随着汽车普及率的不断提高,汽车轻量化、安全化、舒适化和环保成为当今汽车工业发展的主要趋势,将塑料替代金属用于汽车制造是汽车工业实现以上目标的一个重要手段,每辆汽车塑料的用量也成为衡量汽车生产技术水平高低的重要标志之一。聚氯乙烯,英文名:polyvinylchloride,简称PVC,是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。有较好的机械性能,对有机和无机酸、碱、盐均稳定,具有难燃、耐酸碱、抗微生物、耐磨并具有较好的保暖性和弹性。因其具有诸多优点,而被广泛用于管材、棒材、薄膜、绝缘材料等方面,其产量仅次于聚乙烯(PE)而居世界树脂产量的第二位。但是PVC树脂的制品的抗冲击性能不佳,韧性差,属于脆性材料,PVC树脂制成的塑料制品,在长时间使用后,可能出现变形等问题,这极大地限制了PVC树脂在某些领域的应用。

发泡层:所述发泡层包括如下重量份数的组分:TPU颗粒:10~15份;PVC树脂粉:50~65份;稳定剂:0.5~2.5份;增塑剂:0.1~1份;发泡剂:1~5份;阻燃剂:0.3~3份;
面层:聚醚型聚氨酯sk50;
表层:所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:40~60份;交联剂:1~8份;耐磨助剂:0.5~5份。

所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:40~50份;交联剂:4~8份;耐磨助剂:2~5份。

1)选用平整、完好的基布,清洗并干燥;
2)采用印刷的加工工艺,将509胶黏剂转移到基布表面,并在130~140℃下烘烤1分钟,运行车速达到25~29米/分钟;
3)将聚醚型聚氨酯sk50涂覆于离型纸表面,并烘干成膜,形成面层,再在面层表面涂覆粘合剂hx930g,并在110~120℃的烘箱中烘干,运行加工速度16~20米/分钟;
4)将发泡层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000~1200转/分钟,将混合料经挤出机挤出得到流延膜形成发泡层,发泡层胶黏复合在基布与面层之间;
5)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,干燥,形成车用包覆件;
6)真空吸塑花纹成型,在真空吸塑的滚轮上,经过烘烤使软化后的车用包覆件在吸纹辊负压作用下成型;
7)成型后入检验程序,检验合格后按客户要求裁断包装、标识。

面层:聚醚型聚氨酯sk50;
表层:所述表层包括如下重量份数的组分:聚碳型水性处理剂:42份;交联剂:1.5份;耐磨助剂:0.5份。
一种改性PVC车用包覆件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)选用平整、完好的基布,清洗并干燥;
2)采用印刷的加工工艺,将509胶黏剂转移到基布表面,并在140℃下烘烤1分钟,运行车速达到27米/分钟;
3)将聚醚型聚氨酯sk50涂覆于离型纸表面,并烘干成膜,形成面层,再在面层表面涂覆粘合剂hx930g,并在110℃的烘箱中烘干,运行加工速度16米/分钟;
4)将发泡层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,将混合料经挤出机挤出得到流延膜形成发泡层,流延膜的厚度为3mm,发泡层胶黏复合在基布与面层之间;
5)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,干燥,形成车用包覆件;
6)真空吸塑花纹成型,在真空吸塑的滚轮上,经过烘烤使软化后的车用包覆件在吸纹辊负压作用下成型;

6)真空吸塑花纹成型,在真空吸塑的滚轮上,经过烘烤使软化后的车用包覆件在吸纹辊负压作用下成型;

5)将表层中各组分按配比混合均匀,以辊涂的形式涂覆于面层表面,干燥,形成车用包覆件;
6)真空吸塑花纹成型,在真空吸塑的滚轮上,经过烘烤使软化后的车用包覆件在吸纹辊负压作用下成型;
7)成型后入检验程序,检验合格后按客户要求裁断包装、标识。
将实施例2制备得到的改性PVC车用包覆膜进行性能测试,结果如表1所示。
