技术背景
钦州坭兴陶与江苏宜兴紫砂陶、云南建水陶、四川荣昌陶名列中国四大名陶,饮誉中外。考证坭兴陶的历史,在清朝中叶时期,还没有确切的名称,至清朝咸丰年间,钦州陶器发展鼎盛,坭器得以广泛兴用,故得名“坭兴”。坭兴陶产品种类繁多、制作精良、历史悠久,既是一种高雅的工艺品又具有较高的实用价值,深受国内外收藏者的喜爱。
传统钦州坭兴陶的坯料由陶土材料制成,选用钦州本地特有的东泥和西泥为原料。所述东泥为横穿钦州市区的钦江以东地域的泥土,大都存于低洼地带,该泥土致密质软,为软质粘土,颜色为黄白色,含微量石英砂。西泥则为横穿钦州市区的钦江以西地域的泥土,贮存地以小山坡为主,该泥土为致密块状,含有少量K2O、Na2O、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、TiO2、SiO2、MnO2,是一种含铁量较高的紫泥石,颜色为紫红色,表面层有少量铁质浸染,为硬质粘土,可塑性及结合性较东泥差。以东泥、西泥的按照一定的重量百分比混合;用坯料制成各种器型的坯体;然后对坯体进行修整,以达到设计要求;接着对坯体干燥,使坯体水分排出。坭兴陶在制作过程中既不添加任何颜料、不上釉,也不在坯体上用任何着色材料描绘色彩和图案,仅依靠偶尔出现的窑变使坭兴陶呈现无法预测和控制的色彩,及使用雕刻工艺来装饰坯体。所述雕刻工艺即用锋利的钢刀在坯体上雕刻出文字和图案,一般采用平雕工艺和浮雕工艺。
坯体装窑烧制是陶瓷烧结的关键步骤;为了达到较高的烧成率及提高窑变率,普通的坭兴陶坯体烧制的最高温度控制在1100~1200℃,烧制时间为10小时,经烧制后出窑即为坭兴陶器。使用不同坯料制备的陶器坯体,所能承受的烧制温度是有差异的。
坭兴陶坯体是以东泥和西泥两种陶土材料制成,不耐高温,烧制温度超过1200℃,坯体表面会出现裂纹或破损,严重的甚至出现坯体变形和坍塌。所以,在装饰坭兴陶坯体时,不能使用必须经高温烧制才能显色的着色材料(如青花料)描绘纹饰、图案,只依靠烧制时偶尔出现的窑变,使坭兴陶出现不同色彩。
发明内容
本发明针对以上存在问题,提供一种可以在较宽温度范围内烧制坭兴陶制作工艺,具体方案如下:
一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,包括以下步骤:原料选取、风化、混合研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐、手工拉坯、修坯、雕刻、烧成、打磨、抛光;所述的原料包括东泥50~75份、西泥25~50份、煅烧陶土10~20份、AL2O3 1~5份、MnO2 0.5~1份、Sm2O3 0.2~0.5份、FeO 0.1~0.3份、Fe2O3 0.2~0.4份、ZrO2 0.2~0.3份、ZrSiO4 0.3~0.5份、CuO 0.2~0.6份、ZnO 1~2份、Li2O 0.1~1.5份。
进一步方案,所述的高温烧结泥料配方中AL2O3用量不小于4份。
进一步方案,所述的低温烧结泥料配方中Li2O用量不小于1份。
进一步方案,所述的煅烧陶土粒径在2μm以下。

虽然在上文中已经参考了一些实施例对本发明进行描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效无替换其中的技术点,尤其是,只要不存在技术冲突,本发明所披露的各种实施例中的各项特征均可通过任一方式结合起来使用,在本发明中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举的描述仅仅是处于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而且包括落入权利要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,包括以下步骤:原料选取、风化、混合研磨、压滤、真空练泥、陈腐、手工拉坯、修坯、雕刻、烧成、打磨、抛光;其特征在于,所述的原料包括东泥50~75份、西泥25~50份、煅烧陶土10~20份、AL2O3 1~5份、MnO2 0.5~1份、Sm2O3 0.2~0.5份、FeO0.1~0.3份、Fe2O3 0.2~0.4份、ZrO2 0.2~0.3份、ZrSiO4 0.3~0.5份、CuO 0.2~0.6份、ZnO 1~2份、Li2O 0.1~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的高温烧结泥料配方中AL2O3用量不小于4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的低温烧结泥料配方中Li2O用量不小于1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的煅烧陶土粒径在2μm以下。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的陈腐是指在将所有添加剂混合均与后,在避光、相对空气湿度大于等于80%、温度18-22℃条件下静置,时间不少于15天。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的真空炼泥的真空度小于等于-75KPa。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽温域烧结坭兴陶,其特征在于,所述的烧成是指把干燥的坯体放入到窑炉中,将温度逐渐升高,升温速度为每小时60~100℃,升到500~600℃以后,升温速度为每小时120~150℃,直至升到1100-1300℃,并在该温度下,持续烧制16~24小时。
