Abstract

本申请是申请号为201780006605.3、申请日为2017年1月12日、发明名称为“用于制造饮料的系统、盒、饮料制备单元和方法”的专利申请的分案申请。
背景技术
本发明的出发点在于一种用于制造饮料、尤其冷饮的系统,该系统具有:盒(Kartusche),该盒具有用饮料物质填充的贮存器;以及具有盒接收座的饮料制备单元,该盒能够可逆地插入该盒接收座中;以及盒卸载装置,该盒卸载装置实现将该饮料物质从该贮存器至少部分地转移到混合室中。
此类系统理论上是从现有技术(例如从WO 2013/036564 A2和WO 2005/079361A2)已知的并且用于从预先分份的盒来制造饮料。用此类系统制造饮料对于使用者而言是非常方便的,因为他仅仅需要插入盒并且按压开始按钮。然后饮料制备单元全自动地协调其生产过程,也就是尤其将该饮料物质以预定的量混合到液体(尤其冷的和碳酸化的水)中并且引导到饮用容器中。以此方式使得对于使用者而言尤其混合饮料的制造明显更简单、快速且更不费时费力。使用者在此可以从多种不同的盒中选择,使得他可以依据喜好来制造不同的饮料。
在此类系统中较高的要求是,在饮料的制造过程中可靠且完全地抑制对饮料制备单元的反向污染,因为否则就存在饮料制备单元内部的污染乃至生长霉菌的危险。对于包括含果糖、含酒精或含乳制品的饮料物质的盒尤其如此。
从现有技术已知的系统中,盒通常插入到盒接收座中并且盒在两侧、也就是在入口侧和出口侧打开。然后在入口侧借助于流体供应器向该盒中引入水,使得通过饮料物质与水的混合已经在盒中的储存器之内形成饮料。在出口侧,饮料离开盒并且被引导到饮用容器。在此水完全流过贮存器并且由此实现饮料物质从该贮存器中的导出。已经显示,在将水直接引入到填充有饮料物质的贮存器时,无法完全防止对供应器的反向污染,因为贮存器通常完全用饮料物质填充并且由此在引入水时在贮存器中出现压力升高。贮存器中的这种压力升高以及对贮存器的冲刷都造成,在饮料制造过程中和/或稍后,饮料物质的非常小的液滴、颗粒和/或悬浮物到达流体供应器中并且在那里导致持续的污染。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种开篇所述类型的用于制造饮料的系统,其中有效地防止了饮料制备单元的反向污染并且该系统的实现是尽可能简单和成本低廉的。
这个目的通过一种用于制造饮料、尤其冷饮的系统来实现,该系统具有:盒,该盒具有用饮料物质填充的贮存器;以及具有盒接收座的饮料制备单元,该盒能够可逆地插入该盒接收座中;以及盒卸载装置,该盒卸载装置实现将该饮料物质从该贮存器至少部分地转移到混合室中,其中该饮料制备单元还具有引入该混合室中的流体供应器。
本发明的系统相对于现有技术具有以下优点:流体供应器不引入盒的贮存器中而是引入的混合室中。由此有效地且以简单而成本低廉的实现方式防止了在贮存器中形成过大的超压或完全防止了超压。贮存器也没有被流体(完全)冲刷,而是该系统被设计为,饮料物质和流体彼此分离地进入混合室中。由此,流体独立于贮存器地进入混合室。还可以说,流体供应器“绕过了”贮存器。已经显示,由此以与现有技术相比明显更有效的方式抑制了对饮料制备单元的反向污染。
本发明的另一个主题或用于实现上述目的的优选实施方式是一种用于制造饮料、尤其冷饮的系统,该系统具有:盒,该盒具有用饮料物质填充的贮存器;以及具有盒接收座的饮料制备单元,该盒能够可逆地插入该盒接收座中;以及盒卸载装置,该盒卸载装置实现将该饮料物质从该贮存器至少部分地转移到混合室中,其中该系统具有可移动的活塞,该活塞安排在该贮存器之内并且能够借助于该盒卸载装置从起始位置转移到终止位置。
