Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:薄膜级聚乙烯60-80份、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-5份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯2-3份、溶剂20-40份、增塑剂2-4份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-2份、有机硅3-5份、引发剂0.3-0.4份。本发明科学的搭配及控制用量保证了塑料成膜具有优越的耐刮擦性,又能使塑料薄膜在自然条件下较易裂解,保护了环境。在熔融的过程中控制熔融的温度,保证其成型效果不受影响,得到的塑料薄膜具有良好的韧性、致密性,同时抗静电耐久性,耐水洗和耐擦洗性均有显著改善。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜制造工艺领域,尤其涉及一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜。
背景技术
低密度聚乙烯薄膜一般采用吹塑和流延两种工艺制成。流延聚乙烯薄膜的厚度均匀,但由于价格较高,成本较低,所以应用最为广泛。低密度聚乙烯薄膜是一种半透明、有光泽、质地较柔软的薄膜,具有优良的化学稳定性、热封性、耐水性和防潮性,耐冷冻,可水煮。其主要缺点是对氧气的阻隔性较差,常用于复合软包装材料的内层薄膜,而且也是目前应用最广泛、用量最大的一种塑料包装薄膜,约占塑料包装薄膜耗用量的40%以上。
用塑料薄膜制作的塑料袋轻、薄、不透水、强度较大、成本低,是一种很好的包装材料,塑料袋的使用给人们的生活带来了极大的方便,使塑料带的用量越来越大,用过后的废弃塑料袋不易回收,特别是不易降解,大量的废弃塑料袋已成为当前污染环境的一个严重的问题。现有的塑料薄膜的制造工艺中严格控制材料的熔融程度,以保证各材料完全熔融以保证材料的流动性较好,吹膜得到的塑料薄膜的物理性能良好,避免由于熔融材料的分布不均匀,存在颗粒而影响成型出现小洞等情况而导致塑料薄膜的使用性能较差的问题。
目前的塑料薄膜介电常数小,一般属于非导体,绝缘性能较高,因此,静电的产生是不能避免的。由于静电电荷积聚在塑料薄膜的表面,易造成表面吸附尘埃,甚至引起放电,造成火灾。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,具有塑料薄膜良好物理性能的基础上,同时具有薄膜材料的防静电性能持久性。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
薄膜级聚乙烯60-80份、2- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-5份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯2-3份、溶剂20-40份、增塑剂2-4份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-2份、有机硅3-5份、引发剂 0.3-0.4份。
上述的溶剂是甲苯、聚乳酸或乙酸乙酯。
上述的引发剂是对甲苯磺酰胺和磷酸三苯酯按照重量比1:1组成的混合物。
上述的增塑剂是甘油、乙二醇或者聚乙二醇。
一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)混料:按照原料重量份数比取原料,搅拌各组分原料预混合,得预混合料;
(2)将预混合料注入塑料吹膜机的料仓,设置预热温度为135℃,逐渐升高温度为220℃高温熔化,熔化后挤出成膜,冷却。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明原料以薄膜级聚乙烯为主,添加了增塑剂的辅助成分,科学的搭配及控制用量保证了塑料成膜具有优越的耐刮擦性,又能使塑料薄膜在自然条件下较易裂解,保护了环境。在熔融的过程中控制熔融的温度,保证其成型效果不受影响,得到的塑料薄膜具有良好的韧性、致密性,同时抗静电耐久性,耐水洗和耐擦洗性均有显著改善。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:薄膜级聚乙烯60份、2- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯2份、甲苯30份、甘油2份、亚磷酸三苯酯2份、有机硅3份、对甲苯磺酰胺和磷酸三苯酯按照重量比1:1组成的引发剂 0.3份。
按照原料重量份数比取原料,搅拌各组分原料预混合,得预混合料;将预混合料注入塑料吹膜机的料仓,设置预热温度为135℃,逐渐升高温度为220℃高温熔化,熔化后挤出成膜,冷却。
实施例2
一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:薄膜级聚乙烯65份、2- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯3份、聚乳酸30份、乙二醇4份、亚磷酸三苯酯2份、有机硅5份、对甲苯磺酰胺和磷酸三苯酯按照重量比1:1组成的引发剂 0.4份。
按照原料重量份数比取原料,搅拌各组分原料预混合,得预混合料;将预混合料注入塑料吹膜机的料仓,设置预热温度为135℃,逐渐升高温度为220℃高温熔化,熔化后挤出成膜,冷却。
实施例3
一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:薄膜级聚乙烯65份、2- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯3份、乙酸乙酯30份、聚乙二醇4份、亚磷酸三苯酯2份、有机硅5份、对甲苯磺酰胺和磷酸三苯酯按照重量比1:1组成的引发剂 0.3份。

1.一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,原料按照重量份组成如下:
薄膜级聚乙烯60-80份、2- 甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-5份、烷氧化丙烯酸月桂酯2-3份、溶剂20-40份、增塑剂2-4份、亚磷酸三苯酯1-2份、有机硅3-5份、引发剂 0.3-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述的溶剂是甲苯、聚乳酸或乙酸乙酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述的引发剂是对甲苯磺酰胺和磷酸三苯酯按照重量比1:1组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂是甘油、乙二醇或者聚乙二醇。
5.一种防静电环保型塑料薄膜的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
