本发明公开一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法,属于材料领域;该发泡革先将发泡剂、TPU颗粒和热稳定剂后密炼制备的发泡剂颗粒与TPU颗粒及钙粉混合,开炼制备发泡TPU膜,并将其与基布复合压制,得到初级发泡革;在将其与环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料制备的TPU表皮膜复合压制,再经水性处理剂进行表面、处理后烘干、发泡,即得;与现有技术相比,本发明采用自行研制的发泡剂颗粒,工艺简单、易控,不使用增塑剂,发泡过程安全环保,制得的发泡发泡革具有良好的综合性能,符合高标准环保要求,耐火性强,且在暴露在阳光下的环境里使用时间更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,特别是一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法。
背景技术
发泡材料是以塑料(PE、EVA、PVC、PET等)原材料,加以催化剂、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂等辅料,通过物理发泡或交联发泡,使塑料和橡胶中出现大量细微泡沫,体积增加,密度减少,所获得的发泡材料质量轻、柔软度好,具备缓冲、吸音、吸震、保温、过滤等功能,广泛应用于电子、家电、汽车、体育休闲等行业。 目前用PVC发泡的产品使用了大量的增塑剂,在生产过程及使用过程中会产生有害气体,对操作工人身体健康造成伤害,因此PVC发泡的产品很难达到高标准环保要求。
TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶) 是一类硬度范围宽(60HA-85HD)、耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好的新型材料,由于其在生产过程中可以不添加增塑剂而保持材料本身柔软的性能,因此作为环保材料而广泛用于日用品、体育用品、玩具、室内装饰材料等领域。目前市售TPU发泡革产品暴露在阳光下会大大缩减使用时间而且耐火性较低,难以满足汽车内饰用革等场合使用的需要。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法,制得的发泡发泡革具有良好的综合性能,既符合高标准环保要求,而且耐火性强,且在暴露在阳光下的环境里使用时间更长,本发明是这样实现的:
一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)制备发泡剂颗粒
将发泡剂、热稳定剂及TPU颗粒混合后投入密炼机,180℃混炼半小时,获得发泡剂颗粒;
(2)制备发泡TPU膜
将发泡剂颗粒、TPU颗粒及钙粉混合后,投入密炼机,于240℃密炼至混合均匀后,再投入开炼机中,180℃开炼并过滤;过滤产物进行二次开炼,开炼温度为190℃,开炼产物输送至四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为190℃、200℃、240℃、200℃,制得发泡TPU膜;
(3)压制发泡TPU膜
将发泡TPU膜与基布压制复合,获得初级发泡革;
(4)制备TPU表皮膜
将环保无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线431添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料于260℃下熔融混合,并压延获得厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(5)压制TPU表皮膜
将TPU表皮膜冷却与初级发泡革的发泡层面复合压制,得到中级发泡革;
(6)表面处理
将水性处理剂涂饰于中级发泡革的面层,150℃烘干;
(7)发泡吸纹
将经过表面处理后的中级发泡革于240℃发泡40秒,然后经过真空吸纹机吸出花纹,即获得所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法中,步骤(1)发泡剂、热稳定剂及TPU颗粒的质量比为3:1:5。
进一步,本发明所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法中,步骤(2)中发泡剂颗粒、TPU颗粒及钙粉的质量比为1:5:1。

具体实施方式
以下实施例中的原料均为市售产品。
实施例1 制备环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革
一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法,其具体步骤如下:
(1)制备发泡剂颗粒:
以重量份计,将6重量份发泡剂(SN-693)、2重量份的热稳定剂(LF522)、10份TPU颗粒投入高速搅拌机搅拌后再投入密炼机进行混炼,温度设置为180℃,混炼半小时左右,通过观察直至混合物已充分混合后,将混合物破碎得到发泡剂颗粒;
(2)制备发泡TPU膜:
以总量份计,将18份发泡剂颗粒、90份TPU颗粒及18份钙粉先投入高速搅拌机搅拌后再投入240℃密炼机密炼至充分混合,再经开炼机开炼,开炼时间20分钟,开炼温度设置为180℃,再经过滤机过滤,滤网选用60目,将混合物中的颗粒杂质等过滤掉,然后再二次开炼,开炼温度设置为190℃,开炼时间20分钟,开炼后的混合物通过输送机直接送到四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为190℃、200℃、240℃、200℃,通过调整牵引速度及辊距间隙来控制拉出TPU膜的厚度。
(3)压制发泡TPU膜:
在上述制得的发泡TPU膜冷却前,将其与基布在0.8MPa压力下压制复合,冷却后得到初级发泡革;
(4)制备TPU表皮膜:
以重量份计,将3重量份环保无卤阻燃剂(无卤FR-813)、1重量份抗紫外线431添加剂(抗紫外线吸收剂UV-360 常州新策高分子材料有限公司)、100重量份热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(即TPU颗粒)及8重量份色料,在260℃下熔融混合,并压延制得到厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(5)压制TPU表皮膜:
在上述制得的TPU表皮膜冷却前,将其与上述制得的初级发泡革的发泡层面在0.8MPa压力下复合压制,冷却后得到中级发泡革;
(6)表面处理:
对上述制得的中级发泡革进行水性表面处理,将水性处理剂(水性PU混合水性阻燃剂MT-2153及水性抗紫外线剂UV-531)涂饰于面层(TPU表皮膜),然后在150℃下烘干;
(7)发泡:
将表面处理后的中级发泡革在240℃烘箱中进行发泡,发泡时间应控制在40秒左右,避免发泡时间过短导致不充分发泡或发泡时间过长导致的表面层阻燃材料及抗紫外线材料突出引起表面层不平整。发泡后经真空吸纹机吸纹,再经检验成卷便可成成品。
对本实施例获得的复合材料进行检测,其耐磨强度达到800转/1KG无损伤,拉力强度达到11.5KG,撕裂强度达到4.5KG,环保性能通过REACH173项检测。
保性能符合REACH173项检测标准。

1.一种环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
制备发泡剂颗粒
将发泡剂、热稳定剂及TPU颗粒混合后投入密炼机,180℃混炼半小时,获得发泡剂颗粒;
(2)制备发泡TPU膜
将发泡剂颗粒、TPU颗粒及钙粉混合后,投入密炼机,于240℃密炼至混合均匀后,再投入开炼机中,180℃开炼并过滤;过滤产物进行二次开炼,开炼温度为190℃,开炼产物输送至四辊压延机压延,压延机四根辊筒温度分别设置为190℃、200℃、240℃、200℃,制得发泡TPU膜;
(3)压制发泡TPU膜
将发泡TPU膜与基布压制复合,获得初级发泡革;
(4)制备TPU表皮膜
将无卤阻燃剂、抗紫外线添加剂、TPU颗粒及色料于260℃下熔融混合,并压延获得厚度范围为0.1-1.5mm的TPU表皮膜;
(5)压制TPU表皮膜
将TPU表皮膜冷却与初级发泡革的发泡层面复合压制,得到中级发泡革;
(6)表面处理
将水性处理剂涂饰于中级发泡革的面层,150℃烘干;
(7)发泡吸纹
将经过表面处理后的中级发泡革于240℃发泡40秒,然后经过真空吸纹机吸出花纹,即获得所述环保型阻燃抗紫外线TPU发泡革。