根据本发明,为了将饮料物质从贮存器转移到混合室中,使用了呈可移动活塞形式的盒卸载装置,其方式为将活塞从起始位置转移到终止位置。本发明的系统相对于现有技术具有以下优点:被引入以用于生成饮料并与饮料物质混合的流体不像现有技术那样也被用于转移饮料物质。以此方式,排除了对饮料制备单元且尤其流体供应器的反向污染的危险。该可移动的活塞尤其是盒的一部分,使得饮料制备单元的任何部分都完全不与饮料物质接触,即可将饮料物质转移到混合室中。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该活塞在该起始位置中安排在该入口侧附近,并且其中该活塞在该终止位置中在该出口侧的方向上被推移。以此方式,能够通过活塞从起始位置向终止位置的偏移将几乎全部量的饮料物质从贮存器压出。活塞在此优选作为盒的一部分长期安排在贮存器中。替代地自然还可以设想,在该盒已经被插入到该饮料制备单元中之后,该活塞作为该盒卸载装置的一部分能够引入到该贮存器中。该贮存器优选包括由柱形的壁限定的空腔,其中该活塞包括圆形的外轮廓,其外径大致对应于或仅略小于该柱形的壁的内径。优选该活塞包括密封装置、尤其呈柔性的环绕的密封唇缘的形式,该密封装置将该贮存器的壁与该活塞之间(由该柱形的壁的内径与该活塞的外径之间的差产生)的空隙密封。可设想的是,该密封唇缘由可逆地弹性的材料制成,由此该密封唇缘密封地贴靠到壁的内侧。例如该密封唇缘包括弹性体、橡胶、氯丁橡胶、生胶、聚氨酯、软性PVC(具有最多40%软化剂的聚氯乙烯)等。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该盒卸载装置包括可移动的推杆,该推杆能够在该盒的入口侧引入到该盒中,以便将在该盒的出口侧的饮料物质挤出该盒。在此优选该推杆的盒侧的末端为了与安排在该盒中的活塞共同作用而如下地设置:在将该推杆引入到该盒中时,该推杆碰到位于该起始位置的活塞并且然后该活塞被该推杆推向该终止位置。因此,以有利的方式,在推杆没有与饮料物质进行接触的情况下,将饮料物质从贮存器转移到混合室中。推杆因此可以是饮料制备单元的一部分并且重复使用,而被污染的活塞是盒的一部分并且由此在替换盒时被更换。由此有效防止了对饮料制备单元的反向污染。在从饮料制备单元中取出用过的盒之前,尤其将推杆拉回并在此从盒中拉出来。
替代地,在理论上也可设想的是,推杆的盒侧的末端具有该活塞。在此情况下,活塞是饮料制备单元的一部分而不是盒的一部分。然而由于反向污染的危险,这种解决方案是次优选的。相反,这种解决方案的实现更加成本低廉,因为活塞在此没有形成一次性产品。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该盒在引入侧的区域中具有密封元件,该密封元件通过引入该活塞而被打开,其中该密封元件尤其包括密封膜,该密封膜在引入该活塞时撕开。密封元件优选用于使得至少在插入到饮料制备单元之前严密地密封贮存器、任何饮料物质都不能逸出并且在储存和运输该盒的过程中保留饮料物质的气味。优选密封膜被安排为,使得活塞安排在密封元件与饮料物质之间的起始位置,使得在引入推杆时密封膜被推杆撕裂。盒优选在其入口侧通过引入推杆而自动地打开。替代地还可设想的是,密封膜在安排在该起始位置的活塞与该饮料物质之间安排,使得该密封膜在引入该推杆时被移动的活塞撕裂。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该饮料制备单元具有用于以电机驱动方式将该推杆供应到该盒中的引导单元,其中该引导单元包括该推杆用于引导该推杆的直线或弯曲的引导元件,并且其中该引导单元具有电力线性电机。于是,以有利的方式,推杆能够以电机驱动的方式引入到盒中。使用者在此情况下仅仅需要通过按压按钮等来触发引入。使用弯曲的引导元件具有以下优点:可以减小引导单元的构造高度。推杆在此情况下优选实施为柔性的。否则尤其形成为刚性或半刚性的。电力线性电机优选包括小齿轮,该小齿轮坐落在电机(例如旋转电流异步机器或旋转电流同步机器)的驱动轴上并且接合到齿条中,其中该齿条与该推杆联接或者已经是推杆的一部分。通过小齿轮的旋转来移动齿条并且由此推杆向盒中移动或者从盒中移动出来。替代地还可设想的是,前述电力驱动器包括电机式的芯轴驱动器,其中借助于小齿轮平动式地移动芯轴,其中该芯轴与推杆联接或者已经是推杆的一部分。替代地,电力线性电机包括螺线管线性电机。本领域技术人员了解,替代于电力线性电机还可以使用液压线性电机。
