Background
Asexual propagation technology of trees comprises cuttage, grafting, tissue culture and the like, and is used for propagation of trees from the beginning of the 18 th century. The cutting propagation technology is a rapid propagation technology commonly used in production, and is a method for cutting out a part of a trunk or a branch of a forest tree to be used as a seedling raising material for raising seedlings. At present, the cutting propagation technology is widely used in the cultivation process of greening tree species and nursery stocks of the afforestation tree species. Because the proportion of the pith of the wild growing toona sinensis branches is large, the base parts are easy to rot after cuttage, and the cuttage survival rate is low (about 10%).
