9. The method for cutting propagation of toona sinensis with cutting shoots cultivated by building a cutting orchard according to claim 5, wherein in step (7), the following steps are included:
(7-1) during cuttage, digging a ditch with the depth of 10cm on the cuttage seedling bed by using a hoe or digging a hole with the depth of about 10cm on the cuttage seedling bed by using a bamboo stick;
and (7-2) obliquely placing the cutting slips prepared in the step (6) in a soil ditch or a hole, then backfilling soil, compacting, wherein the length of the cutting slips exposed out of the ground is 2cm, and the distance between every two cuttings is 10-15 cm.
10. The method for cutting propagation of toona sinensis with cutting shoots cultivated by constructing a cutting orchard according to claim 5, wherein in step (8):
(8-1) spraying 800 times of thiophanate methyl or carbendazim solution on the seedbed for cuttage in the step (7) after cuttage until the seedbed for cuttage is thoroughly watered;
(8-2) covering a plastic arched shed made of plastics and bamboo chips above the seedbed for cuttage in the step (5), and sealing the periphery of the plastic arched shed;
(8-3) erecting a double-layer shading net with the shading rate of 65 percent above the cuttage seedbed covered with the plastic arched shed, wherein the distance between the first layer of shading net and the ground is 0.5m, and the distance between the second layer of shading net and the ground is 2 m;
(8-4) keeping the temperature in the plastic arch shed at 25 ℃;
(8-5) rooting the stem segments for cuttage to obtain seedlings for cuttage; after the stem segments for cuttage root, the plastic is lifted to water the seedbed in the evening until the humidity of the substrate for cuttage is more than or equal to 60 percent;
(8-6) after the seedlings for cuttage start to sprout, opening the two sides of the plastic arched shed for ventilation for 5-10 days at night, removing the plastic arched shed, and spraying 800 times of thiophanate methyl or carbendazim solution for sterilizing the leaves;
(8-7) after 2 feathery compound leaves grow out of the seedlings for cuttage, transplanting the seedlings for cuttage.