替代地提出,该盒卸载装置包括用于在该盒的入口侧将压缩空气吹入该贮存器的压缩空气源,其中该系统尤其如下地形成:通过该压缩空气直接将该饮料物质压出该贮存器或者通过该压缩空气将该活塞从该起始位置转移到该终止位置。替代于先前所述的具有电力或液压线性电机的解决方案,还可设想的是,直接借助于压缩空气将饮料物质从贮存器中压到混合室中(压缩空气在此在入口侧直接被导入未设置活塞的贮存器中)或者间接地借助于压缩空气将活塞从起始位置转移到终止位置中(在此压缩空气在入口侧被导入贮存器,尤其在活塞的上方)。在这两种变体中,以有利的方式通过使用压缩空气(尤其替代于推杆)最大程度降低了反向污染的危险。可设想的是,饮料制备单元在此配备有在需要时替换的压缩空气罐。替代地还可设想的是,饮料制备单元配备有对应的压缩机,以提供压缩空气。在饮料制备单元无论如何都具有包括CO2罐的碳酸化器的情况下,优选该CO2罐同时还用作盒卸载装置的压缩空气源。
替代于使用压缩空气,还可设想使用负压。在此替代实施方式中,盒卸载装置具有用于借助于负压将该饮料物质从该贮存器中吸出的负压设备,其中该系统尤其如下地形成:通过该负压直接将该饮料物质从该贮存器中吸出或者通过该负压将该活塞从该起始位置转移到该终止位置。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,该混合室具有饮料流出口,通过该饮料流出口排出由该饮料物质与流体的混合而形成的饮料,其中该系统优选如下形成:该饮料能够从该饮料流出口直接导入便携式容器中。因此,以有利的方式,饮料物质和在混合室中完成混合的饮料都不与饮料制备单元的其他部分接触,从而排除了反向污染。当混合室为盒的一部分并且由此在每次饮料制造过程之后作为替换产品而更换时尤其如此。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,对该流体供应器馈送流体,该流体通过冷却组件冷却,其中该冷却组件是该饮料制备单元的一部分或者是与该饮料制备单元处于有效连接的分开的冷柜。因此,以有利的方式,即使在盒没有冷却并且例如具有室温时也可以制造冷饮。该系统向已有的冷柜的整合具有如下优点:可以简单地将冷柜的已有的冷却组件同时以高效方式用于饮料制备单元。尤其在所谓的“并排”冷柜(通常也称为美国式冷柜)的情况下,在前部存在足够的构造空间来整合该系统。可设想的是,饮料制备单元为用于此类冷柜的改装套件。冷却组件优选包括压缩机冷却单元、吸收器冷却单元或热电制冷器。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,对该流体供应器馈送流体,该流体通过碳酸化器添加碳酸。于是,通过该系统还可以有利地制造加入碳酸的软饮料。优选该碳酸化器是该饮料制备单元的一部分,其中该碳酸化器尤其具有用于CO2罐的接收座以及用于从该CO2罐向该流体添加CO2的供应装置。
根据本发明的另一个特别优选的实施方式提出,该混合室形成为可更换的盒的一部分。以此方式,有效避免了由于饮料物质污染饮料制备单元,因为仅仅可替换的一次性盒的部分与饮料物质进行接触。优选在该贮存器与该混合室之间安排有另外的密封元件,在将该盒插入到该盒接收座中时或者在启动该盒卸载装置时该另外的密封元件打开。该另外的密封元件用于在运输或储存时将盒在出口侧气味密封地封闭。在入口侧,盒尤其通过上述该另外的密封元件气味密封地封闭,使得在将盒插入到盒接收座之前并且尤其在开始饮料制造过程之前将贮存器完全气味密封地封闭,由此例如可实现盒的长保质期。可设想的是,该另外的密封元件包括密封膜,通过在将该活塞从该起始位置转移到该终止位置中时在该贮存器中的压力提升而打开并且尤其撕裂该密封膜。在此系统中以有利的方式在制造饮料时将该另外的密封元件自动打开。

