8)根据前述项中的一项或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括通过汽蒸室汽蒸浸渍有所述水溶液的所述已印刷的织物以把所述油墨固定于所述织物的步骤,所述汽蒸步骤包括在所述数字印刷步骤和所述干燥步骤之间。
9)根据前述项中的一项或多项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括洗涤所述已印刷的并且已汽蒸的织物的步骤,所述洗涤步骤适合于从所述织物消除所述油墨的过量部分,所述洗涤步骤包括在所述汽蒸步骤和所述干燥步骤之间。

实施本发明的方式
参照附图,根据本发明的用于织物和类似物的印刷和修整的方法的第一实施方案通过系统来进行,系统在图1中通常由参考数字1a指定,并且包括把织物2从第一卷轴3退绕的步骤,补偿速度并且在适合的站4中把织物2铺开以用于把织物2定位在设置有在其上发生数字印刷步骤的例如粘合剂类型的支撑装置的传送带5上的步骤。
有利地,与传送带5横向地,具有多个设置有印刷头7的杆6,印刷头7被用电子仪器控制并且与传送带5的运动同步化。
更精确地,印刷头7是压电喷墨类型的并且以使得覆盖传送带5的宽度并且允许连续印刷的方式定位在杆6中的每一个上。
然后,提供干燥织物2的步骤以及把其缠绕至第二卷轴11上的步骤。该干燥步骤可以在汽蒸室12或类似物中使用热空气来发生。

总而言之,在所提出的实施方案二者中,根据本发明的方法包括在相对于彼此依次布置的相应的站中进行的步骤的顺序,且织物2连续地经过它们全部。
更精确地,关于第一实施方案,根据本发明的数字印刷和修整的连续方法适合于例如用酸或分散油墨印刷的织物,并且,关于第二实施方案,根据本发明的数字印刷和修整的连续方法适合于例如用反应性油墨例如一氯三嗪/二氯三嗪和乙烯砜印刷的织物。
在实践中,已经发现,根据本发明的用于织物和类似物的数字印刷和修整的方法实现意图的目标和目的,因为其比常规的数字印刷方法更快。
根据本发明的方法的另一个优点包括作为干燥过程的数量的减少和蒸发时间的减少的结果,其能够实现能量节约。
根据本发明的方法的另外的优点包括由于过程的连续性,消除了为了获得所需要的产品,织物在多个必需的步骤之间的运动。
因此设想的用于织物和类似物的印刷和修整的方法可以有许多修改和变化形式,其全部在所附的权利要求的范围内。
例如,代替在输入中和在输出中使织物在卷轴上,织物可以被布置在片材中。
此外,所有细节可以用其他技术上等效的要素代替。
在实践中,所采用的材料(只要它们与特定的用途相容)以及可能的尺寸和形状可以根据要求是任何。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于织物的数字印刷和修整方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
把织物从第一卷轴退绕的步骤,
补偿速度并且铺开所述织物以把所述织物定位在设置有在其上发生数字印刷步骤的粘合剂类型的支撑装置的传送带上的步骤,随后是
干燥所述织物的步骤,以及
把所述织物缠绕至第二卷轴上或者把所述织物布置在片材中的步骤,
各所述步骤在相对于彼此依次布置的相应的站中进行,并且所述织物连续地经过所述站,
横向于所述传送带,具有多个设置有多个压电喷墨印刷头的杆,所述多个压电喷墨印刷头被用电子仪器控制并且与所述传送带的运动同步化,
其中,所述多个压电喷墨印刷头以使得覆盖所述传送带的宽度并且允许连续印刷的方式布置在所述杆中的每一个上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括把从所述第一卷轴退绕的所述织物浸没在容纳适合于促进把油墨固定在所述织物上的水溶液的罐中的步骤,所述浸没步骤包括在所述退绕步骤和所述速度补偿和铺开步骤之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述水溶液包含选自由pH稳定化合物和盐构成的组的至少一种或多种物质。
4.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以使得把所述水溶液的过量部分从所述织物的纤维消除的方式挤压浸渍有所述水溶液的所述织物的步骤,所述挤压步骤包括在所述浸没步骤和所述速度补偿和铺开步骤之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括通过汽蒸室汽蒸浸渍有所述水溶液的已印刷的织物以把所述油墨固定于所述织物的步骤,所述汽蒸步骤包括在所述数字印刷步骤和所述干燥步骤之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括洗涤已印刷的并且已汽蒸的织物的步骤,所述洗涤步骤适合于从所述织物消除所述油墨的过量部分,所述洗涤步骤包括在所述汽蒸步骤和所述干燥步骤之间。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述汽蒸步骤中,所述织物保留相似于之前的步骤的湿度水平的湿度水平,并且从而加速颜色向所述织物的纤维中渗透的过程。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述汽蒸步骤中,所述织物的速度在1至100米每分钟之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述织物保持在所述汽蒸室中10至40秒。
