口(7)设置在所述管式消音器(5)的周向壁的后下端。
4.如权利要求3所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述管式消音器(5)包括管筒体(51),所述管筒体(51)的中间部位设置有与所述进气口(6)直接连通的进气腔室(501)、位于所述进气腔室(501)的前端的前消音腔室(502)和位于所述进气腔室(501)的后端的后消音腔室(503),所述进气腔室(501)与所述前消音腔室(502)连通,所述前消音腔室(502)与所述后消音腔室(503)通过连接管路(504)连通,所述出气口(7)与所述后消音腔室(503)连通。
5.如权利要求4所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述前消音腔室(502)和所述后消音腔室(503)的内部均设置有多孔形吸引结构(500)。
6.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上对应所述发动机(2)的底部位置设置有用于固定所述发动机(2)的连接位(8)。
7.如权利要求6所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述连接位(8)包括靠近所述机架(1)的前端布置的前连接位(9)和靠近所述机架(1)的后端布置的后连接位(10)。
8.如权利要求7所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述前连接位(9)和/或所述后连接位(10)的连接平面与所述发动机(2)的底部平面呈预设倾角。
9.如权利要求8所述的跨骑式车辆的发动机布置结构,其特征在于,所述预设倾角为15°-45°。
10.一种跨骑式车辆,其特征在于,所述跨骑式车辆包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的发动机布置结构。