根据本发明的另一个特别优选的实施方式提出,该盒接收座具有形状配合元件,该形状配合元件形状配合地接收该盒,其中该盒优选另外力配合地固持在该盒接收座中。例如可设想的是,该形状配合元件包括至少一个弹簧元件和/或锁紧元件,该弹簧元件和/或锁紧元件通过该盒向该盒接收座中的插入而压缩和/或锁入,其中该盒接收座优选具有引入斜面和/或定位辅助件。优选该盒接收座具有在该盒的入口侧的区域中固持该盒的上部形状配合元件以及在该出口侧和/或该混合室的区域中固持该盒的下部形状配合元件。
优选该盒接收座如下形成:使得该盒在该上部形状配合元件与该下部形状配合元件之间可以具有比在该上部和下部形状配合元件的区域中的直径更大或更小的直径。以此方式可以使用如下的盒:该盒至少在其中间区域(也就是说上部和下部形状配合元件不接合到其中的那些区域)中具有不同几何形状的构型。由此尤其能够使用具有不同体积的贮存器的盒。例如对于含酒精的饮料,可以提供具有比无酒精、含咖啡因和含碳酸的软饮料更少饮料物质量的盒。
本领域技术人员理解,该混合室还可以替代地为饮料制备单元的一部分。在此情景下,混合室必须在至少任何饮料之后用水冲洗,从而使得没有任何饮料物质的残余物保留在混合室中。
根据本发明的另一个特别优选的实施方式提出,在该盒之内安排有遮蔽元件,该盒卸载装置作用在该遮蔽元件上,以便将该饮料物质从该贮存器转移到该混合室中,其中该遮蔽元件安排在该盒卸载装置与该饮料物质之间。有利地,盒卸载装置与饮料物质借助于遮蔽元件隔离,使得不能通过盒卸载装置造成对饮料制备机的反向污染。为了使贮存器仍然可以被清空,该遮蔽元件是柔性的并且尤其形成为折叠气囊或软的(biegeschlaffes)袋元件。该遮蔽元件在此总是安排在贮存器之内,其中在该折叠气囊或该软的袋元件之内安排有该饮料物质。当盒卸载装置(也就是尤其推杆或压缩空气)作用在折叠气囊或袋元件上时,则折叠气囊在贮存器之内折叠到一起或者袋元件在贮存器之内压紧到一起,使得饮料物质从贮存器中转移到混合室中。换言之:折叠气囊或软的袋元件在起始状态下从盒的入口侧至少部分地平行于盒壁延伸直到盒的入口侧并且在饮料制造过程中从盒卸载装置向出口侧的方向行进。
本发明的用于实现开篇提出的目的的另一个主题是尤其用于用来制造饮料的本发明系统的一种盒,其中该盒可插入到该饮料制备单元的盒接收座中,并且其中该盒具有该贮存器,该贮存器用该饮料物质填充。贮存器优选用预先分份的量的饮料物质来填充,该量是为了生成一个饮用份所需的,例如用所希望的饮料填充饮用玻璃杯。填充饮用玻璃杯典型地包括0.1升、0.2升、0.3升、0.33升、0.35升、0.366升、0.5升或1升的液体。有利地,使用者能够以简单的方式产生不同的饮料,其方式为使用者选出包含用于生成所希望的饮料的对应饮料物质的某一个盒、将其插入盒接收座中并且在饮料制备单元处开始饮料制造过程。然后自动生成饮料、将其引导到饮用容器中并且然后提供给使用者。接着去掉并处置用过的盒。因为在本发明的意义上避免了饮料制备单元的反向污染,有利地在用另一种口味制造新的饮料之前不需要冲刷或清洁过程。
饮料物质优选包括液态饮料物质,如软饮料(也称为Softdrinks),甜味饮料,果汁,果蜜,果汁浓缩液,水果汽酒,柠檬水,气泡饮料,能量饮料,等渗饮料,啤酒,啤酒混合饮料,矿泉水,气泡饮料,矿物水,酒,预调鸡尾酒,果酒,蔬菜汁,蔬菜蜜,泡酒,水果泡酒,含酒精的混合饮料,红酒,红汽酒,鸡尾酒,咖啡,茶,冰茶,乳类,可可饮料,含咖啡因的、含酒精的、含(果)糖的和/或含碳酸的饮料,及其混合物和变体。还可设想的是,饮料物质尤其仅包括用于前述饮料的液态预混成分,使得通过在混合室中将预混成分与水混合才产生所述的饮料。还可设想的是,饮料物质另外地或排他地包含颗粒状的物质,如可溶粉末,例如气泡饮料粉末等。
根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式提出,该盒具有安排在该贮存器中的活塞,该活塞能够在靠近该盒的入口侧的起始位置与从该入口侧向出口侧的方向上推移的终止位置之间转移。以此方式将饮料物质从贮存器输送到混合室中。混合室优选为盒的一部分并且当将盒插入到盒接收座中时尤其安排在贮存器下方。
