随着汽车普及率的不断提高,汽车轻量化、安全化、舒适化和环保成为当今汽车工业发展的主要趋势,将塑料替代金属用于汽车制造是汽车工业实现以上目标的一个重要手段,每辆汽车塑料的用量也成为衡量汽车生产技术水平高低的重要标志之一。聚氯乙烯,英文名:polyvinylchloride,简称PVC,是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。有较好的机械性能,对有机和无机酸、碱、盐均稳定,具有难燃、耐酸碱、抗微生物、耐磨并具有较好的保暖性和弹性。因其具有诸多优点,而被广泛用于管材、棒材、薄膜、绝缘材料等方面,其产量仅次于聚乙烯(PE)而居世界树脂产量的第二位。但是PVC树脂的制品的抗冲击性能不佳,韧性差,属于脆性材料,PVC树脂制成的塑料制品,在长时间使用后,可能出现变形等问题,这极大地限制了PVC树脂在某些领域的应用。

3)将底层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000~1100转/分钟,将混合料经挤出机挤出得到流延膜形成底层,底层胶黏复合在PP泡棉与面层之间;
4)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,加工温度为105~115℃,车速10~15米/分钟,干燥,形成PVC表皮;
5)使用压花机对PVC表皮进行花纹成型,PVC表皮经过灯管加热软化到175~185℃,使用花纹钢棍进行表面花纹成型;
6)成型后入检验程序,检验合格后按客户要求裁断包装、标识。

表层:所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:70份;交联剂:8份;耐磨助剂:6份。
一种可作为模具使用的PVC表皮的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)采用印刷的加工工艺,将509胶黏剂转移到PP泡棉表面,并在140℃下烘烤1分钟,运行车速达到27米/分钟;
2)将聚醚型聚氨酯sk50涂覆于离型纸表面,并烘干成膜,形成面层,再在面层表面涂覆粘合剂hx930g,并在110℃的烘箱中烘干,运行加工速度20米/分钟;
3)将底层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,将混合料经挤出机挤出得到流延膜形成底层,流延膜的厚度为1mm,底层胶黏复合在PP泡棉与面层之间;
4)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,加工温度为115℃,车速15米/分钟,干燥,形成PVC表皮;
5)使用压花机对PVC表皮进行花纹成型,PVC表皮经过灯管加热软化到175℃,使用花纹钢棍进行表面花纹成型;
6)成型后入检验程序,检验合格后按客户要求裁断包装、标识。
对实施例2制备得到的PVC表皮进行性能测试,结果如表1所示。

本发明所述的一种可作为模具使用的PVC表皮及其制备方法,方法简单可控、重复性好,利用该方法制备得到的PVC表皮可直接作为模具转印表面花纹,精密度高,可精确控制花纹,同时具有良好的物理性能,使用寿命长。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims (7)

1.一种可作为模具使用的PVC表皮,其特征在于,由下至上依次包括:
PP泡棉;
底层:所述底层包括如下重量份数的组分:TPU颗粒:20~30份;PVC树脂粉:60~80份;稳定剂:2~5份;增塑剂:1~4份;发泡剂:2~8份;阻燃剂:1~5份;
面层:聚醚型聚氨酯;
表层:所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:50~70份;交联剂:3~8份;耐磨助剂:1~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可作为模具使用的PVC表皮,其特征在于,所述底层包括如下重量份数的组分:TPU颗粒:20~26份;PVC树脂粉:60~70份;稳定剂:3~5份;增塑剂:2~4份;发泡剂:2~5份;阻燃剂:3~5份;
所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:50~60份;交联剂:5~8份;耐磨助剂:3~6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可作为模具使用的PVC表皮,其特征在于,所述底层包括如下重量份数的组分:TPU颗粒:24份;PVC树脂粉:63份;稳定剂:4份;增塑剂:3份;发泡剂:3.5份;阻燃剂:4份;
所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:52份;交联剂:7份;耐磨助剂:5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可作为模具使用的PVC表皮,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂、钡锌稳定剂或S-3复合稳定剂,所述增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯和非邻苯甲酸的混合物,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺或含偶氮二甲酰胺的混合物,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可作为模具使用的PVC表皮,其特征在于,所述聚碳型水性处理剂包括聚碳型亮面085和聚碳型雾面549,其重量比为1:0.3~0.4。
6.如权利要求1~5所述的一种可作为模具使用的PVC表皮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)采用印刷的加工工艺,将509胶黏剂转移到PP泡棉表面,并在140~150℃下烘烤1分钟,运行车速达到25~29米/分钟;
2)将聚醚型聚氨酯sk50涂覆于离型纸表面,并烘干成膜,形成面层,再在面层表面涂覆粘合剂hx930g,并在110~120℃的烘箱中烘干,运行加工速度16~20米/分钟;
3)将底层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000~1100转/分钟,将混合料经挤出机挤出得到流延膜形成底层,底层胶黏复合在PP泡棉与面层之间;
4)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,加工温度为105~115℃,车速10~15米/分钟,干燥,形成PVC表皮;
5)使用压花机对PVC表皮进行花纹成型,PVC表皮经过灯管加热软化到175~185℃,使用花纹钢棍进行表面花纹成型;
6)成型后入检验程序,检验合格后按客户要求裁断包装、标识。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种可作为模具使用的PVC表皮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中流延膜的厚度为1~3mm。
