本发明涉及紫砂日用品和艺术品制造领域,具体为以紫砂为胎、通过施底釉、面釉及装饰釉,采取两次烧制生成的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法。
背景技术
百年历史记载,紫砂陶瓷在中国“南有宜兴,北有平定”的说法很盛行。多年以来,市场上流行的紫砂产品最有名的是无釉紫砂壶,然后是以成本低廉为诉求的其它紫砂日用品。
山西省平定县有丰富的紫砂资源,借助原料优势,发扬传统,立足创新,找准市场契机,弘扬陶瓷文化,发明实用、高雅、时尚、高端的紫砂日用陶瓷制品和工艺美术制品,创造可观的经济效益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,颠覆传统紫砂的定位,让丰富多彩的窑变釉与紫砂胎紧密结合,令其制品即高、大、上又接地气,目标客户对准国内外高端市场的同时,也顾及基层老百姓的需要。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、紫砂泥料的制备;
(2)、将紫砂泥料粉碎后配料,入球磨细磨,练泥,陈腐,制坯,干燥,修坯,素烧,获得半成品素坯;
(3)、在半成品素坯上施底釉;
(4)、在施好底釉的半成品素坯上施面釉;
(5)、在施好面釉的半成品素坯上施装饰釉;
(6)、入窑烧制:具体为,在2h内由室温均匀升温至200℃;之后在3h内由200℃均匀升温至500℃;之后在3.5h内由500摄氏度均匀升温至900℃;之后在2h内由900℃均匀升温至1100℃;之后在1h内由1100℃均匀升温至1150℃;之后在1.5h内由1150℃均匀降温至600℃,之后在3h内由600℃降温至室温,出窑。
紫砂是一种介于陶器与瓷器之间的陶瓷制品,其特点是结构致密,接近瓷化,强度较大,颗粒细小,断口为贝壳状或石状,但不具有瓷胎的半透明性。平定紫砂器胎质具有这种特性,而且,器表光滑平整,含有小颗粒状的变化,表现出一种砂质效果。
紫砂窑变釉在900~1150℃时,底釉会产生大量气泡,气泡来自坯体本身,也有来自釉层中的气体,这些气泡会冲破面釉和装饰釉交混形成色泡,冷却后形成了以黑斑为中心、其它色釉相互交织的花斑,期间面釉也会融化封闭釉面,从而形成各种窑变釉效果。窑变釉中多色组分在高温下,发生氧化还原反应导致颜色变化;借助分解反应产生的气体搅拌作用,产生细微纹理;通过分相、结晶得到各种花纹;利用熔融釉料的流淌和不同颜色组分的相互扩散形成独特、自然的流纹。
本发明方法制备的紫砂精陶器具有如下优点:
1、紫砂与窑变釉的结合好,烧后没有阴裂和阳裂。
2、窑变釉紫砂以深色调为主,花斑大小错落有致,立体感强。
3、制作的日用品强度大,在宾馆饭店使用不易损坏。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
一种窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,工艺流程:原料拣选-粉碎-配料-入球磨细磨-练泥-陈腐-制坯-干燥-修坯-素烧-施底釉-施面釉-施装饰釉-入窑-烧成-成品。
一、紫砂素坯制备
1、紫砂泥料的制备;配方:平定紫砂土90%,长石5%,石英4%,特种添加剂(煅烧滑石粉)1%。
紫砂泥料化学成分:

紫砂泥料细度:0.2~0.5%;
紫砂泥料成型水分:19~21%;
底釉釉浆比重:1.5~1.6(波美比重);
面釉釉浆比重:1.4~1.5(波美比重);
紫砂坯素烧,第一次素坯烧成,装窑要平稳,以防止变形。根据不同产品要求,素坯烧制温度为800~820℃或者1050℃。采用素烧温度为1050℃,素烧过程中,在350℃保温3h,在900℃保温3.5h,在1050℃保温2h。素烧升温曲线在350℃、900℃、1050℃时适当保温,以保证结晶水、结构水、氧化物、有机物挥发完全。素烧半成品吸水率控制在2%~3%为宜。素烧半成品检选后要注意防尘、防油污,避免施釉困难。
二、窑变釉的制备
1、底釉干料配方:平定紫砂土50%,长石15%,石英19%,黏土5%,方解石8%,特种添加剂3%。
底釉化学成分:
其中,特种添加剂为A配方或者B配方或者C配方;如下:
A配方:铅丹34.3%,氧化锡7.2%,碳酸镁20.1%,沉淀碳酸钙3.0%,硼砂35.4%;
B配方:长石35%,白云石5%,沉淀碳酸钙18%,瓷土(高岭土)7%,硼酸11%,石英24%;
C配方:长石17%,白云石6%,沉淀碳酸钙15%,硅酸铅30%,瓷土8%,石英22%,钛粉2%;
特种添加剂具体制备为,按配方配料后研磨均匀,过筛100目,置入匣钵1100℃烧成,细磨备用。
2、面釉干料配方:透锂长石56%,石英12%,白云石9%,煅烧氧化锌3%,煅烧滑石粉2%,磷酸钡3%,广西黏土10%,砂石3%,锆英石3%。
其中,砂石优选采用山西省大同市采取的砂石煅烧后获得。
面釉化学成分:
釉浆制备:原料拣选后经粉碎,配料,入球磨细磨成粉状,加水后配成釉浆。
3、装饰釉为60%的各种色料加40%的底釉釉浆构成。
4、具体工艺:
底釉和面釉是先后进行的,装饰釉在面釉干燥后进行。
施釉工序:备好釉(底釉、面釉、装饰釉)-素坯磨底-施底釉-施面釉-擦底-略干燥-点装饰釉(各种色料60%+40%底釉)-修釉-干燥备入窑。
二次釉烧烧成曲线如下:
室温——200℃ 2小时,
200℃——500℃ 3小时,
500℃——900℃ 3.5小时,
900℃——1100℃ 2小时,
1100℃——1150℃ 1小时,
1150℃——600℃ 1.5小时,
600℃——出窑 3小时。
平定紫砂原料的选矿:平定偏隅太行腹地,是山西陶瓷生产的绝胜之处。在该县苇池、大峪、冠庄垴等地,分布有较为丰富的紫砂陶土。不同位置的紫砂矿成份不同,性能也有差异,因此,每批紫砂原料都要化验,根据紫砂原料的变化调整坯釉配方。平定紫砂原料含铁量较高,经烧成后,胎质坚细,颗粒分布均匀,色以古铜为主,叩之有金属之声。
用本发明技术生产日用品,工艺基本同日用陶瓷工艺,最关键的是窑变釉的调试。窑变即器物在窑内烧成时,由于窑中含有多种呈色元素,经氧化还原作用,出窑后呈现意想不到的釉色效果。由于其出现出于偶然,形态特别,于窑内焙烧过程变化而得,故称之为“窑变”。
用本发明生产工艺美术品,追求的是制品的美感和独特性,因此工艺过程在突出窑变釉的同时,产品器型的设计也是锦上添花的必要保证。在造型上突破传统,更符合当代人的审美观念。
因窑变釉是釉料在高温烧成的过程中,多色组分相互流淌或扩散形成,出窑后呈现出色差反差、图案花纹变化莫测、独一无二的釉色效果,所以在面釉中添加不同的色料会呈现不同的颜色窑变。
窑变釉是一种艺术釉,变化最多,色彩最丰富,形态也最复杂。偶然中有必然,必然中有偶然,每一个窑变釉紫砂产品即相同又不同。
窑变釉是一种典型的二液相、分相釉,釉中氧化铝含量低,氧化硅含量高,并含有极少的氧化磷,釉中的红色则是由于还原铜的呈色作用,由于采用还原气氛,降低了氧化铁的含量,烧成的釉色以浓淡不一的蓝色乳光釉为主,并出现错综掩映的多种窑变花斑。
窑变釉主要表现为乌金、兔毫、油滴、鹧鸪斑、䂂变、天目及杂花等七种效果,每种效果又在传统窑变中细分,细分的独特性体现了该发明技术的核心内涵,使得紫砂精陶器的花色品种琳琅满目、色彩斑斓,具有国际先进水平。
所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照本发明实施例进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明的技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖本发明的权利要求保护范围中。

Claims (10)

1.一种窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、紫砂泥料的制备;
(2)、将紫砂泥料粉碎后配料,入球磨细磨,练泥,陈腐,制坯,干燥,修坯,素烧,获得半成品素坯;
(3)、在半成品素坯上施底釉;
(4)、在施好底釉的半成品素坯上施面釉;
(5)、在施好面釉的半成品素坯上施装饰釉;
(6)、入窑烧制:具体为,在2h内由室温均匀升温至200℃;之后在3h内由200℃均匀升温至500℃;之后在3.5h内由500摄氏度均匀升温至900℃;之后在2h内由900℃均匀升温至1100℃;之后在1h内由1100℃均匀升温至1150℃;之后在1.5h内由1150℃均匀降温至600℃,之后在3h内由600℃降温至室温,出窑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,素烧温度为1050℃,素烧过程中,在350℃保温3h,在900℃保温3.5h,在1050℃保温2h;或者,素烧温度为800-820℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,紫砂泥料配方:平定紫砂土90%,长石5%,石英4%,特种添加剂1%;其中,特种添加剂为煅烧滑石粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,泥料成型水分为19~21%;泥料细度为0.2~0.5%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,底釉釉浆比重为1.5~1.6波美比重。
6.根据权利要求5所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:底釉干料配方:平定紫砂土50%,长石15%,石英19%,黏土5%,方解石8%,特种添加剂3%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,面釉釉浆比重为1.4~1.5波美比重。
8.根据权利要求7所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:面釉干料配方:透锂长石56%,石英12%,白云石9%,煅烧氧化锌3%,煅烧滑石粉2%,磷酸钡3%,广西黏土10%,砂石3%,锆英石3%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,装饰釉为60%的色料加40%的底釉釉浆构成。
10.根据权利要求6所述的窑变釉紫砂精陶器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述特种添加剂为A配方或者B配方或者C配方;
所述A配方:铅丹34.3%,氧化锡7.2%,碳酸镁20.1%,沉淀碳酸钙3.0%,硼砂35.4%;
所述B配方:长石35%,白云石5%,沉淀碳酸钙18%,瓷土7%,硼酸11%,石英24%;
所述C配方:长石17%,白云石6%,沉淀碳酸钙15%,硅酸铅30%,瓷土8%,石英22%,钛粉2%;
所述特种添加剂具体制备为,按配方配料后研磨均匀,过筛100目,置入匣钵1100℃烧成,细磨备用。