优选该活塞具有密封装置、尤其呈柔性的环绕的密封唇缘的形式,该密封装置将该贮存器的壁与该活塞之间的空隙密封。
优选该活塞具有用于接收该饮料制备单元的推杆的推杆接收件,其中该活塞设计为通过将该推杆引入该贮存器中而从该起始位置转移到该终止位置中,使得该饮料物质从该贮存器被引导到安排在流体方向上在该贮存器之后且尤其在该贮存器下方的混合室中。推杆接收件可以例如为漏斗形的接收件、凹陷、凸起等,该推杆接收件将推杆在活塞上定中心并且保护其免于侧向滑动。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该盒在引入侧的区域中具有密封元件,该密封元件通过引入该活塞而被打开,其中该密封元件尤其包括密封膜,该密封膜在引入该活塞时撕开。优选在该贮存器与该混合室之间安排有另外的密封元件,在将该盒插入到该盒接收座中时或者在启动该盒卸载装置时该另外的密封元件打开。该另外的密封元件优选也包括密封膜,通过在将该活塞从该起始位置转移到该终止位置中时在该贮存器中的压力提升而打开并且尤其撕裂该密封膜。该密封元件和该另外的密封元件,如上已经详细描述地,用于在贮存器运输时和储存期间气味密封地封闭贮存器。
优选该盒具有混合室,该混合室能够与该饮料制备单元的流体供应器处于流体连接。优选该混合室具有快速联接器,该快速联接器用于当将该盒插入到该盒接收座中时将该混合室与该流体供应器相连。
优选该混合室具有饮料出口,通过该饮料出口排出由该饮料物质与流体的混合而形成的饮料,其中该系统优选如下形成:该饮料能够从该饮料出口直接导入便携式容器中。有利地,饮料物质和在混合室中由饮料物质制造的饮料都不与饮料制备单元的部分进行直接接触,使得能够有效避免反向污染。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该盒具有至少一个连接元件,该连接元件在将该盒插入到该饮料制备单元中时与该盒接收座共同作用,以便将该盒固持在该盒接收座中。可设想的是,该连接元件包括引入元件,该引入元件接合到尤其呈盒接收座的弹簧元件和/或锁紧元件形式的形状配合元件中。

本发明的另一个主题是尤其用于用来制造饮料的本发明系统的一种饮料制备单元,其中该饮料制备单元具有:该盒接收座,尤其根据本发明的盒能够可逆地插入该盒接收座中;盒卸载装置,该盒卸载装置实现将该饮料物质从该贮存器至少部分地转移到混合室中;以及该流体供应器,该流体供应器引入该混合室中。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该盒卸载装置包括可移动的推杆,该推杆能够在该盒的入口侧引入到该盒中,以便将在该盒的出口侧的饮料物质挤出该盒。优选该饮料制备单元具有用于以电机驱动方式将该推杆供应到该盒中的引导单元,其中该引导单元包括该推杆用于引导该推杆的直线或弯曲的引导元件,并且其中该引导单元具有电力或液压的线性电机且尤其芯轴驱动器。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该饮料制备单元具有该混合室,其中该混合室能够从该饮料制备单元的其余部分拆下。在此实施方式中,混合室不是盒的一部分,而是与盒分开地可插入到饮料制备单元中并(为了清洁和维护目的)可从其中取出。有利地,混合室因此可以多次使用。可设想的是,饮料制备单元具有自动冲刷和清洁机构以便在每次饮料制造过程之后或一定数量的饮料制造过程之后清洁混合室。
可设想的是,该饮料制备单元具有用于冷却被供应到该流体供应器的流体的冷却组件。
本发明的另一个主题是一种尤其用本发明系统来制造饮料的方法,该方法具有以下步骤:
-将用饮料物质填充的盒插入到饮料制备单元的盒接收座中,
-借助于盒卸载装置将该饮料物质从该盒的贮存器转移到混合室,
-借助于流体供应器向该混合室中馈入流体,
-借助于饮料流出口将在该混合室中通过混合该饮料物质与该流体而产生的饮料导出。
与上述本发明系统一样,本发明的方法相对于现有技术具有如下优点:很大程度上避免了对饮料制备单元的反向污染,因为用于与饮料物质混合而供应的流体没有引导到贮存器中而是引导到混合室中。因为流体没有用于转移饮料物质,所以饮料物质优选通过活塞从贮存器被压入混合室中,其方式为活塞借助于盒卸载装置从起始位置移动到终止位置。可设想的是,该活塞在此借助于呈作用在该活塞上的推杆形式的盒卸载装置或通过压缩空气而被移动。优选该推杆借助于引导单元以电机驱动的方式被引入该盒中并且在此作用于该活塞上,以便将该活塞从该起始位置移动到该终止位置。
替代地还可设想的是,饮料物质通过压缩空气或负压从贮存器转移到混合室中。
根据本发明的一个优选的实施方式提出,该流体在馈入该混合室之前被冷却和/或碳酸化。
根据本发明的另一个优选的实施方式提出,在将该推杆引入到该盒中时密封该盒的密封元件被打开,其中该密封元件优选包括密封膜,该密封膜被该推杆撕裂。可设想的是,通过在该混合室的方向上转移该饮料物质,在该贮存器与该混合室之间的另外的密封元件被打开,其中该另外的密封元件优选包括密封膜,该密封膜通过该贮存器中的压力升高而被撕裂。

具体实施方式
在不同的附图中同样的部件始终设有同样的参考标记,并且因此通常分别只命名或提及一次。
在图1中展示了根据本发明的示例性第一实施方式借助于本发明的方法来制造饮料的本发明系统1的示意性截面视图,该系统具有本发明的盒2和本发明的饮料制备单元3。
此系统1包括饮料制备单元3,可替换的盒2可插入到该饮料制备单元中,这些盒用某种饮料物质7填充。在饮料制备单元3中借助于饮料物质7并且在适当时借助于另外的水源来生产对应的饮料。盒2在此优选具有预先分份的量的饮料物质7,该量是为了生成一个针对性的饮用份所需的,例如用所希望的饮料填充饮用玻璃杯。尤其提供多种不同的盒2,该盒用不同的饮料物质7填充以生产不同的饮料。当系统1的使用者想要饮用某种饮料时,他仅仅需要从多个不同的盒2中选出包含用于生产所希望饮料的对应饮料物质7的那个盒2,将其插入饮料制备单元3的盒接收座10中,并且在适当时在饮料制备单元3处启动饮料制造过程,例如通过按压启动按钮、对应地接触触敏显示器、通过手势或语音控制或借助于移动电话上的适合的应用。还可设想的是,当识别出将新的盒2插入到盒接收件10中时自动地控制饮料制备过程。在前述情况中的每一种下,然后自动生成所希望的饮料、将其引导到饮用容器中并且然后提供给使用者。接着去掉并处置用过的盒2。饮料制备单元3现在再次准备好用任意的新盒2填充,以便生成另外的饮料。
饮料物质7优选包括用于软饮料(如含咖啡、碳酸、水果和/或糖柠檬水和果汁、啤酒(混合)饮料或其他含酒精或不含酒精的混合饮料)的液态预混成分。
盒2包括具有入口侧4(在图中安排在上方)和出口侧5(在图中安排在下方)的柱形容器。在容器之内,盒2具有用液态饮料物质7填充的贮存器6。在出口侧5的区域中,盒2具有与容器牢固连接的混合室8(也就是说混合室在此是盒2的一部分)。贮存器6在此区域中引入转移开口9中,通过该转移开口可以使饮料物质从贮存器6到达混合室8中。在此实例中,贮存器6的底部形成为漏斗形,其中在漏斗形底部的中心安排转移开口9。于是转移开口9引导到任选的短管件中,该短管件向混合室8中突出。
混合室8具有饮料流出口11,在混合室8之内生产的饮料通过该饮料流出口离开混合室并且尤其直接引导到饮用容器(未图示)中,也就是说饮料制备单元3的部分没有与饮料接触。以此方式防止了对饮料制备单元3的反向污染。饮用容器尤其直接安排在饮料流出口11下方。
混合室8具有快速联接器26,混合室8可以通过该快速联接器连接到饮料制备单元3的流体供应器12。快速联接器26形成为,在将盒2插入到盒接收座10中时在混合室8与流体供应器12之间产生流体连接。在饮料制造过程中,流体、尤其经冷却和碳酸化的饮用水通过这个流体连接从流体供应器到达混合室8中。另外,在饮料制造过程中,饮料物质7从贮存器6通过转移开口9到达混合室8。通过将饮料物质7与流体在混合室8中混合形成了饮料,该饮料然后通过饮料流出口11离开混合室8。流体供应器12包括水管,该水管作为盒2的旁路起作用。流体因此无须通过贮存器6泵送,而是首先在混合室8中触碰饮料物质7。
为了将饮料物质7从贮存器6转移到混合室8中,盒2具有活塞13,该活塞在贮存器6中可移动地安排。活塞13在此实例中包括盘状元件,其直径基本上对应于贮存器6的直径。贮存器壁与活塞13之间的其余的空隙优选通过呈柔性的环绕的密封唇缘或环绕的柔性的密封珠缘的形式的密封装置15来密封。
饮料制备单元3具有盒卸载装置34用于致动活塞13。盒卸载装置34具有推杆16(见图5),该推杆形成为将活塞13从起始位置转移到终止位置,以便将饮料物质7压到混合室7中。在盒2的供货状态下,活塞13安排在入口侧4附近的起始位置。活塞13在其背向饮料物质7的侧面上具有用于接收推杆16的推杆接收件14(在图1中未图示)。在饮料制造过程已经开始之后,使推杆16在入口侧4的方向上进入盒2中并且到达推杆接收件14中。然后推杆16进一步行进到盒2中,由此活塞2从入口侧4向出口侧5的方向行进,直到它占据出口侧5附近的终止位置。通过活塞13穿过贮存器6的移动,将饮料物质7从贮存器6压到混合室8中,以便在混合室8中与流体混合以制造饮料。在饮料制造过程完成之后,再次使推杆16从盒2中出来,由此能够再次将空的或用过的盒2从饮料制备单元3取出。为了能够使推杆16在入口侧4进入盒2中,在入口侧4的容器具有推杆开口17。可设想的是,推杆开口17受限于推杆16的横截面或者对应于活塞13或贮存器6的整个横截面。
为了在盒2的储存和运输过程中使饮料物质7不离开盒2或保留气味,在起始状态中将盒2气体密封、液体密封和气味密封地封闭。为此目的,盒2在其入口侧4处具有呈薄密封膜形式的密封元件18,以及在出口侧5的范围内、尤其在转移开口9之内的呈薄密封膜形式的另一个密封元件19。这两个密封膜形成为在压力下容易撕开。在将盒2插入盒接收座10时这两个密封膜仍然是完好的。一旦推杆16进入盒2并且在此处与入口侧4上的密封膜进行接触,密封膜就撕开,使得推杆16到达活塞13上。在后续下压活塞13时,在贮存器6的内部的压力提高,直到转移开口9中的密封膜撕开,使得饮料物质7到达混合室8中。
任选地还可以设想的是,在混合室8之内安排有在密封膜的方向上在转移开口9之内凸出的刺入元件,当密封膜在贮存器6下方形成的压力下向混合室8的方向上伸展时,该刺入元件与密封膜进行接触,使得通过拉伸的密封膜与刺入元件的接触实现或至少有助于撕开密封膜。
盒接收座10在入口侧4的区域中具有上部形状配合元件20并且在出口侧5的区域中具有下部形状配合元件21。上部和下部形状配合元件20、21形成为,使得盒2通过竖直移动安排在盒接收座10中这两个形状配合元件20、21之间并且在此位置中通过这两个形状配合元件20、21或在这两个形状配合元件20、21之间的形状配合地被固持。下部形状配合元件21为此具有壳状的接收件,该接收件与盒下侧的外部形状匹配。上部形状配合元件20具有两个侧向锁紧元件22,这些锁紧元件在盒2的方向上用弹簧加载并且在将盒2插入盒2的两个对应的侧向接收件24(作为配对锁紧元件23起作用)中时形状配合且力配合地接合。因此盒2在饮料制造过程中紧固在盒接收座10之内。
图2a中展示了根据本发明的第一示例性实施方式的盒2的细节视图。在此方面,在盒2的上侧可以看到活塞13,该活塞占据贮存器6的整个横截面。在其边缘处,活塞6用呈柔性的环绕的密封唇缘或环绕的柔性的密封珠缘形式的密封装置15针对贮存器壁密封。活塞3在中央具有推杆接收件14。
在活塞上延伸并且将贮存器向上或相对于入口侧4气味密封地密闭的密封元件形成为薄的透明的密封膜,该密封膜可以容易地被推杆刺穿,并且因此在图2a中不能清晰地辨认。
在贮存器壁的上边缘处可以看到侧向突出的凸缘25,在该凸缘中形成呈凹陷部形式的两个侧向接收件24。在将盒2插入盒接收座10中时,配对锁紧元件23锁入这些凹陷部中。
在贮存器6的下端,盒2具有混合室8。在图2a中可以看到饮料流出口11以及快速联接器26。可以看出,在当前实例中快速联接器26由管接收件组成,在该管接收件中或在该管接收件上安排有流体供应器12的相关联的管末端,以便将混合室8与流体供应器联接。
图2b中展示了根据本发明的第一示例性实施方式的饮料制备单元3的单个单元的细节视图。在此方面,一方面看到形成为绕过盒2的用于供应流体的管的形式的流体供应器12,以及呈上部和下部形状配合元件20、21形式的盒接收座10。下部形状配合元件21在此与混合室8的下侧的外部轮廓相匹配,并且具有用于饮料流出口11的凹陷部以及用于快速联接器26的凹陷部。
图2c中示出示意性视图,其中在图2a中展示的盒2被插入到在图2b中展示的饮料制备单元3中。
饮料制备单元3要么是分离的单独机器(所谓的独立装置)要么是冷柜(未图示)的一部分。例如可设想的是,饮料制备单元3安装在此类冷柜的前部。优选对流体供应器12馈送流体,该流体预先通过冷却组件(未图示)来冷却。然后冷却组件再次要么是饮料制备单元3(在此情况下为该独立装置)的一部分要么是与饮料制备单元3处于有效连接的冷柜的一部分。在独立装置的情况下,冷却组件是压缩机冷却单元、吸收器冷却单元或热电制冷器。
任选地,还对流体供应器12馈送流体,该流体预先通过碳酸化器(未展示)添加碳酸。以此方式能够制造添加有碳酸的软饮料。碳酸化器优选是饮料制备单元3的一部分,其中该碳酸化器尤其具有用于可更换的CO2罐的接收座以及在适当时用于从该CO2罐向该流体添加CO2的供应装置。
图3中展示了根据第二示例性实施方式的用于制造饮料的系统1和方法。展示了临时接收件中的情形,其中活塞13借助于盒卸载装置34从其在入口侧4附近的起始位置转移到其在出口侧5附近的终止位置,以便将饮料物质7从贮存器6转移到混合器8中。在此实例中,为了移动活塞13,在活塞13上方在盒2或贮存器6中产生了超压,由此活塞13在混合室的方向上移动。活塞13下方升高的压力导致(如上所述)该另外的密封元件19撕裂并且因此释放转移开口9。当活塞13已经占据下方的终止位置时,再次中断压缩空气供应,使得盒2在饮料制造过程结束之后能够再次被取出。
为了提供超压,在此借助于盒卸载装置34,该盒配备有可替换的压缩空气罐或压缩机。在饮料制备单元3无论如何都具有包括CO2罐的碳酸化器(见上文)的情况下,优选该CO2罐同时还用作盒卸载装置的压缩空气源。
图4中展示了根据在图1中开始时简述的第一实施方式的用于制造饮料的系统1和方法。
在这个第一实施方式中,活塞13不是如第二实施方式中一样用超压而是用推杆16从起始位置转移到终止位置。推杆16借助于盒卸载装置34从上方被引入盒2中,在此撞穿密封元件18并且到达推杆接收件14中。然后通过推杆16的进一步进入,将活塞在混合室8的方向上移动。由此该另外的密封元件19移动并且饮料物质7到达混合室8中。在饮料制造过程完成之后,再次使推杆16从盒2中出来,由此使用者能够将盒2从饮料制备单元3取出。推杆16要么是刚性的并且是从上方竖直或倾斜地直线式引入的。替代地,推杆16半刚性或柔性地形成并且经由曲线从上方引入盒2中,使得饮料制备单元3的构造高度可以减小。可设想的是,推杆16自动地(例如借助于电机)或由使用者手动地致动盒卸载装置34的把手或杆而引入。
图5中展示了根据本发明的第三示例性实施方式的用于制造饮料的系统1和方法。本发明的第三实施方式与借助于图1、2a、2b、2c和4描述的第一实施方式基本上相同。

Claims (15)

14.一种用于用来制造饮料的系统(1)的饮料制备单元(3),所述系统(1)是根据权利要求1至7中的任一项所述的系统,其中所述饮料制备单元(3)具有:所述盒接收座(10),根据权利要求8至13中的任一项所述的盒(2)能够可逆地插入所述盒接收座中;盒卸载装置(34),所述盒卸载装置实现将所述饮料物质(7)从所述贮存器(6)至少部分地转移到混合室(8)中;以及所述流体供应器(12),所述流体供应器引入所述混合室(8)中。
15.根据权利要求14所述的饮料制备单元(3),其中所述饮料制备单元(3)具有用于冷却被供应到所述流体供应器(12)的流体的冷却组件。
